   I seem to recall mentioning this right around the time Mayor Skeletor (Karen “Choppers” Bass) took office….

   And more homeless than ever! The funny part is that they’re calling for tighter controls. Yeah – they need to do a better job of sweeping it under the rug.

   How much spent per year per person “helped” and are they measurably better off? These programs simply fund the grifters and chum the water for more homeless. 99% of this is mental health and/or substance abuse issues – deal with that or end it.
