   Not really. Since the question was posed….I hope she wins! I don’t believe she has the stamina for it any longer.

   When a liberals like JoeK and Jeff Pelline start telling us about ourselves I know they are probably high. My goodness, I have posted numerous comments on the FUE’s blog, always respectful and in order to give another perspective or historic fact and they never see the light of day. They always end up in the digital roundfile. So JoeK, if you want to criticize the debates and discussions here fine. But in my view you are the fire hydrant you describe. Sitting there, all alone, mad at the world, well the conservative world, and once in a while turned on to spout your liquid into the fire hose of moderation.

   More to the point, Jeff Pelline ‘moderates’ posters who disagree with him who, nonetheless, tend to win arguments and make him lose face and lose control.
   He needs people like me to be “hard-right” because that’s where his Bogeymen live, yet no one who is “hard-right” has ever tried to tell me I’m a kindred spirit. “Pro-choice” on everything isn’t hard-right and I suspect Jeff knows that, but skilled rhetoricians know the value of successfully marginalizing one’s opponent. It’s a purely ad hominem tactic, and Jeff is apparently a purely ad hominem kind of guy.

   Jeff’s current ranting over right wingers having the chutzpa to use the Western Gateway Park for get-togethers is so over the top it’s worth reading even if you don’t usually visit his blog. Kudos to Steve Frisch for not being blind to the 1st Amendment issues involved, not to mention equal access.
   Here’s Jeffie’s last post on the subject:

   “the right to enjoy the park without feeling harassed by the political activism”… that’s a new one. Jeff has invented a new right… being able to go to a park and not be confronted with someone he dislikes because of their politics, much as he’s written about turning away from a restaurant having noticed Rebane is dining there. As Jeff and his sock puppets have been known to write, LOL!

   It is filled with personal attacks and lies, ridiculing people’s personal appearances and the like. George doesn’t moderate his blog and it shows. The people can’t debate an issue on its merits, so they resort to personal attacks, insults and lies.

   He has a “Sandbox” now. Either stay on topic or post in the sandbox. It’s also why it’s so much better than your “Ladies tea circle”.
   The people can’t debate an issue on its merits….
   I’ve yet to see you do this even one single time. You’re Mr. Innuendo….a veritable “Gladys Kravitz” constantly purveying petty small town gossip!

   Did the FUE condemn the Occupy Wall Street thugs when they took over the public park in New York City? Of course not, he is simpatico with them so they had a “right” to trash it, rape the women and steal from everyone. My goodness, the FUE has lost his mind!
