I went out of my way just to post that for you. I had you in mind with a big smile on my face imagining the moment when you saw it was on the Truth Social platform. That was my first time on Truth Social and it will not be my last. Glad you liked it so much.
On your list of lowlife activity, I loved to watch Rep. James Traficant (D-Ohio) with his hair piece sliding addressing Congress around back in the day on C-Span. In fact, I borrowed his trademark line, “Beam me up, Scottie!” revealing the absurdity of his fellow Dem bills, hypocrisy, and actions. Fun times.
Ted Stevens on your list? He was framed by the DOJ. The Court tossed his conviction on appeals. They finally got the contractor to change his story and lie and manufacture false evidence under threat of sending the contractor to prison for unrelated stuff.
Most egregious behavior by our DOJ. So egregious than one of the prosecutor’s team when home and immediately committed suicide after the conviction. Same tactics they use today. Same tactics they used against Carter Page, George the Greek Papol, K T McFarland, Michael Flynn, etc.
The Andrew Weissman school: seek convictions, not Justice.
Ted Stevens, if not sidelined by the Deep State at the time, would have been the deciding vote for Obamacare. Beam me up, Scottie.

Fish: Post Traumatic Recall…memory jog. Yes, the 63 Dart did not have power guide. It was my 63 Chevy Impala that had powerguide. Column shift. I bought it for $187.50 at a junk yard/used car lot. Smashed front fender with broken motor mounts. I told the guy I only had two hundred bucks, so to pay the WA state tax and fees, he dropped the price to $187.50 to make it out the door. He also gave me one dollar to get gas in the beast. I also had one dollar stashed away for gas, lol
I drove that car to all around for a few months and made it Portland. Later I left Portland on a Greyhound bus and left the car there, lol. Anyway, you were correct….as usual. Oh yeah, that was one car I did not drive to the junkyard. Gave it to a very irate (at moi) girlfriend as a goodbye present. She was Irish and was the one who flipped off the movie screen at the drive-in watching Blazing Saddles about the part about keep the blacks but not the Irish. Had no sense of humor about the movie or my antics.
Just clearing up loose ends to keep my side of the street clean. Can I blame it on a senior moment…or a Brandon moment?

The CCP does not call their atrocities against the Uyghurs ‘abuse’.
When Holder was found in contempt of Congress the Just-Us Dept did absolutely nothing.
Compare that to conservatives found in contempt.
Armed pre-dawn raids and prosecution to the max.
When there were ongoing violent riots at the Federal Building in Portland with people violently assaulting Fed agents did the FBI raid anyone’s home?
Now the FBI has conducted a raid of at least 25 armed agents at the home of some one who has never committed a crime, is charged with a bogus crime and had offered to turn himself in weeks ago.
It isn’t even close. The Federal Govt is using its power to harass innocent people to shut them down and shut them up because they are to be made examples of.

And all this time we thought Gaffe Machine ‘That’s just Joe’ Biden would provide a wealth of entertainment, but it is Kamala taking a co-equal place for that dubious honor. One day he will claim to have been a member of the Civil Rights movement and the next, he’ll say he got arrested with Nelson Mandela after fighting a guy named Corn Pop. That is a complete and total lie. The oil companies have and will be glad to explain exactly why there is divergence.

Funny…..the oil companies may hate California (….and frankly who could blame them) but given the economy in general and direction of the currency I’m surprised they’re not higher!
Oil companies seem OK with Hawaii though…..regular unleaded in Hau’ula (which is pretty remote on the North Shore of O’ahu) is more than a buck cheaper at $5.23/Gal than the $6.38/Gal average in California.
California votes for the government that brings these results. No one should complain a bit.

re high gasoline and diesel prices in CA – you really have to wonder how these folks think. Petro products are bad and you shouldn’t use them, but by golly making people pay a lot to buy something that destroys our earth is just awful.
As that Scandinavian scold said: “how dare you!”
So – let’s make the companies that produce the product pay even higher taxes and then when we get rid of this bad stuff we’ll tax them even more!

Dr Jill can only wish Biden could get it up “an inch” but I’m pretty sure that’s not how we measure monetary inflation.
