   He is saying we should have a violent overthrow of our government using the Myanmar-type coup as an example. Is that protected by free speech? Do I have free speech to say that Police officers, should be shot and killed as a say to cleanse the police force of undesirables? Is that in your scope of free speech?
   Here is a couple of definitions of sedition:
   conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch.
   incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority
   Also George who’s to say that certain groups might be inspired by Flynns plea that they mignt take up arms and try to fulfill his desires. The word “should” means he would be a supporter of that as it is his desire that it “should” happen. .

And yes, anyone can be motivated to do anything by the casual musings of another. Did you and yours also discover a smoke filled room with walls covered by diagrams, maps, and disposition of forces on D-day? IMHO, if a coup is planned at some future time against some future socialist government in a single party US, then I guarantee it will not be bandied about in public.     Here’s some other data comparing right track-wrong track polling averages between Trump and Biden. the numbers are wrong track today Biden-7.6 Trumps numbers at the same date was 23.7. While Bidens numbers are while not positive they are the best numbers since Clinton 2009. Trumps numbers when he left office were -40 so it’s quite an improvemente since then. Good job from Biden and his administration in improving public support for the government. The consensus polling was complied by RCP.
