I do read the posts Punch……more importantly I remember your old posts. The ones where you whined incessantly about the popular vote…..Hillary won the popular vote….what about the popular vote….the will of the people. Arguments conveniently forgotten now that the conditions have reversed themselves.
Really Paul….you’re too old a man to be this big a weasel.

Biden is not my guru or my first choice for President but he was far and away the best choice rather than Trump who is severely disturbed narcissist and a delusional man and a danger to our country. Trump is not my choice among the two but you like him which is your privilege. There is not much more to it than that.
Biden easily won the electoral votes and had the largest popular vote in history so he was clearly the choice of the American people.

This blog went through years of blaming the debt on Obama when he was President even when the Repubs controlled the House and Senate which was until two years ago. In fact you are verifying the Republicans and Trump responsibility for the debt for at least the first two years of his administration and the last 6 years of Obama’s admin because the Repubs controlled the House for all those years.

Off thread, but check this out. re: The investigation of the Capitol Police officer who died after the riot. We have been told 1,000 times that officer Sicknick was brutally smashed in the head with a fire extinguisher. So many times we have been told that we take it as fact. Now, this is CNN, so believe it or don’t.
‘Investigators struggle to build murder case in death of US Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick’
“CNN)Investigators are struggling to build a federal murder case regarding fallen US Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick, vexed by a lack of evidence that could prove someone caused his death as he defended the Capitol during last month’s insurrection.”
“According to one law enforcement official, medical examiners did not find signs that the officer sustained any blunt force trauma, so investigators believe that early reports that he was fatally struck by a fire extinguisher are not true.”
“But investigators reviewing video of the officer’s time around the Capitol haven’t been able to confirm that in tape that has been recovered so far, the official said.”
https://www.cnn.com/2021/02/02/politics/brian-sicknick-charges/index.html
With all the press cameras rolling along with hundreds of cell phone videos as well as the Capitol building Own surveillance system, they have yet to find any tape with that captured Officer Brian Sicknick interactions with protestors than showed him being injured. Still looking for evidence..

So they lie for 40 years and wonder why they have weak minded snowflakes who dont want kids and are so self involved and not doing anything to help the actual kids futures. Too predictable but they will never own it. –
After Britt Wray married in 2017, she and her husband began discussing whether they were going to have children. The conversation quickly turned to climate change and to the planet those children might inherit.
“It was very, very heavy,” said Wray, now a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. “I wasn’t expecting it.” She said she became sad and stressed, crying when she read new climate reports or heard activists speak.
Jennifer Atkinson, an associate professor of environmental humanities at the University of Washington, Bothell, became depressed after students told her they could not sleep because they feared social collapse or mass extinction.

If this turns out to be true, I want whoever cocked up this stupid story hung out to dry. Although I believed the initial story of the officer being bludgeoned with a fire extinguisher to be true, I wondered why there seemed to be zero info on exactly who, why, and when this happened. They seem to have lots of info about everything else.
Please remember folks – the Dems that ‘honored’ the fallen officer in the Rotunda cheered on the “ACABs” riots just months ago.

I found the video of what is supposed to be the officer being hit by the fire extinguisher. It looks to be empty and the officer has a helmet and doesn’t seem to be affected at all by the impact. I’ve seen countless videos during the summer of officers being struck and hit far harder by rioters as well as the officers that were deliberately blinded by lasers.
The Dems cheered!
Now it could very well be that the person who threw that can did cause something to happen to the officer that later caused his death, but it will be impossible to prove that anyone else had a hand in what looked like an illegal, violent, stupid and impromptu toss into a crowd.
If you really want to ascribe blame I would suggest the various Dem mayors, DAs and governors that promoted violent rioting all summer.
It was cool then, why is it not cool in DC?
Hmmmmm?

“I found the video of what is supposed to be the officer being hit by the fire extinguisher.”
According to CNN, a fire extinguisher was tossed, but that was a separate incident not involving Brian Sicknick.
CNN: “As part of the investigation into the riots, prosecutors have charged several with assault against a federal officer stemming from violent episodes at the Capitol, separate from the one involving Sicknick.”
Separate from Officer Sicknick violent incidents:
“One man can be seen in surveillance video striking uniformed officers from the Capitol Police and the DC’s Metropolitan Police Department with a metal baseball bat, according to an FBI affidavit.
Another man allegedly threw a fire extinguisher at a group of police officers, striking three in the head, an affidavit says.“

“Marc Elias, a prominent Democratic election attorney, argued in a court filing this week that faulty voting machines may have misread thousands of votes in a House election in upstate New York, a claim similar to the debunked allegation some Republicans pushed regarding the 2020 presidential election.”
Now,, to wait and see if the court throws this one out like they did with Trump.
I would love to see Dominion squirm having to actually have their cheet machines inspected, and computer geeks dig deep into that “proprietary” software.
