Can some LIB explain just why this ISN’T criminal?
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/flynn-attorney-claims-president-obama-was-in-on-plot-to-frame-him
“According to recently released testimony, President Obama revealed during an Oval Office meeting weeks before the interview that he knew about Flynn’s phone call with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, apparently surprising then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates.
After the meeting, Obama asked Yates and then-FBI Director James Comey to “stay behind.” Obama “specified that he did not want any additional information on the matter, but was seeking information on whether the White House should be treating Flynn any differently, given the information.”
“The whole thing was orchestrated and set up”
So the the banana republic style “president*” “O”
was in on it.

Brother Walt, the lefties ain’t touch that with a ten foot pole…unless to say this whole Great Right Wing Conspiracy Hoax. Is just a distraction from Trump’s disastrous handling of Pandemic. “He screwed the pooch, big time on SARS 2.0. Thousands died while he played golf!!! The is blood on Trumps hands. A tin-foil hat distraction! We need to investigate!” Something like that. That’s if they come near it.
Consider it like waiting for Punchy for denounce Shifflips or say he kind of got the Flynn case wrong. How long have you been waiting? 2 days now? Best to put that on the back burner and do’t leave a candle in the window waiting.
Well, if none of our wretched TDS grunt sandwiches will touch it, then I will. Softball thrown to Walt.
AN ABSURD AND OUTRAGEOUS SHOT AT BILL BARR
“The Justice Department’s decision to dismiss the prosecution of Gen. Flynn caused left liberal heads to explode. None exploded more loudly than that of Norman Ornstein. He tweeted, “Bill Barr is a fascist.”
No serious analyst would make such a claim, even in the heat of the moment. It’s certainly not fascist to call for review of a case in which a public servant may have been set up for prosecution by his political enemies, and then to drop the prosecution based on a thorough review by a respected U.S. attorney.
If Barr had ordered dismissal of the case against the recommendation of that U.S. attorney, his action would be problematic, but not fascist. It’s also worth noting that Sally Yates, the acting attorney general and no fan of Gen. Flynn or President Trump, was “flabbergasted and dumbfounded” by the FBI’s treatment of Flynn.
The treatment of Flynn comes closer to being fascist than does Barr’s decision, which has nothing to do with fascism. One characteristic of fascist regimes is the tendency to lock up political enemies without affording them due process.“

Gentlemen, I’ve argued here for a long time that Obama has to be a key player in the coup attempt.
When Comey let HRC slide for literally hundreds or thousands of felonious transgressions in connection with her not-so-secret server, he surely wasn’t acting on his own authority(which he made rather clear in his opening remarks) but would have needed an ok from DOJ and it, in turn from Obama.
If Hillary wasn’t absolved, she becomes automatically ineligible to for president with unforeseeable consequences.
There is no remaining doubt about the coup nor its participants, the only question is whether or not the perps will be punished or the left will continue to trample our laws and traditions like so many demented Bolsheviks adored by the low grade intellects that plague this blog.

Honestly I’m surprised that he went to CA to begin with. He’d have no problem recruiting for technical people no matter where he located and Nevada seems kind of a no-brainer for any aerospace company.
It would be interesting to see how much cheaper it is to set up a car factory in Nevada vs. California when you factor in all the Blue Craziness, not to mention the income tax difference. One key criticism is that New York took weeks after the first known care home outbreaks to begin publicly reporting the number of deaths in individual homes — and still doesn’t report the number of cases. By the time New York began disclosing the deaths in the middle of last month, the state had several major outbreaks with at least 40 deaths each, most of which were a surprise to the surrounding communities and even some family members.
“They should have announced to the public: ‘We have a problem in nursing homes. We’re going to help them, but you need to know where it is,’” said former New York Lt. Gov. Betsy McCaughey, a Republican now heading the nonprofit Committee to Reduce Infection Deaths. “Instead, they took the opposite tack: They hid it.”

The transcript of Entous’ remarks at Georegetown was first spotted Sunday by Twitter user Techno_Fog, who has extensively reported on the Trump-Russia investigation.
“Initially, I didn’t know what to make of it,” Entous said. “There were divisions within the newsroom. At that point, I’m at the Washington Post… Why is it news that Michael Flynn is talking to the Russian ambassador? He should be talking to the Russian ambassador. He should be talking to him about saving the children of Aleppo, for example. There’s no reason why he shouldn’t be having that conversation. I was arguing internally that we need something more than just the fact that there was a conversation, but I’m one of many reporters.”
Ignatius’ column ran on Jan. 12, 2017 – after the leaks and the internal Washington Post discussions about how to use the Flynn information.
Entous, at the Georgetown discussion, explained why a Post columnist could publish the information when the news division wouldn’t:
“David Ignatius wrote a story around the 12th of January, which revealed that Kislyak had been having these conversations with Flynn but it wasn’t clear to Ignatius what the conversations were about,” Entous said. “This is something a columnist can do, unlike me as a news reporter, he was able to just throw this piece of red meat out there and just say, ‘There was this conversation. What was it about?’ I’m defending our decision not to run with this story earlier about just this flurry of questionable communications because I didn’t think it was enough.”

What happened next, Entous said, “is the story of the whole Russia story in a nutshell.”

They are looking like they are coming for your title oh great pony tail of ignorance –
NBC News’ Chuck Todd aired a deceptively edited clip of Attorney General Bill Barr discussing the Michael Flynn case during his “Meet the Press” broadcast on Sunday, prompting the network to concede the mistake hours later — but there is still no word on whether Todd will apologize on-air.
Asked by CBS News’ Catherine Herridge how history would judge the DOJ’s decision to move to dismiss the Flynn case, Barr initially responded, laughing: “Well, history is written by the winners, so it largely depends on who’s writing the history.”
After the brief clip aired, Todd remarked that he was “struck by the cynicism of the answer — it’s a correct answer, but he’s the attorney general. He didn’t make the case that he was upholding the rule of law. He was almost admitting that, yeah, this was a political job.”
In the full clip, which the NBC show did not air, Barr immediately went on to state explicitly that, in fact, he felt the Flynn decision upheld the rule of law.
“I think a fair history would say it was a good decision because it upheld the rule of law,” Barr said. “It upheld the standards of the Department of Justice, and it undid what was an injustice.”

And since you can’t possibly understand that, the left is screaming about a miscarriage of justice in the hopes that you’ll believe them because you’re ignorant and confused.
