And it differs from shouting “Fire.”, in a theater, because it is reasonable to expect those in the theater to panic from the thought that they are about to immediately die in flames while it is not reasonable to expect anybody (except, perhaps, TDS sufferers) to think that “Fight like hell.”, is a call to riot.

No, I’m not saying that they aren’t related but that there is no clear indication that one led to the other nor that it was Trump’s intention to call for a riot. Do search for the phrase and find that many politicians, mostly Dems such as Maxine Waters and Elizabeth Warren, have used the phrase in recent times. I don’t imagine that they intended to incite riots nor would I find them culpable if riots occurred after making such statements.

I’m not wasting my time. In my opinion the rest of you are clearly wasting yours! You also seem to say it’s OK if Trump outright lied to try to change the election by telling Georga Sec of State Brad Raffensperger “We won Georgia easily. We won it by hundreds of thousands of votes.” He said that while in the role of President not as a joke to achieve the goal of reversing the election. He had no support from the DOJ, his lawyers, election officers, Sec of State or Cabinet How can you possibly support that George? He had not one shred of evidence to justify that statement and it was entirely a made up lie to support his desire to flip the election by any means possible.
