Trump has the deplorable habit of thinking out loud. In and of itself, this is no crime, but when done by one with no particular training in scientific concepts, can lead to some bizarre interpretations by uninformed (or worse, malicious) listeners. He was wondering (with his mouth open) if something like external UV or disinfectant treatments could ‘somehow’ be made internal which would be an easy fix for the Xirus.
I’m not sure any regulars on this thread are at this level of scientific understanding, but have no trouble imagining that 80-90% of supposedly educated Americans would display no superior understanding of the subject. Frightening as this thought is, it’s no good reason to single out Trump. At least he tries to think logically.
Responding to Mary Guano yesterday, I wish he wouldn’t do things like this, but as a helmsman, so far he seems better than most I’ve observed from Truman to the present, probably most nearly comparable to Reagan (though a completely different personality) who even most of our leftists will concede, left the place in better shape when he departed than he found it upon arrival.

Briefly, HCQ/antibiotic/zinc treatment for the virus is still very much under investigation altho apparently your sources don’t actually investigate before pronouncing judgment. Lysol inhalers, however, are definitely figments of your fevered imagination- no one makes them and no one has suggested any utility for such an invention.
Trumps tax cut (over in a different universe) is a big part of what brought us to the brink of 100% employment and record equity values before the black swan event presently sucking all the oxygen out of the air and raising hopes among Dems concerning the coming election which was otherwise hopelessly out of reach. No wonder dims cheer on the death and destruction brought on by their communist idols. Those blessed economic circumstances, by the way, were about the only possible reason for anyone to support liberalized immigration; if we don’t need the workers, why let them in at all?
Frankly, I’d rather be rich than not, and no poor person ever hired me at a job, so that approach is another non-starter. Maybe you should sleep a little later and try writing after your brain has awakened. Pro tip: one topic at a time will work better for a one- track mind, particularly when the track is labeled TDS.
