    RX 1030am – Thanks for another expose of your thought process. Reread my answer; it definitely does NOT avoid your question but outlines how to go about discovering the answer. I firmly believe that one of your deficits is jumping to such unfounded conclusions – ready, fire, aim. Now if you’d do and report the research I recommended, then we would all know. And you have a dismally wrong perception of what happened with George Floyd – you need to watch the continuous body-cam video of the entire incident. Then you’d know what killed Floyd (that’s what the trial is about), and that it was not the knee on the neck, which indeed is a “normal policing procedure”. And what incidence of racial profiling are you referring to and with what substantiation? And what “trump’s dangerous rhetoric” am I defending?
    Whether you admit or not RX, you do come here to learn a lot. You’re welcome, and I hope it is of use to you in other forums.

    Oh Walt, i read your post. Crime is up everywhere. The lockdowns put a lot of people on edge, restless, irritable. The elderly have always been an easy mark for smash and grab. Wonder how many of the punks come from fatherless homes? Sure, driving by and giving an China man a dirty look is so listed. On a mean look on the trolley.
    We are mostly talking about the Chinese-American community in China Towns in NY and SF, LA, Seattle; the whole Left Coast.
    Interesting that one article mentioned that the Chinese community is relucant to report crimes. Whether that is a cultral thing or not I cannot say.
    Whatever, some rats in the urban jungles are dishonoring the elderly Chinese…er….Asians.

And the number of non-commenting readers is wholly another matter. As for the motivation for RR, it is really for a small core of readers who do understand, but not necessarily agree, with all that I post. I did not intend RR to become a “community forum”, and I don’t know to what extent that it now is one. But I take heart in the number of liberal readers who pay attention to every word that is written in these pages, along with the number of liberal blogs that continue to track and lambast on what they read here. However, most of my serious readers communicate with me by email, and I respect that.
    But in the final analysis Paul, what is the point and intent of your observation? All of the local leftwingers think this blog is of no import to the community, dispenses harmful, hateful, and erroneous ideas, and therefore should cease publishing. Nevertheless, as I have stated countless times, I remain heartened by their attention and concerns. Are you here adding your voice to that chorus?

    Hmmm. I don’t recall Robert X decrying Asian discrimination in admittance to Harvard, Yale, or prestigious high schools in blue New York City or Blue LA or Blue SF. Nor do I recall Robert X supporting the Asians students’ lawsuit against Yale for discrimination based on sex, ethnicity, creed, race or national origin when it comes to entrance into Yale.
    I do recall the previous administration supporting the Asian students in their lawsuit and I also recall the Biden Administration Justice Department instantly dropping its support for the lawsuit like a hot rock and without comment.
    Goodbye equality and hello equity. The Dems always perpetuate the bigotry on low expectations of fellow Americans, such as our Black citizens. The Left actually think that POC in our society are too stupid and helpless to get a drivers license without their help.
