scenes 7:20 – Well, that was a happy good morning look at the world! Pretty accurate except the part about people suffering. So far, the middle class (like me) ain’t happy about the stock market but we really aren’t suffering (yet). The poor in this country and most other developed ones are doing just fine with obesity and boredom being their biggest actual issues.
The ONE good thing (if you can see it this way) about a world economy is that no matter who might hate who, everyone knows that if the house of cards collapses the whole kit n kaboddle goes down. I still think printed money will be tolerated for quite a while yet. I realize the band aid WILL only stretch so far. It looks like I think it might stretch farther than others. We’ll find out – won’t we!

I’m really fascinated by the concept of lockdowns and the constant COVID drumbeating as a tool for worldwide money printing. You don’t even need a central cabal since there’s a kind of physics to money that forces their hand. The balancing act gets harder to maintain and, of course, they longer you wait the larger and more universal the crash.

My working theory is that the grifters and true believers operating those campaigns have a certain lack of morality on both Team Red and Blue sides. The difference is that Team Blue has ownership of the social media monopolies, 17 intelligence agency management, federal bureaucracy, school management. It’s more a matter of opportunity than motive.
You can argue that if BLM, men-in-dresses, and the surveillance capitalism companies managed to so slickly take over affairs, they probably deserve to be given all reins of power. You may not be interested in Crazytown, but Crazytown is very interested in you.

At the level you’re talking about, it isn’t a crazy-town. There IS very much a crazy town but it’s being used by folks that are not crazy. There doesn’t have to be a secret cabal to run things despite their little get-togethers now and then. If you and I both live in the same neighborhood, we don’t need meetings and back channel communication to be on the same page about not wanting certain kinds of trouble in our little corner of the world. The folks that can pick up the phone and get someone else to force the plebes into certain actions consider the whole world their domain. And they like everything neat and tidy so they don’t have to make any more decisions than necessary. Allowing the great unwashed to make their own choices as to how they move around and where they want to live is just too complicated and messy to be tolerated.
It all comes down to the laws of nature concerning power.
Power corrupts, power abhors a vacuum, etc.
Our little experiment here in the US was fun while it lasted, but eventually we got fat, dumb and happy. Freedom requires an annoying (to modern man) amount of work and sacrifice.
Consider that George Washington et al were willing to put all their wealth and their lives on the table to put into effect a bunch of principles and ideas they eventually wrote out on paper. The average Joe of today’s America wouldn’t do that even if he could grasp the basic concepts.
Crazy-town is allowed to operate for one main reason. It IS crazy and no one really likes it but it’s still here in various forms. Remember Bogart’s best line ever: “you’ll take it and like it”.
Orwell understood how it works. It doesn’t have to make sense – in fact it’s better if it doesn’t. Crazy-town may be crazy but it will be your town. You will submit.
Of course you have to boil the frog slowly and some frogs are quicker to notice the pot they’re in isn’t the warm waters of Hawaii. But most of the frogs these days will be happy to stay in the water sipping the provided comped drinks and watching a screen with the latest visual fun until it’s too late.

Andy McCabe who was fired from his high ranking DOJ position by Jeff Sessions for leaking classified intel to the press had to wait about 5 years to receive his full retirement package….well lookie here. “The Justice Department has agreed to restore full law enforcement benefits and provide some attorney fees for former FBI Deputy Director.”
Not only does he get all the deferred money he was not entitled to, we had to pay his attorney fees…and back pay!!!
FBI director James Comey, prior to the first FISA warrants against the Trump campaign, had been yelled at in court and admonished severely by the FISA judge for submitting sloppy, inaccurate, and bogus applications to the Court. The Court told him to clean up his act and submit his plan to make sure the integrity of the warrants applied for are accurate. Comey blew the FISA court off…..again, before CIA informant Carter Page’s name was on anyone’s radar. No consequences for bad behavior. Our top law enforced department are/were law unto themselves. That sure ain’t Justice. Justice seeks the truth wherever the chips may lay.
