Joe Biden has selected Robert Malley to be his envoy to Iran. There could no clearer sign that Biden’s foreign policy (or that of whoever is running the show) will be pro-appeasing the mullahs and anti-Israel

The San Francisco United School District isn’t quite finished with its renaming binge: The district’s arts department, previously titled VAPA (Visual and Performing Arts), will now be known as the SFUSD Arts Department.
This change has been made in accordance with “antiracist arts instruction,” according to ABC-7 News.
“It is a very simple step we can take to just be referred to as the SFUSD Arts Department for families to better understand who we are,” Sam Bass, director of the SFUSD Arts Department, explained in a memo obtained by the local news network.
Bass did not immediately respond to a request for comment, and the memo isn’t widely available. But ABC-7 reported that the decision was made to eliminate VAPA because the department realized acronyms are a symptom of “white supremacy culture.”

If I remember correctly, the only thing Trump did to hurt the economy was ban flights from China, which may have hurt the airline industry. Did Trump close down the Miners Foundry? No. Did Trump close down restaurants across the land? No. Well then, who in the hell shut down the economy? I’ve spent the last several months since the election trying to come up with an answer to what Trump could have done, with the information known at the time, that would have resulted in a better outcome for the pandemic and our economy. What evidence is there that could reasonably quantify the deficits in both areas that have been simply ascribed to Trump? All that we have heard from the Left is that he screwed up (and even now leftists like PaulE keep echoing that unsubstantiated allegation), but where is the evidence?

Gotta only partial agree with you there, Mr. Scott. Yes, TDS might be permanent and all the King’s Horses and all the King’s Men haven’t found the cure….not even a slim chance smidgen of a promise. for a magic bullet. Maybe some day science may find a cure, but not in the foreseeable future.
I believe that TDS is, in clinical terms, ‘progressive and irreversible’. While it may be indeed permanent, it is much more dire than that. Being progressive and irreversible means it’s only going to get worse and worser over time. It NEVER gets better. Permanent would be a welcome relief if the Syndrome was static. Sad to say it is not the case.

The evidence is that 400,000 people have died from the virus. That’s after Trump assured Americans that things would be over by Easter and everyone would be able to crowd themselves back in their Churches with no problems.
