   St Louis circuit attorney is toast, you got to pity the crime victims of St Louis at least she will lose her law licence –
   St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner is facing a disciplinary hearing that could result in the loss of her law license.
   An investigation launched in 2019 by the office of Alan Pratzel, the chief disciplinary counsel appointed by the Missouri Supreme Court, has found probable cause that Gardner committed professional misconduct during her past attempts to prosecute former Republican Gov. Eric Greitens, KMOV reported.
   The case was assigned Tuesday to go before a hearing, Fox 2 reported. A state webpage published Tuesday lists Gardner’s name among other cases pending before disciplinary hearing panels against Missouri lawyers.

   Michael Yee, a Jefferies Group biotech analyst, wrote to investors that the key access issues for developing countries aren’t patents or price, but an inadequate supply of the materials needed and the know-how to produce the vaccines and keep quality high — which one of Johnson & Johnson’s contract manufacturers in the U.S. failed to do, ruining millions of doses.
   “Manufacturing supplies, raw materials, vials, stoppers, and other key materials are in limited supply for 2021,” and may still be next year and beyond, Yee wrote. That’s partly because it takes time to make all those components, and Moderna and Pfizer have commitments to buy them “from major suppliers in huge bulk over the foreseeable future.”
   He added that Pfizer previously sought authorization to sell its vaccine to India, which rejected its application and asked that additional studies be run.

    Is anyone wondering why at this point in time the Russian Hoax is back and they are going after Rudy?
    1) Maddow is going there, claiming that the only reason Mueller did not charge Trump is because the DOJ Office of Legal Stuff ruled that you cannot, except in certain circumstances, you cannot charge a sitting President. Russia Raquel is embarrassingly easy to debunk. Mueller’s own words under oath to the televised audience before Congress that the OLC previous ruling had no bearing on whether to convict Trump.
    2) CNN and fakesnews media is beating the Trump is a threat to democracy
    3) Why go after Rudy now???
    My guess is that Rudy has something or there is something about Hunter and Joe on his laptop and the ugly Deep State wants to squash it and flip it to accuse everything they are actually doing on the R’s or Trump. Big buildup starting. It’s their consistent MO, and they are quite good at it.
    Their is something coming down the pike that may really embarrass quite a few known names if it ever sees daylight. What does Rudy know? What did John Solomon find out first? I warned the Lefties about opening the Ukrainian Pandora’s Box. It’s a bad can of worms. But, they just had to go there.
    One thing the Left does and does well is always go on offense and leave the hapless R’s to go on defense.
    Accuse Trump of trying to steal the 2016 election why they were firing on all cylinders to steal it. Accuse Trump of withholding weapons to Ukraine as we got Quid Pro Joe on video tape boasting about threatening to without all aide to Ukraine if they don’t fire the prosecutor who is investigating his son…and George Soros.
    Something is coming down the pike and they are going on offense. I have little faith that it is tied to the Durham report, but could be. I have lowered my expectations that it would be made public anyway. Too many powerful heads would also be ‘greatly embarrassed.’
    Why bring up Mueller, Ukraine, and Trump now? They are on offense. Election was.in Nov, the Electoral College met in Dec and now it’s May. Something is up. Maybe the former News Misdirector can man splain it to us. Don’t think Russian Raquel cares about CNN’s ratings cratering. They sure are acting like they always do. That is they are acting like they have something to hide. Wanna talk about the border, abortion on demand, the state of our Navy, runaway inflation knocking at the door? No? I did not think so.
    Speaking of runaway inflation, did anyone else find it ironic that Biden went to see Mr. Misery Index Jimmy Carter. I do remember folks paying 14% on their mortgage…plus points! Jimmy the peanut farmer. And, President Biden, the man who always wears a mask even on zoom calls to set a good example, went to see old frail Jimmy and fragile Rosinen and took photos of the Prez not wearing a mask sitting almost cheek to cheek with the most vulnerable of our population.

    Bison cull on the North Rim:
    45,000 applications for 12 slots to shoot bison on the Grand Canyon’s North Rim.
    Well, our government’s left hand sure doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. On the one hand, it took 3-1/2 years to truck (or maybe bicycle?? – after all, no motorized vehicles allowed!!) 90 unaccompanied bison from the North Rim. Yet our border patrol moves 100s of unaccompanied, illegal alien children DAILY, from the border to points north.
    Now there is a cull for the bison scheduled this fall – 12 hunters (oops – cullers) will be used to eventually trim the B-herd from 300-500 down to 200. Only one bison per culler allowed, no pack animal or vehicle can be used to bring the dead bison out (although there might be one die-hard PETA member who wants to lasso and lead one of ’em out). Between the trucking and culling, how long will it take to get the herd to 200? If you say ‘forever’ as a first guess, you’ll be very close to the right answer.
    For any entrepreneur out there – can you imagine doing anything as slowly as this bison reduction plan, and still expect your business to survive?
    If the native inhabitants of this land were as effective hunter-cullers as our present government is, we’d be up to our eyeballs in bison by now. But the good news would be – bison-pie piles would be taller than any of our windmills.

    Today I read that certain progressives in certain locales (with the President’s ear) that we should lessen penalties for criminal gun crimes (felonies) because those violations disproportionality affect black people. Bull pucky. It protects illegal aliens who, after being convicted of any gun crime, are automatically up for deportation. Illegals cannot carry or posses a firearm. That what this is all about, IMHO. Change every deportable offense into a misdemeanor. In fact, rewrite the definition of felony, or like CA, make CA felonies and their wording different than US felonies.
    A few days ago I read that Gavin and Friends are releasing 20, 000 prisoners, some lifers, some murderers, a lot of sex offenders, hate crime convicts…. and if that ain’t bad enough, the total number is 61,000, not a mere 20, Turn them loose on the streets. That will bring healing to the communities and their vulnerable poor. And no deportations!

    Imagine the Democrat Party fighting for lowering the penalties for illegal use of firearms! Guns bad and harsh gun laws bad, Friggin schizophrenics.

Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, Virginia, California…it don’t matter.
    If Texas suddenly has a COVID outbreak, we will know why. At one time they figured 20% of those illegals released into Texas where COVID positive. Lower now, especially since they stopped bothered with testing. Just let in and get them all over the place…without warning the new places that COVID is coming to town.

    Wokism is so stupid, so implausible, that I have a hard time understanding how anyone can fall for it. Beanie Babies and pet rocks made more sense. And yet, the extent to which the “woke” phenomenon has spread across the West like a cancer is remarkable. Yesterday Brits made clear that they want nothing to do with it.

    The Labour Party has been “captured” by a “London-based bourgeoisie, with the support of brigades of woke social media warriors”, Mahmood said, describing people who had more in common with the international Californian tech elite than the British working class which the party was founded to fight for over a century ago.
    Writing for London think tank Policy Exchange, Mahmood hit out at the party’s recent obsession with “identity” and “division”, noting that in the race to make headlines, ordinary British people had been forgotten. Making a clear swipe at party leader Sir Keir Starmer, whose defining act as Labour boss may be recognised as the decision to take the knee at the height of London’s BLM protests, Mahmood wrote:
    The loudest voices in the Labour movement over the past year in particular have focused more on pulling down Churchill’s statue than they have on helping people pull themselves up in the world… Is there a danger that our party, in its opposition and confusion over Brexit, has veered towards an anti-British attitude? I certainly worry that some of our previous supporters will see it that way.
    The British people had an authentic and deep-held sense of patriotism that the Labour Party had failed to comprehend, the Birmingham MP said. Mahmood even backed a Britain-first approach to jobs when he said future government contracts should go to UK firms to secure manufacturing jobs.
    The left-wing Guardian newspaper notes Pakistan-born Mahmood was England’s first Muslim member of parliament when he was elected in 2001. Former newspaper turned news site The Independent cited “Labour sources” who claimed that Mahmood had actually left Sir Keir’s cabinet “some weeks ago”, but no journalists nor the public had been actually told about the change.
    Labour lost the previously unassailable safe seat of Hartlepool to the Conservatives in the early hours of Friday morning, following the Thursday by-election triggered by the resignation of an incumbent facing sexual assault allegations in March. Going from over 21,000 votes in 2017 to just 8,500, the loss has been widely interpreted as a serious challenge to Sir Keir’s leadership, as after 11 years in opposition, the Labour Party is still unable to mount a credible defence against the governing Conservatives.
