    Heck, I’m just trying to figure out how suing Facebook will cost me anything.
    I’m all for tearing down the social media monopolies, but then I’m not a fascist. It would have been impossible to guess 50 years ago that a ‘liberal’ would come to mean the Party of the 17 Intelligence Agencies and Large Corporations. Really, this is the Gift of Trump to all of us, the hidden authoritarians all popped into view.
    I only play a lawyer on TV, but would guess that the discovery process is the point of all this. Someday a sufficiently deep-pocketed party will sue Facebook/etc. and they are doomed. There’s way too much dirty laundry in a database somewhere and it’s a helluva lot easier to parse it all now then in days of yore.

    It’s enough to make one appreciate the World Socialists for their bizarre but original complaint that “Biden goes to Surfside to promote bipartisan cover-up of Florida condo collapse.” (What does that even mean? How on earth was anyone “covering up” the widely covered, universally decried collapse of the building?)”
