Of the homicides committed by black males, the vast majority of their victims (90%) are Black folk. If one want to reduce the US homicide rate in half and vastly reduce Black homicide victims, then find out who in that 6.5% of the US population are committing half the murders. Of that 6.5-7% of the population, how many are murderers I do not know. Probably a small percent that commit half the US homicides.
    Generally, Blacks kill Blacks and Whites kill Whites. Exceptions are about a 10% crossover. Same with Hispanics, whatever a Hispanic is considered in this new age. Latinos? Hot blooded Latins? Just the facts, ma’am.
