Since the Clinton Campaign and the DNC has never allowed the Deep State to examine their servers or computers, how do they know what was on the servers? Unless, of course, they have access to everything ever sent over the internet and had it all the time, without warrants.
What is interesting is the timing of this latest release. Right before Trump goes to Helsinki to meet with Putin, and right after Peter exposed to the world that nothing will ever happen to the good old boys club, including lying through his teeth. At least Peter let everybody know that Trump voters are smelly Walmart shoppers as well as Trump supports are ignorant hillbillies. No bias here. You can smell those Trump supporters from his smirk seat.
Peter’s testimony does shed more light on the Susan Rice CYA e-mails about the Jan. 5, 2017 meeting with Comey and Clapper and Sally Yates and Samatha Bee and Joe Biden right before Comey went to see Trump for the first time to discuss the Dossier. Boy, Susan Rice was busy trying to put a narrative on the meeting on Jan 5. So much so, it was the last thing she did after cleaning out her desk, but I digress. The timing is interesting to say the least.

“In today’s press conference, I paused while my colleague from CNN went back and forth with President Trump over a question,” Roberts said. “When it became clear that the president wasn’t going to entertain a question from him, I proceeded with my question, as did my fellow colleagues in the press corps.”
Roberts went on to defend NBC News correspondents Kristen Welker, who Trump called “dishonest” during the same press conference for asking about his contentious relationship with NATO allies. “She is honest as the day is long,” Robert said of Welker. “For the President to call her dishonest is unfair.”
“I also used to work at CNN,” he added. “There are some fine journalists who work there and risk their lives to report on stories around the world. To issue a blanket condemnation of the network as ‘fake news’ is also unfair.”

@ 2:46 pm. I used to think that Chris Cuomo was the dumbest man around. It was wrong. His brother Andrew is the dumbest man alive. They are all realizing deep in their bones and deep in their guts and deep in the deepest recesses of their souls that their world view and their “unenumerated rights” maybe on shaky ground. Maybe one or two. They don’t care much for enumerated rights. It’s the unenumerated “rights” they live for.
This one is right up M’s alley. He gets off on this kind of stuff.

In the meantime, public employee union members are quitting and asking for their checks not to have union memberships or union fees (for folks who didn’t join the union but still had to pay) deducted. Does any have a handle on unions for public employees in Nevada County trying to tell folks they have to wait for the week they have set on the calendar for opting out of union obligations?
That is apparently unconstitutional… once the person gives notice they are not in the union and please don’t take their money, their pubic employer is supposed to NOT TAKE THE MONEY from their paychecks.

1) Punchy, you got to be dreaming to think Meuller will wrap it up by the fall. He has months, maybe another 2 years to go before he even starts to write his report.
By the Special Counsel statue, he cannot issue an interm report. Oh course, nothing will happen to Meuller if he breaks more Office of Professional Standards guidelines and rules, by which the Special Counsel must abide. They are untouchables. Maybe by 2020 Meuller will be done for influence the Presidential Elections. He hasn’t even contacted Carter Page, the impetus of the FISA warrants. Nor has be spoken to Roger Stone much at all that we know of, except the G-Men did go in and terrorize the young people (kids to me) working for him…summer interns and all got threatened and are scared shitlless they will be in solitary confinement until they die, lol.

Andrew Cuomo is a grandstanding bozo. Even if Roe v Wade was overturned, abortion laws in each state would still stand. Are we really supposed to believe a deep blue state like New York would outlaw abortion on demand?
What a prat. Hard to tell if he’s too stupid to know this or if he just thinks most of his audience are that stupid. This Roe V Wade being ‘overturned’ because of Kavanaugh is just another red herring to fire up the brain-dead left.

Peter Strzok
Horowitz ultimately came to the wrong overall conclusion, but did state that investigators had no confidence that Strzok did not improperly influence the Clinton email investigation by ignoring relevant evidence.
The Horowitz report described how Strzok, as the head of the Clinton email investigation, sat on his hands for well over three weeks after the New York FBI office reported to him that it had discovered new evidence relevant to the Clinton investigation.
This – when matched with Strzok’s contemporaneous statements – appears to amount to, at minimum, obstruction of justice. It would not be a stretch to convince a jury of 12 that Strzok’s expressed intent to improperly change the course of the investigation was accompanied by actions.

from clueless Emery – “Mueller is closing in.” On the Rooskies? So what?

Its getting tougher to be a mullah –
But that won’t happen either without a plan to reverse some of Iran’s recent regional military and political regional expansion and roll back its expeditionary forces and violent proxy groups from neighboring countries. Without subjecting Iran to a series of strategic defeats, the regime can just hunker down and wait economic sanctions out.
Iran’s presence in Syria must be significantly reduced, and, eventually, its proxy militias, above all Hezbollah, removed from the country. That will take time, effort and, probably, military action. And it’s immediately essential that any potential for an Iranian-controlled “land bridge” cutting across Iraq and Syria to Lebanon and the Mediterranean coast remains foreclosed by keeping parts of Syria under the control of the U.S. and its allies.

Mueller is passing off some of the charges to the Justice Department. The 14 Rooskies and 4 companies Mueller indicted around Feb. 15th will take forever, if it ain’t thrown out of court.
Manafort is sitting in isolation because he is the only one to fight back and not play ball, plus the Feb. Rooskie indictments. One Russian got indicted because of a Russian Company he works for got indicted. Come to find out, he wasn’t even working for or a partner in the company during the timeframe in question, lol.
Now, I won’t say this whole Russian thing is just a coverup for Seth Richards or what was really on those DNC/Podesta computers. We know Tony Podesta and Manafort where partners on the Ukraine President’s pro-Russian consulting/lobbying team and neither one was a registered foreign lobbyist at the time. Think Tony lost his company and is laying low. He really lost a ton of clients when Hillary went tits up. That made her worthless as teats on a boar to many a well connected Friends of Bill and Hillary. All those donations and bundling parties went for naught.
What troubles me in the news is we are back to Guccifer 2.0. So, it is true. The Romanian kid did read Hillary’s State Department e-mails on his lunch break. Go figure. So, the kid hacks the Clinton Campaign (thought that was a phishing scam that had more eyes in there than one could count) and the kid also hacked the DCCC and DNC and Hillary’s private server government e-mails. Boy, that Guccifer 2.0 was one busy kid. But, the Russians did it through private companies? I am confused.

One of those lines that stick in your head forever came immediately after the Brexit vote. It was in the Guardian or The Independent interviewing college kids in London the bloody
morning after the shock votes were in and they were disbielf, shock, dismay, and various shades of disbelief. . One sweet college coed said, “I have 5,000 friends on FB and not one of them voted to leave!” How could this have happened? She had ‘t A clue
Londonistan is truly in a bubble. I would expect loud and rancious democrations in the city full of knife murderers, college kids, Islamic gangs a’raping with abandon, and the birthplace of the Western school of thought of the Pro-Lenin University Enlightenment. They even were called themselves the National Socialist Workers Party until Hilter came along and ruint a perfectly good name by calling his party the National Socialist German Workers Party.
I heard that the boarish brute Trump sipped tea with the Queen without his little pinky pointed in the proper direction. Bad, Trump, bad. Oh, those Yanks are such neanderthals.
I have 5,000 friends on FB and they all were for staying. All of them, lol

Recommended read: the Russians hacking our election.
“Perkins Coie’s two subcontractors (Fusion GPS and Crowdstrike) began singing off the same sheet of music when on July 26, 2016, Fusion GPS’s subcontractor Christopher Steele issued a report claiming the Kremlin was behind the April 2016 hacking of the DNC server. It is worth remembering that until October 2017, Perkins Coie never disclosed it was paying both Fusion GPS and CrowdStrike. To an outside observer, it might have appeared that both Fusion GPS and CrowdStrike were independently verifying each other rather than executing orders from a common paying client.
The influences of Perkins Coie and its subcontractor Fusion GPS found their way into several corners of the Russia story. For example, its subcontractor Fusion GPS even successfully employed the wife of Bruce Ohr, a senior DOJ official to work on Fusion’s anti-Trump dossier. While employed as a senior DOJ attorney, Ohr secretly met with Perkins Coie’s subcontractors during the critical November 2016 timeframe. Fusion GPS successfully positioned its subcontractor Steele as an informant for the FBI, until the FBI fired Steele for moonlighting as a media source. Fusion GPS paid at least three journalists to help research “Russia” issues.
The identity of these reporters remains shielded, so there is no way to know whether any of these journalists might have also written stories pushing the Russia collusion theory. Perkins Coie makes an excellent career destination for DOJ attorneys. Perkins Coie salted the media with quotes helpful to the Mueller investigation. And as pointed out by Mark Penn in the Hill, the DOJ appears to have given Perkins Coie a pass for exactly the same type of campaign “money laundering” that led to Trump’s private lawyer having his office searched and legal files seized.
When Republican Rep. Jim Jordan’s pressure on Rosenstein became almost unbearable, a conveniently-timed and well-coordinated revelation against Jordan emerged from a Perkins Coie-led investigation to completely smother news of the DOJ missing the July 6 deadline that Congress imposed for documents relating to the origins of the Trump-Russia-collusion investigation.

Will someone please explain to me or the nearest gleeful leftwinger how Mueller is “closing in” on President Trump.

Oh Dr. Rebane. You fell for that one. Punchy was more gleeful the night the Golden Shower Dossier broke. He even promised updates.
It just shows us that all they have shot their wad, no arrows in the quicker left, so go out and scoure about the landscape and find an arrow on the ground. Aha. This arrow says “Russia,”. At least they recycle when their backs are against the wall and they are feeling most insecure….and vulnerable.
We are right back to The Morning After Pill in 2016 and early 2017 with 17 Intelligence Agencies all agreeing that the Russians hacked the election to make Trump an illegitimate President. That’s “What Happened “. Recount didn’t stick, trying to intimidate the Electoral College members didn’t stick (in fact Hillary lost delegates, lol), Stormy didn’t stick, Melania’s shoes did not stick, but Russia is still around! Sweet. Mueller is like their own little suicide prevention miracle.
The Blue Wave will be a draw, they will lose a couple more seats in the Senate (more if and when McCain crooks), and the only thing they got left is their Lord and Savior, Richard Mueller.
As another poster said, “Let them have their fun.” And come to think about it, the way Punchy has been looking lately he ain’t going to be around much longer so indulge him and let him have his fantasies. Reality is a harsh taskmaster and reality might be too much to bear for the old coot to gaze upon in his declining state.
Let them have their fun and play make believe.

Paul Emery is as giddy about his claim of Mueller “closing in on Trump” as he was Nov 8 at 859 when Hillary was a shoe in with a landslkide.

You got me. As usual, any new government report by the 17 intelligence agencies basically restates some civilian papers from a year and a half ago. They shoveled on some names of some GRU guys in Russian they’ll never see. In the meantime, the US poking around in foreign government computers (and all civilians, including those in this country) continues at a rate that outstrips everyone else. Life goes on.
For all I know, there’s a shadow of truth at the bottom of it all. Some Russian cipher clerk in a New York bar mentioned to a Trump campaign worker that they had some goods on Her Highness. The campaign worker, swigging on his cocktail, sez ‘cool dude!, let ‘er rip’. Both Her Nibs and the DNC appear to have computer systems as heavily traveled as truck stop men’s rooms, so God knows what the path was to making their nefarious dealings public. The mechanisms used by the ‘hackers’ (assuming it wasn’t a simple thumb drive) were trivial enough that it might have come from anywhere. ‘Spear phishing’ sounds all technical and everything, but isn’t.
In any case, it’s just a continuation of Civil War 2.0, Sedition Pack update, and all’s fair. You can’t blame the Pauls of the world for getting hot and bothered.

Good article, thanks. I doubt that Team Pelline-Emery will spend any time wending their way through something like that and certainly the general public won’t.
It has to be difficult for the anti-Trump forces in the government to do their thing. Basically, you have to turn up something that either buys you a Senate seat due to public opinion or (oh daddy! just imagine!) actually brings down the administration due to a corner case in the law…without putting yourself in jail. Dragging out innuendo is the safest tactic found thus far.
Hey, these are tolerably intelligent and crazily ambitious people. Given enough access to microphones and emails, everybody goes to jail.
