Punchy, it’s KVMR’s birthday today and I am holding down the fort. No worries. Got ya covered. Nice and cool in the studio, got the AC cranked up for ya. Also, say happy B-day to your boss lady, the GM. Gotta know which side your bread is buttered on, if you catch me drift.
Boy, your DJs are higher than a kite today. Good thing some guy started playing musac on some stage. All in all, the DJ dudes were entertaining. “Did you know that we performers are from all over the world? It’s kinda cool. Like, maybe that’s why they call it World Fest. Which came first, the chicken or the egg?”

from P Emery – “Justice department idiicts 12 Russians just before TRump meets with Putin.”
or – Justice indicts 12 ham sandwiches just before Trump meets with Putin.
They’ve had the evidence for months – why announce the indictments now?
This has nothing to do with justice and everything to do with trying to undermine Trump.
Oh – that’s right “our democracy is under attack!!!!”
I’m surprised Paul can muster the courage to leave his house with this terrible Rooskie ‘attack’.
What a friggin joke. The Dems are exposed as a bunch of crooks and Mueller can only indict a dozen people he knows he will never be able to get his hands on. How much is this costing the taxpayers?

Gun owners sue CA….
We’re suing because California DOJ’s Firearms Application Reporting System (CFARS) broke down during the deadline week for people to register their firearms in accordance with new state laws,” Alan Gottlieb, Second Amendment Foundation founder, said. “For a whole week the system was largely inaccessible. People who wanted to comply with the law simply couldn’t and now they face becoming criminals because they couldn’t do what the law requires.”
“It’s like a bad version of Catch-22,” Gottlieb said. “The government required registration by the deadline, but the online registration failed, and people couldn’t register. They’re required to obey the law, but the system broke down, making it impossible to obey the law. Now these people face the possibility of being prosecuted. We simply cannot abide that kind of incompetence.
Attorney General Xavier Becerra seems to care about everything but the Constitution, the rule of law, and law-abiding California gun owners,” Brandon Combs, Firearms Policy Coalition president, said. “If Becerra spent as much time doing his job as he does talking about his pet crusades against the federal government, hundreds of thousands of Californians would not be in legal jeopardy right now.”
“Once again, the DOJ and Attorney General Becerra unlawfully and unconstitutionally moved the goal posts on peaceful, law-abiding gun owners,” said Jonathan Jensen, vice president of the Firearms Policy Foundation. “Their failures should not result in people going to prison and losing their property.”

OH Paul!! Some news for a self proclaimed “news guy”.
http://dailycaller.com/2018/07/13/dossier-mueller-vindication/
Your hero Muller and the “grand jury”,, can’t keep their Russian bad guys straight.
“A Russian tech executive suing BuzzFeed News over the Steele dossier says he is vindicated by special counsel Robert Mueller’s indictment of 12 Russian nationals allegedly involved in cyber attacks against Democrats.
Aleksej Gubarev, the executive, says Mueller’s indictment shows he was not involved in hacks of Democratic National Committee emails, as the dossier alleges. ”
Forget the first Russians Muller accused? Muller never counted on them calling his bluff. What happened to those indictments Paul?

“The fact that the media responded to the nomination of a Supreme Court justice by obsessively covering Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, Russia and NATO proves that Trump has checkmated them with Brett Kavanaugh.
Liberals know they can’t stop Kavanaugh’s confirmation, so they’d just as soon not hear any news about it at all. Please cheer us up with stories about Paul Manafort’s solitary confinement!
But there was one very peculiar reaction to the nomination. The nut wing of the Democratic Party instantly denounced Kavanaugh by claiming that his elevation to the High Court would threaten all sorts of “rights.”——Ann Coulter

Maybe the Russians do indeed care what Punchy thinks. The numerous Russian backed RT reporters that have appeared during KVMR’s New Hour on Democracy Now! has a very strong Russian direct connection. Almost as direct as Jill Stein’s connection to Putin, RT, and Russian nationals seeking to sow discord in our community and nation. No wonder RT featured Stein and hosted her debates. No wonder she dined with Putin, along side with Flynn. Now, who is the little alternative radio station’s news director??? Who, who, who? Who?
If you must ask as to whether the Russians think Punchy Pablo, the Russian Popinjay, asks too many pointless questions, you are asking the right guy, our own Russian enabler, aka Uncle Punchy. Or ask the Russians themselves. Uncle Punchy can arrange and facilitate you questions, Fish.

PaulE 1102am – I’m referring to the normal course of a trial under US jurisprudence in which both prosecution and defense share the evidence they have to support their respective cases. I thought you were aware of that.
The release of those 12 indictments was definitely a political act that smell of high heaven. Who authorized the timing of this release just before Trump meets Putin? Given that there will be no enforced extradition of the 12, the indictment could have been postponed a few days, or, if the damning evidence was at hand months ago, why was the indictment delayed?
As far as should they have been indicted. The question needs to be answered in the context of the Russians having meddled in our elections since Stalin’s days during the Great Depression when much of our leftwing press took its cues from the Kremlin. Why lie to Americans as if Moscow’s meddling just started in 2016? Most of us know the obvvious answer to that; Paul, do you?

Walt, what Punchy is saying that since Obama could not bring Snowden back to face justice, Trump can and will! Trump can do what others have tried and miserably failed to do.
Punchy is right to call for Daddy Trump to do his magic. Hear that deafening sound of silence? It’s the lack of saber rattling coming from N. Korea since November, 2017.
A nation turning over its officials to face trial in foreign courts is an interesting matter of diplomatic sensitivity. Should the US turn over Obama Administration officials meddling in Israel’s elections? Should we turn over members of Hillary’s State Department or our CIA for oblivious blantant interfering in the Ukrainian election, to the point of trying to overthrow the pro-Russian elected President? If memory serves me correctly, there existed so-called “warrants” for W’s arrest, along with Obama and Dick Cheney. Opps, make that seven members of the Bush Administration.
“The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission is also asking that the names of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Gonzales, Yoo, Bybee, Addington and Haynes be entered and included in the Commission’s Register of War Criminals for public record.”
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1354211/George-W-Bush-cancels-Switzerland-visit-fears-arrest-torture-charges.html
“A state that did seek to prosecute Bush or Cheney would face both the practical difficulty of carrying it out as well as an expected diplomatic backlash from the United States. “No state has any interest in arresting a former U.S. president or vice president,” Ratner said. “Say goodbye to good relations with the U.S.!” This reality, he said, makes the likelihood of a prosecution of Bush or Cheney “highly doubtful.”
https://hwaairfan.wordpress.com/2013/07/08/icc-issues-warrant-for-the-arrest-of-bush-and-obama/
But, the latest indictments against 12 Russian military intelligence officials (equivalent to our CIA, not our military intelligence) may have merit. I say that not reading the full texts of the indictments. It is doubtful that we would turn over 12 CIA officials to Russia, just as it is unlikely Putin would turn over 12 Russian intell officials to the US or any nation for that matter. And, of course, everybody on Earth knows there is no extradition treaty between the USA and Russia, just like there was no extradition treaty between the US and the USSR.
Never hurts to try.
Snowden is an interesting case because Edward applied for asylum . Putin, that sly fox, quoted international law and accepted Snowden’s asylum request. Snowden’s current status is he has been granted temporary asylum in Russia per international law.
The Julian Assange case is similar. Britain has an extradition treaty with Sweden, but Sweden does not have one with Ecuador. The embassy Assange is holed up in London is Ecuadorian soil.
All Trump can do is drop the indictments on Putin’s lap and say “knock it off or else.” Heck, Obama called Putin in the 2016 election cycle and he too told Putin to knock it off.
Stop it you guys, I mean it. I really do. Stop it right now or else.
When the two men meet tomorrow it will be the meeting of the heads of the two most powerful militaries in the World. Russia, despite having the GDP of an Italy, still has the second most powerful military arsenal in the world. The future of the known world hangs in the balance. We are all going to die….or maybe not.
Meuller was smart to indict those who will not appear to defend themselves. He uncovered seemingly Russian meddling in a US election. Wonder if Putin will send lawyers to defend the indicted like that one previous Russian did to throw a big monkey wretch in the gears. It’s one thing for the wheels of justice to turn slowly. It’s quite another to refuse to wave your right to a speedy trial and demand full discovery now. That makes the wheels of justice come to a grinding stop. That’s why Meuller is turning over cases to the DOJ. And Meuller is asking for a more Justice Department personal to help a brother out.
