   But, but, but – the words are the EXACT same!!!
   Poor Paul – I knew it was he as those were the same words he has posted so many times.
   Just as Marley was doomed to drag around the chains he forged in life, so Paul is doomed to drag around all the dead equines he has acquired in his life.

   Walt: The SPD Saw Shop told me last year that CA gas should not be older than 30 days…dump it out, do not use per factory recommendations. I used stablizer to save the gas mux once over winter and it worked fine. Now I buy just 1-2 gallons at a time and drain them out and put the mix in the old beater

    Pathetic response Gregory-dictionary defination-really. You can do better than that. The definition of Treason as defined by law is:
    “Definition: In Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution, treason is specifically limited to levying war against the US, or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. Conviction requires two witnesses or a confession in open court.[2]
    Penalty: U.S. Code Title 18: Death,[8] or not less than 5 years’ imprisonment and not more than life imprisonment without the possibility of parole (minimum fine of $10,000, if not sentenced to death). Any person convicted of treason against the United States will permanently lose the right to ever hold or run for public office anywhere in any capacity within the United States.[9][10]
    Can you show me where the Trump accused have violated these laws?

    We’ve circled the ‘treason barn’ several times before. Clearly, the word is bandied about by both sides in a wide variety of situations and contexts. Every now and then TV talking heads take up the matter without resolution. My approach in these things is to give my own definition of it so readers can understand my use of it in a commentary. This has been my practice for poorly understood words and concepts since I was taught it, beginning as a freshman studying physics.
    If you have a specific definition of ‘treason’ and would like to use it to assess the correctness of its public uses by various people, then that would be a helpful contribution. Else, just asking people whether this or that utterance of treason was appropriate, appears as a preamble for another boring gotcha game.

    Kinda surprised Trump isn’t more aware of his real enemies. McCabe, Rosenstein, Comey, et al so far named aren’t really even central figures in the coup attempt. At dead center (cui bono?) HRC. Comey doesn’t let her walk on his own nickel; not even Lynch would have the stones to do that, only Obama had the horsepower to let this happen. Clapper, Brennan and (their final throw) Mueller are fare more culpable than Trump’s nominees. Page, Strozk, Orrs, etc about thirty in all should see some serious prison time for sedition (see above).

    Perhaps treason is not the accurate word in legal terms. Abuse of power will be the charges most face, along with obstruction of justice, leaking.classifoed materials, perjury, conspircy, etc. Make no mistake that Abuse of Power will be the easyist charge to get convictions on.
    Bottomline: the defendants will owe millions more in legal fees than they ever earned in their lives. They will be broke and forced to move in with relatives when this is all said and done. The Feds will keep coming at them over and over again until they are destitude, at a minimum.

    Then Congress will revoke their pensions of the convicted ones. This is one of the biggest scandals in US history. Makes Watergate look like Romper Room. Right up there with Presidential assasinations.
