    Guess we are back to the starting point. Being liberal means never having to apologize. Never, ever.
    I prefer to hear, “I was wrong.” If one admits he/she were wrong, then that means they have looked at it and must make changes. To say, “Sorry” Monday’s is a flippant response and no change is needed.
    Four…er….five years of having a pile of fertilizer dumped on RR by the Russian collusion hoax believers, Spygate, voter ID is voter suppression and 100’s of more examples and not one time have we heard, “I was wrong.” Not once.
    Sometimes I just have to stop and walk away. Especially on our local Union. I started to read an editorial (or letter to the editor) by the Democrat Party’s own local mouthpiece…the same gal who wrote the The Union should endorse Hillary, ‘the most qualified person to ever run for President’, including George Washington I reckon. Got two lines into her piece and read “the bloody insurrection” and walked away. Too much energy would be wasted to respond. Same woman who closed her eyes to the half billion in rioting and looting and destruction by the “peaceful protestors.”
    They DEMAND that we denounce Trump before there can be any reconciliation. That’s Bull Pucky. If nothing else, the Cancel Culture has shown to the world that some offender who merely liked a comment FB on some article 12 years ago, your groveling and apologizing before them is just step one of their addiction to vengeance. After you grovel before them and self humiliate yourself, they will not be satisfied. Not in the least. It’s part of their sadistic pleasure in exacting a pound of flesh before heir intended goal of destroying the offender, no matter how factual correct the offender is. We are dealing with soulless fascists here, folks. Comply or die be it death by a thousand cuts or erased permanently…after one apologizes.
