[OK boys and girls, now it’s time to talk about the massive mega-lies the Democrats and their lamestream media lackeys have been telling us for the last two years. To begin, I have to confess to a large error, before Russiagate I thought that the journalistic profession was the demonstrated refuge of mostly ass-kissing ignorameouses, my opinion of the commentariat and the news media was pretty low. I was totally off base, because it wasn’t anywhere near low enough. They have demonstrated and continue to demonstrate themselves as a herd of evil snipes who have no regard for their lightly read audiences as they continue their crusade of lies and innuendo to bring down a legitimately elected administration, diverting the electorate’s attention from its achievements and urgent national needs – e.g. education, immigration, debt, … . gjr]

I am not following the Jussie story, save to say that when you get the guy who arranged the famous beer summit (Nine finger Rahm, Obama’s Chief of Staff) turned against you, well…I figured it is popcorn time. I knew winds of change were a blowing when Charles Barclay was laughing his gluteus maximus off on Sports Center. “Dude, if you are going to do a crime, don’t write a check.” When you loose Charles Barley and Dead Fish Rahm and Al Sharpton, you know things aren’t going by the script. :). And his lawyer got arrested on 16 counts. Oh my.

It seems to me that part of this is the result of the first truly internet election. The ‘news’ business not only now allows people to write (and more importantly, publish) before they think, but more heavily encourages ‘gotcha’ and scurrilous headlines. This last is what pays the bill in the current deathmatch going on in media. Although no one should be surprised, the real value is in seeing just how biased major league media can be.
I wonder if someone has constructed an AI that writes stories for the Daily Beast like they have for sports writing. No ‘reporters’ needed. Pretty soon you’ll have a Google AI censoring a conservative AI while everyone sits back and gets rich from selling ads. All that is still needed is an AI to read the stories and wave it’s little Tyrannosaurus arms in rage at Trump or Emmanuel Goldstein.
Since the news guys aren’t any smarter than anyone else, they get caught up in a feedback loop of crazy since all they read (and copy) what is basically a giant Weekly World News sans Bat Boy.
