[With daddy’s help Hunter Biden has figured out how to collect on all of his international graft accounts – the sumbich has suddenly become a world renown artiste, ‘selling’ his paintings for up to $500K apiece. Daddy and his DoJ are making sure that the art connoisseurs don’t get fingered as their money gets laundered. It will be interesting to see if/how these ‘Paid in Full’ receipts are displayed. So, no matter how they are run, elections do have consequences. Or as Josif Vissarionovich observed, ‘It matters not for whom the votes are cast, only who counts them.’ gjr]

BT 7:24 – I found the article from the Sacramento Buzzed (linked in the essay) to be really humorous.
Boy – that author really thought he stuck it to us know-nothings!
Crime?
You are somewhat less likely to be murdered in CA.
Since being murdered is statistically a moot point for the vast majority of Americans, that’s hardly a plus.
Other, more common crimes that folks do worry about?
The author won’t go there – for good reason.
Income?
Oh yeah – higher income (on average) for sure but neglects to mention you’ll still have less after paying for a roof over your head.
Booming economy?
Yep – for the very upper crust – the middle class will see very little of a boom.
Live 2 years longer?
How long you live isn’t predicated by what state you’re in. Unless this clown wants to guarantee that by moving to Kali you will live 2 more years!
Of course the author ‘forgot’ to mention a laundry list of ills that are very real for most Californians and are the reason a goodly percentage either have bailed or want to.
Naturally there has to be the mention of ‘hate’ but no – it’s really just a matter of sadness at the decline of what was a really nice place to live.

That got him going big time. ‘Freedom’ is anti-government only to those that think the individual’s rights come from government, not enshrined in each individual by God. Protestors shouting ‘Freedom’ IS considered anti-government to the NYT and Leftinistas. Or, as Kamala Harris said when she personalized a story stolen directly from one of Dr. MLK’s books….fweedom. “Contrary to many stories in the news, Ms. Stone-Manning was not an innocent bystander, nor was she a victim in this case,” Merkley wrote. “And, she most certainly was not a hero. Ms. Stone-Manning was not only a member of Earth First!, but she played an active role in the Earth First! hierarchy.”

Forests are a tricky thing I think. Do you manage them? Leave them completely alone? Fill them with house trailers and pretend to live in the ‘mountains’? Dunno. I admit that I’d like to see more interesting building materials than wood, but everything else has it’s failures too. I guess we’ll be treated to more (a) make wood harder to come by and (b) bitch about house prices.

My thoughts exactly when I saw Paul’s post last night. He has been challenged to come up with one good Biden has done…absent riding the prior Administration’s coattails. And he has by golly. Paul sees Biden’s timber order as good and he has come up with something. Bravo! And as a bonus, Paul disagrees with the current Administration’s call for mandated vaccines. Hold the presses!
