   just to share, from an NPR interview of the important book du jour, ‘In Defense of Looting’…I can just see all the liberal NPR listeners taking notes.
   Q: What would you say to people who are concerned about essential places like grocery stores or pharmacies being attacked in those communities?

   Biden said Monday — during a speech supposedly on violence: “I am not banning fracking. Let me say again: I am not banning fracking. No matter how many times Donald Trump lies about me.”
   The problem, for Biden, is that he explicitly promised to ban fracking during the second Democratic Party presidential primary debate on July 31, 2019, in Detroit, Michigan.
   CNN’s Dana Bash asked him the question directly:
   Bash: Thank you, Mr. Vice President. Just to clarify, would there be any place for fossil fuels, including coal and fracking, in a Biden administration?
   Biden: No, we would — we would work it out. We would make sure it’s eliminated and no more subsidies for either one of those, either — any fossil fuel.
   This was Biden’s consistent position through March of this year. In the final debate of the primary, when he faced off against Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Biden promised: “No new fracking.”
   It was not the only time Biden made similar commitments.
   He later tried to backtrack, telling Philadelphia-area ABC affiliate WNEP in July: “Fracking is not going to be on the chopping block.”
   But his running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), wants to ban fracking — everywhere.
   Politicians can change their views, and it’s possible that Biden has flip-flopped on the issue, but his selection of Harris was widely seen as cementing his anti-fracking stance.
   It’s not Donald Trump that told voters Biden was against fracking. Biden told voters himself.

    In a 2-1 decision likely to be appealed, a three-judge panel of U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit said the House Judiciary Committee’s lawsuit had to be dismissed because Congress had never passed a law authorizing such litigation.
    “Because the Committee lacks a cause of action to enforce its subpoena, this lawsuit must be dismissed,” Circuit Judge Thomas Griffith wrote for the majority.

    he said that 114 were from out of Kenosha. That sounds like a pretty good rule of thumb for calculating how many are in Biden’s Travelling Army instead of local evildoers.
    I kind of hate it when someone like Biden or Harris get face lifts. It pulls all the personality out of their looks. The Kamala tint change is kind of unfortunate too in a sort of Michael Jackson sort of way. In any case, it doesn’t really matter. Biden is an incompetent grifter and Harris is downright evil.     “Sentencing was held on August 26, 2020 for three of four men convicted of throwing a chlorine bomb at an Arvada Police officer as he attempted to clear a road hazard. The hazard was built by the defendants to create a stationary target for their bombs.
    On April 7, 2019 at 10:00 p.m., Arvada police received a call from a citizen regarding a road hazard at 72nd and Beech Street. The Officer arrived to find that street signs had been pulled out of ground and stacked in middle of the road, then plastic wrap had been strung across the road. The Officer and the citizen began to attempt to clear the road barricade when a plastic bottle was thrown and landed near the Officer. He overheard someone yell obscenities at him. When the bottle hit the ground it began releasing heavy chlorine gas. The Officer began coughing, became nauseous, lost consciousness, and fell to the ground. Other officers and paramedics arrived and the Officer was transported to the hospital.
    They detonated at least seven additional incendiary devices in the area.
    Arvada Police officers addressed the judge at the sentencing hearing, describing the impact this had on the officer, the entire department, and the community. During the immediate search for the offenders, a Code Red was issued for a one-mile radius in Arvada.
    The officer suffered serious pulmonary damage and spent months going to medical appointments and missing work and continues to suffer the effects of the chlorine gas.
    “These men set up an ambush for police. When the first Arvada officer arrived to clear away the road hazard, he was a fixed target for their toxic chemical bombs,” said DA Pete Weir, “These young men purchased the chemicals and plastic bottles at Walmart, mixed the bombs and then set up their targets for ambush. The impact on the law enforcement community has been enormous.”
