This will most likely be the last edition of ‘Voter Fraud’. In a correspondence with a reader I asked if he was aware of any site that served as a clearing house for the hundreds of voter fraud reports, affidavits, and suits filed from all over the country – in short, where can we go to see all the publicly declared and gathered evidence alleging voter fraud. He got back to me with this excellent compendium that lists them all and updates the list daily. The site is called https://hereistheevidence.com/ – enjoy.
[5dec20 update] Not set in stone. A lot of the stuff our Left and its lamestream put out about the post-election and its scheduled milestones is simply not true. Here is a piece that explains the matter and links to the related constitutional research document prepared by the Election Integrity Project.
And this editorial – 'With Our Election System Under Assault, Americans Need to Speak Up' – in the Epoch Times pretty well sums up a lot of the country's feelings about the very polarized debate about election fraud.
[6dec20 update] More evidence on the astronomically low probability of obtaining the claimed and/or certified Trump/Biden election results. Anyone who claims to be technically astute in probabilistics will immediately call to question what the so-called ‘non-polling metrics’ indicate about the likelihood of fraud in the election’s aftermath. Patrick Basham of the Democracy Institute did an extensive interview with Mark Levin of FN (here) where he pointed out the anomalies in these metrics which have historically been 100% reliable in identifying the winner of presidential elections.
Suddenly, this time everything went haywire as ALL the metrics pointed to a Trump win, but were nullified with the afterhours arrival of truckloads of mail-in ballots which statistically stunk to high heaven. For example, what do you think of boxes of uncreased mail-in ballots (i.e. NOT mailed) each of whose vote counts came up repeatedly and exactly Biden 50.5% and Trump 49.5%? And other such goings on were apparent in many vote count sessions across the key battleground states.
Basham explained that there are "a dozen or more of these metrics … [that] have a 100% accuracy rate in terms of predicting the winner of the presidential election. … Those metrics, include party registration trends, how the candidates did in their respective presidential primaries, the number of individual donations, [and] how much enthusiasm each candidate generated in the opinion polls. … In 2016, they all indicated strongly that Donald Trump would win against most of the public polling. That was again the case in 2020. So, if we are to accept that Biden won against the trend of all these non-polling metrics, it not only means that one of these metrics was inaccurate, for the first time ever, it means that each one of these metrics was wrong for the first time and at the same time as all of the others." (emphasis mine)
Were such infinitesimally low probabilities to obtain in any other endeavor, every reasonable person familiar with the issues would say that there definitely has occurred a massive anomaly. It is the consideration of such “deeply puzzling” evidence, when added to all the other affidavits submitted under penalty of perjury, that persuades me that this was an historically fraudulent election the (most likely criminal) vagaries of which need to be investigated and brought to light. Did China effectively buy Dominion Voting Systems one month before the election? The fraud smoke about this election is sure getting thicker by the day. Not only do the Chinese dominate the board of Dominion’s holding company, but “in a previous voter fraud lawsuit filed by Sidney Powell, a former military intelligence official claims in an affidavit that Chinese operatives had access to Dominion Voting Systems in several key states.” (more here)
[10dec20 update] Now here’s a shot in the shorts of all those on the Left telling the nation a slew of Big Lies about the integrity of the Dominion (Vote Editing) Software. ‘Election Supervisor Shows on Video How Dominion Software Allows Changing, Adding Votes’. This should renew some interest in the courts now chewing on election fraud suits. The evidence tsunami is of historical proportions. I know of no legal battle fought in my lifetime in which the plaintiffs have had such a profusion of evidence.

Here is the Evidence allows people to upload/post evidence of voter fraud during the 2020 election. Although they request that people only post evidence that would be admissible in court, most of the information comes from social media posts and poor sources such as Breitbart, Epoch Times, and Judicial Watch, all of which we rate as far-right biased and Questionable. They also have supposed witness accounts that come from unreliable sources such as Some Bitch Told Me. While some of the information is factual many of the posts rely on poor sources who frequently fail fact checks and have been publishing misinformation regarding election fraud during the 2020 election.

RX 1008am – Can one not write an exactly opposite summary citing lamestream media sources as ‘far-left biased and questionable’?
What you totally miss is that the presented list of ‘evidence’ attempts encompass all that people from all over the country allege as evidence for voter fraud. Not all of the items on the list would be admissible in court as evidence per se, more corroborative testimonials would be needed. But what your credible sources do is deny the existence of voter fraud altogether because in their eyes not enough has been presented yet to overturn the election. That criterion is not needed to define voter fraud and point out its existence.
In the final analysis, half the country today does not believe that the election was legitimate, just as your half has yet to believe that the 2016 election was legitimate. That simply illustrates that we are no longer a single nation living within a common border.

PaulE 1220pm – We should separate ‘voter fraud’ from ‘voter fraud sufficient to overturn the election’, and pursue the established existence of the former in order to restore confidence in our election process. Trump and the various conservative organizations prosecuting these voter fraud investigations should continue and expand their work, even as the Biden administration takes office and attempts to halt and suppress these legitimate enquiries and adjudications.
There’s a lot more to come on this whole affair; getting Trump out of office was just the kick-off.

Yes, it is a coup, just as the reckless attack on candidate Trump was in 2016.
The current coup is not narrowly focused as that one. This one involved cheating in, probably, every state. They “flooded the zone”, knowing that the enforcement mechanisms would be overwhelmed everywhere- they cheated by the margin in several different ways in Georgia alone, and the result is investigations running into each other and mass confusion.
This was only possible because a substantial portion of the low-end deep staters (the vote counters) are always ready, willing and able to cheat for their democrap masters.
It’s going to take some time to bring it all to the surface and present all in a manner that will convince the low IQs among us.

Still, the main target needs to be the four huge overnight vote dumps in three states worth 60+ electoral votes. The Michigan job that went 30-1 for Biden with 130,000 votes involved is only the most obvious. Curiously, even it wasn’t enough, as Michigan saw two of these.
For the nummerate, the coincidences, never-befores, and outrageous anomalies are already beyond convincing. Best example: Biden outdrew Obama in the blackest precincts of Milwaukee, Detroit and Philadelphia while Dem support among blacks declined considerably in almost every other city in America. How does Emery explain that?
Oh, right, he doesn’t (because it can’t be plausibly explained). Proof looks a lot like that much of the time; not clear as a bell but unmistakable nevertheless…

Gregory 1051am – Am also waiting for Paul’s answer (he asks so many questions, he must have a passel of answers stored up). Don’t know if a flag officer’s duty is any different from that of company-grade officers (flag was a bit above my pay grade). But if I recall my training and oath, and depending on the strength of the “whiff”, my responsibility was to interdict the conspiracy (were that reasonably possible for me), and immediately report the matter to my commanding officer. I would have to take all the responsibility for not interdicting when possible, and also for screwing up the interdiction if that were later determined to be poor judgment on my part. I would also be responsible if my commanding officer sat on his ass and took no further action (up the chain), were that later to be determined dereliction of duty – in short, I would have to go over my reluctant commander’s head and take the downside if it was then adjudicated (court martial and/or career) to be an error on my part. This drill is essentially the same as if an officer was given what he believed to be an unlawful order to carry out. American officers can never cop to ‘But I was just following orders.’

From memory lane. Mark Levin simply put together what the Wa Post, the Atlantic, the NYT, CNN, Bloomberg, NPR, and other non-right wing sites had published previously about the Obama Administration surveillance of the Trump Campaign and Trump himself, citing their own words, articles, dates when Trump said they wiretapped him. It was Mike Rogers who went directly to Trump and told him. The next day, Trump and the campaign vacated Trump Towers.
Oh, Punchy went unglued over the words Trump used: ‘Wire tapped”. “Where is the proof?”. Then they went silent after fighting the very notion.

IF THERE IS, and Trump or surrogates can tell a story that sways folks to that, all bets are off. And we will get election reform pronto… paper ballots and in person voting with photo ID.
