[It pays to contemplate more often than not of how absolutely ignorant cum stupid the majority of the American electorate has become in not understanding one whit about the objectives of collectivist politicians for whom they religiously vote. They are totally and consummately convinced by the lamestream media of a world that does not exist and of causes that have effects opposite from those reported. As our Founders predicted, the republic is doomed. gjr]

Ya about those ‘secure’ elections –
In the 2020 election, more than 1-in-5 voters who submitted ballots by mail say they did so fraudulently, a survey from Rasmussen Reports and the Heartland Institute reveals.
The survey asked those who voted by mail in the 2020 election if they filled out a ballot “in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child?” to which 21 percent said they had done so.
In addition, 17 percent of mail-in voters in the 2020 election said they cast a ballot in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident — a violation of federal election law. Another 17 percent of mail-in voters said they signed a ballot on behalf of someone else, also a violation of election law.
“The results of this survey are nothing short of stunning,” Justin Haskins with the Heartland Institute said in a statement:
For the past three years, Americans have repeatedly been told that the 2020 election was the most secure in history. But if this poll’s findings are reflective of reality, the exact opposite is true. This conclusion isn’t based on conspiracy theories or suspect evidence, but rather from the responses made directly by the voters themselves

“I quit going on ‘Fox & Friends’ because of Doocy,” the House Oversight Committee chairman told Newsmax host Eric Bolling. “He’s the one guy on Fox that’s been very critical of the investigation.”
“At the end of the day, he’s entitled to his opinion,” he added, “but I don’t think the average viewer of Fox News agrees with Doocy one bit.”

`Just a casual look at tbe so called “Heartland Institute” clearly shows it is not a reliable source of information. Especially when teamed up with Breitbart.
Better luck next time.
“Few entities have worked harder to instill doubt in American minds about the science of climate change than the Heartland Institute.
The self-styled “action tank” has published dozens of books and other media amplifying the voices of those who reject the scientific consensus on climate change. Last year, the libertarian organization mailed instructional materials questioning whether global warming is real to science teachers across the nation.

The poll is a vanity poll funded by the Heartland institute, not an independent source of unbiased information. It is funded by the Mercer Family Foundation. Here’s information about them:
“The Mercer Family Foundation is the vehicle for right-wing hedge fund billionaire Robert Mercer to influence politics through contributions to like-minded advocacy groups. Robert Mercer and his foundation rose to prominence as a political kingmaker in the 2016 election due to his early support of Donald Trump’s candidacy for president. In total it is estimated that Robert Mercer has contributed $100 million to right-wing groups, most of it going through the Mercer Family Foundation, which is directed by his daughter Rebekah Mercer.[1] Some of the right-wing groups backed by the Mercer Family Foundation include the Heritage Foundation and the Federalist Society. The foundation was established in 2004.[2]
The Mercer Family has close ties to current and former Trump administration advisors, such as Stephen Bannon, and Kellyanne Conway, and the Foundation has donated to causes and candidates tied to these advisors.”

Hilarious – of course Paul only reads the news straight from God’s printing press.
Perhaps Paul can point out what is not factual that the Heartland Inst has published.
Of course he can’t – it’s his usual MO that he just waves away anything that upsets his narrow little point of view as “not reliable”.
“Few entities have worked harder to instill doubt in American minds about the science of climate change than the Heartland Institute.”
Not true – Greta, Dr Mann, the UN, Algore, and the like have done more to turn people away from the “climate crisis” hoax than anything written by the Heartland Inst.
Tell us, Paul – how many years until it’s too late and then we’re all going to die? I’ve heard so much blather on that subject for over 50 years and it was all BS.

If you follow the money you’ll see the poll was sponsered by by the Heartland institute. The purpose of the of the Heartland Institute is to support anti-green projects and institutions and they are big supporters of Trump and MAGA. It’s easy to contrive a poll to come up with numbers that support your cause in this case that elections are corrupt and you can do that by the questions you ask to create a desired outcome. Notice that the questions are not available in any material that I found. If you find the actual printed poll let me know. They created their own conclusions that mail in votes are corrupt and claim that their “poll” verified this. Rasmussen can be a pollster for hire organization, everybody knows that so there you go.
Fllow this link for more information about the Institute and where their money comes from-Koch Brothers for example.

So Paul can’t show a single thing produced by Heartland is false.
Instead he just throws mud. Typical.
“They created their own conclusions that mail in votes are corrupt…”
False
They point out that the loose system employed allows for corruption. The ballots are sent out en mass with no serial numbers to be validated against an actual person who requested them. There’s no way to actually prove who filled out the ballot.
Jimmy Carter co-chaired a commission that came to the conclusion that mail in ballots could easily become a source for fraud and Carter agreed with the findings.
Voting should happen on one day only and unless you request an absentee ballot ahead of time, you just get your ass down to the voting booth and vote. If you can’t be bothered to do that then obviously voting isn’t a very high priority for you.

Meanwhile, the stock market just hit an all-time record this week, just as MAGA begins an impeachment acquiry into Joe Biden.
