   A day after Florida’s election left top state races too close to call, a Democratic party leader directed staffers and volunteers to share altered election forms with voters to fix signature problems on absentee ballots after the state’s deadline.
   The altered forms surfaced in Broward, Santa Rosa, Citrus and Okaloosa counties and were reported to federal prosecutors to review for possible election fraud as Florida counties complete a required recount in three top races.
   But an email obtained by the USA TODAY NETWORK-Florida shows that Florida Democrats were organizing a broader statewide effort beyond those counties to give voters the altered forms to fix improper absentee ballots after the Nov. 5 deadline. Democratic party leaders provided staffers with copies of a form, known as a “cure affidavit,” that had been modified to include an inaccurate Nov. 8 deadline.
   One Palm Beach Democrat said in an interview the idea was to have voters fix and submit as many absentee ballots as possible with the altered forms in hopes of later including them in vote totals if a judge ruled such ballots were allowed.

    I call BS on the claim that “all the repubs are leaving according to real estate agents”. Pure BS.
    Really, Paul, the County is balanced, Dem and GOP. Dahle was behind his challenger in the county less than 1%… and ahead of her overall 2:1.
    Denney was given kid glove treatment by the local press, and LaMalfa was raked over the coals. Not to mention Denney’s false claims to be a farmer (without a farm) and an educator (without a classroom to teach in). Her ‘great job’ that she’s going back to is as a “learning designer”, which, according to my research, is someone who breaks up a lesson (not exactly college material) into four minute chunks and then tries not to bore the ‘learner’ who can be expected to look at their phones every few minutes.
    That’s not education like any I experienced.
    Denney made hay about growing up with her mom and dad on their farm… but not so much that her parents split and her mom remarried… to an Episcopal priest like her mom and her sister. And the farm went away at some point, either due to the economy tanking or divorce, which is unclear.
    Denney had the good fortune to have a bunch of true believers locally… and they weren’t above making stuff up when asked.
