   Dude – the fed govt is so beyond weaponized.
   The fed govt needs to be stripped back to what it was authorized to do in the first place.
   No Dept of Ed – they educate no one. Test scores have steadily gone down since it’s inception.
   Get rid of the IRS and replace with a sales tax. It isn’t perfect and there will be bugs to work out but it has to happen.
   The FBI needs to be bitch-slapped back to it’s original purpose. Just take care of ACTUAL crimes that cross state lines and jurisdictions.
   The single largest issue is that the Dems are the biggest sugar daddies for the fed govt. They always promise more depts and more personnel and higher pay no matter what. Results and success is never asked for. Naturally the fed employees will skew to the Dems and act in partisan ways without qualms.
   The fed govt has to stop being the welfare dept. Only states and local munis should be in the business of handing out goodies to the proles.
   No direct payments or programs from the fed govt to the individuals or local or state govts that transfer wealth. No bailing out corps or states or muni govts or unions. Period.
   The states and cities can spend all they like on welfare. The feds only should help in actual disasters or emergencies.
   Covid shut downs were from the mayors and governors. So the mayors and governors can pony up the dough, but not the fed govt.
   So much more, but you get the idea. We are a Republic – not a democracy. The states are to try out different ideas of what works and what doesn’t work and the feds should not intervene to try to level out the results. Lefty states that overspend will just have to suffer and the better run states will shine.
   End note:
   Not that I have the slightest hope of this ever happening.
   Too many Dems and Rs love the present set up and they don’t give a shit that we are headed for ruin.

    Bill W 9:46 – Depends on what agency you’re talking about. The dept of ed is a joke – just get rid of it. I have no idea what to do with the FBI beyond simply firing (for cause) the top 20% and letting the rest know they’re next if they don’t straighten up. It seems you can’t punish them for criminality and perjury, so just throw them out on the street with no pension.
    The very nature of the IRS is un-Constitutional. We have to spend money to hire expensive lawyers to prove we are innocent? Who thought that was a good idea? Income tax is a fine on productivity. We fine people for doing things we don’t want them to do.
    How does that help? We need to reward work and savings, not punish it.
    Not sure what to do with the military. They can’t even account for what we give them. If a unit can’t account for the money they take within a year, cut their budget by 50%. Also the military needs to get back to the idea that they are to be the best at destroying stuff and killing people. Throw out all the equity crap. Toxic masculinity is what a military is all about. Why would a man want to die for a country that wouldn’t let him post photos of naked women in the barracks?
    The fed govt is an unmanageable monster. It needs a financial chain saw to rip right through it.
    As it is our debt is going to destroy the country.
    It will be a hard and painful slog to set the books aright, but it needs to be done or someday we’ll wake up to the fact that no one wants our worthless paper money and no one will buy our debt. Then what do you do?

    individuals recommended restructuring or de funding the police when they appeared out of control.

    Nothing in DC happens by mistake. Leaks to a major newspaper, 2022 midterms have passed and now it’s time for ‘them’ to get rid of Joe. Sure, it’s just a conspiracy theory right now, but follow the time lines.
    There is just too much in the Hunter laptop to continue on. Charge Hunter with some tax evasion or lesser offenses soon to neatly avoid the meat and potatoes of the Crime Syndicate. It will take the pressure off the DOJ, but I digress.
    Joe has outlived his usefulness. A friggin intern at the National Archives alerted the DOJ. Think what was happening in August 2022 when the FBI raided Trump’s house. Kept Trump front and center for a month leading up to the midterms. A big distraction, but I digress again.
    It certainly was not a box or two of classified docs in Biden’s closet. Closet? Didn’t Hillary have classified docs in her closet with a private server that she Bleach Bit’ed?
    I have posted here months to a year ago about the working of Joe, the U of Penn, the Chicoms huge donations, and the scam Biden think tank and his 750-900k teaching position where he did not teach. Get the Chinese to donate to Penn, which in turns around and provides Joe with a slush fund. Small potatoes.
    Nay, my brethren that was not what the this is about. It is all about protecting the Surveillance State. Joe has to go….not by the voters, but by the Security State.

    It is the proper use of the word ‘stolen’ to say stolen classified doc where found in Joe’s garage.
    “Today, counsel to President Biden revealed that classified documents were found in Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware residence.
    This is the second batch of classified materials that were taken by Biden in 2017 – the first being those found at the Penn-Biden Center. Here’s the relevant part of the statement of Richard Sauber, Special Counsel to President Biden (highlights are ours):
    “Following the discovery of government documents at the Penn Biden Center in November 2022, and coordinating closely with the Department of Justice, the President’s lawyers have searched the President’s Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, residence – the other locations where files from his Vice-Presidential office might have been shipped in the course of the 2017 transition. The lawyers completed that review last night.
    During the review, lawyers discovered among personal and political papers a small number of additional Obama-Biden records with classified markings. All but one of these documents were found in a storage space in the President’s Wilmington residence garage. One document consisting of one page was discovered among stored materials in an adjacent room. No documents were found in the Rehoboth Beach residence.”
    This statement follows reporting that Attorney General Merrick Garland has assigned the U.S. Attorney in Chicago, John Lausch, Jr., “to review” these documents. The FBI is “also involved in the U.S. Attorney’s inquiry.” Lausch is a hold-over from the Trump Administration, one of the few U.S. attorneys not forced to resign during the transfer of power. In the past, he reportedly helped the DOJ speed up the processing of documents “in response to a House Judiciary Committee subpoena that related to the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation.”
    What should we make of these latest developments?
    First, Biden’s attorneys are conducting these searches of Biden’s residences to show the DOJ that their cooperation is full and transparent. These are steps done to avoid the potential for any type of subpoena. Biden is convincing his own Justice Department that a search will not be necessary. Attorney General Garland will undoubtedly agree.
    ****SECOND, there’s been some speculation that this is part of an effort to throw Biden under the bus. Not seeing it. There’s bigger issues where Biden is more vulnerable, namely corruption.*******
    Third, to state the obvious – yes, there is a double standard. Yes, the Biden DOJ subjects Trump to standards that Biden himself can’t maintain. Yes, Biden’s homes won’t be raided. Yes, there won’t be inaccurate leaks from Biden DOJ about what Biden’s classified documents contained. In other words, yes, it will be business as usual.
    Fourth, why release this information now? To get ahead of the story and control how it’s released. From the Administration’s perspective, better to disclose the discovery of classified documents on their own – with their own spin – rather than be subject to anonymous leaks they can’t control. Thus, they put out the written statement and give Biden something to read:
    Finally, what is to come?
    While there are no guarantees, we believe it is more likely than not that Garland does not appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Biden’s possession of classified materials. (We’re 80/20 on that one.)
