   It’s a weird world. Just few days ago I was tempted to post a one-liner that would have said, “Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that no one is talking about John Bolton anymore.”
   Glad I did not post that. All we heard after the Christmas break in January was ‘Bolton, Bolton Bolton, the darling of the Left who was going to bring down Trump and have Orange Man Bad convicted and removed from office.’
   Now it is back to hating on Bolton. I wish they would make up their minds. I wish for that which is impossible. The silver lining is that they have made up their minds: China good, America bad. Iran good, America bad. Hamas good, Israel bad.

    They all sound alike. Uninterested in climbing out of the hole, just more 2016 election nonsense. If all that you have is a hammer, etc.
    Truth is, if you go through every decision and statement of the last decade or two, there’s plenty of failed ventilator designs and stock-ups, plenty of N95 shortages, plenty of people who were too optimistic and too pessimistic. I certainly don’t blame Obama for the lack of N95s in the stockpile, 100:1 odds he never knew about it, plus it wasn’t an obvious problem.
    Bummer that none of these folks in charge have time machines, I really did like the cartoon posted up of FDR getting bitched at after Pearl Harbor. Imagine the screwups in the first campaign in North Africa.
    Set aside a billion medical masks, and the next problem will be an asteroid or a Carrington Event (or the lack of a certain Soviet Colonel). Count on it.
    The real question is how to deal with China when this is all over.

    Excellent. I sometimes shake my head at this Addicted to Outrage hysterics directed at Trump for decisions made by the Bureaucracy that any POTUS would be unaware of at the Chief Executive level.
    Reminds me of when the Dems went after Jim Jordan when he was an assistant wrestling coach for homosexual sexual assaults in the locker room showers . First, the two assurers were totally discredited, being in a different place and time and the story fell apart, not tmtionthe criminal records and previous convictions for lying, dealing, and being shiftless fellows.
    Second, not one of the 8 wrestlers said they ever told Jordan about any incidents, not one accused Jordan of anything except outstanding and upstanding conduct, That was when Dems where trying to kick Jordan off the committee. Same thing happened to Nunes.
    Anyway, when all was said and done and the ethics committee ended the Jordan investigation, Pelosi stood before the cameras and declared that even though Jordan did not know of any inappropriate behavior going on, “”He Should Have!”

    I discovered a channel, Inspiration that runs restored versions of very popular old TV shows with western themes bridging new programing. It had advertised the premier episode of Gunsmoke this weekend which to my surprise had a big intro from the Duke. It was the number 1 tv show for a long time and Bonanza which is number 2 and also The Virginian which is number 3.
    I had seen some of the Bonanza and Gunsmokes at my Grand Parents but never saw the half hour BW Gunsmokes or anywhere near them all. Never seen the Virginian’s. They are not bad at all and i have enjoyed them for their production values and the horse handling and guest stars.
    So yesterday they had a chi com virus PSA with new show stars being pushed with a mix of old TV personalities.
    To my surprise they had very recent video of James Drury who was the star of my newly discovered Virginians do a small bit. I had no idea he was still alive and was pleasantly surprised and he looked happy.
