It cracks me up the left will go to the ends of the earth to justify things like anti-semitism or racism in their own democrat party. That is why they have creds with the American people anymore. If you cannot condemn evil like OZZ can’t, you are evil.

Toad says, “If you cannot condemn evil…. you are evil.” this coming form an ardent trump supporter. Glenn Beck recently said trump was “one one last male role models.” How wonderful that we should put someone up on a pedestal who brags about grabbing women’s genitals, lies 22 times a day as a POTUS, stokes racial animus, cozies up to murderous dictators, rants and raves against accountability, insults the media, cheats on all his wives, and pays off mistresses. What a perfect role model for young men to emulate.
And you cannot condemn this Toad? According to your own assessment of the situation, what does that make you exactly?

What a wonderful life this leftinista bully has –
Dhillon, Williams’ attorney, revealed on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” that Greenberg has had previous legal issues. He had allegedly filed numerous restraining orders and small claims against his roommates and also sued landlords — but the cases were dismissed, Williams said.
Greenberg was also the subject of a restraining order in 2017 that was requested by one of his roommates, Dhillon said. That order was reportedly granted by the courts and, according to legal documents obtained by Fox News, Greenberg was also forced to turn over his 12-gauge pump shotgun and boxes of ammunition.
Dhillon told Fox News the court has now ordered Greenberg to turn in any additional firearms he may have in his possession and granted a restraining order forbidding Greenberg from contacting Williams or going within 100 yards of the UC Berkeley campus.
Just hours before Dhillon revealed the alleged restraining order, Greenberg’s attorney, Alanna Coopersmith, said her client had “a clean record.”

Oh Bobbie Sue @ 111:12 pm
What’s is wrong with insuslting the media#?
Glen Beck was on his show day after day begging viewers not to vote for Trump. Begging. Same with Ben Shapiro. And Ben told conservatives not to vote for Roy Moore.
What puzzles the Left so much is why anyone could possibly fall in behind Trump. He is ‘amoral’ is the common refrain from the Nevertrumpers like Willliam Krystol of the now defunct Weekly Standard, an elitist conservative publication. BTW, the first time I had to look up the meaning of ‘amoral’ was reading an in depth analysis of Willliam Clinton.
Sure, we would all like our leaders and elected officials to have the highes moral standards in both their personal and public policy arenas of their lives.
The reason some NevertTrumpers and the Christian Right and Beck and Shapiro and conservative commentators are backing Trump is the moral arguments for his policies and beliefs.
There is a moral agrument to be made for lowering the unemployment rates for blacks, Latinos, and minorities. There is a moral agrument for redefining free trade as fair trade. There is a moral agrument for not writing off the Rust Belt and leaving blue collar workers and communities without hope and feeling abandoned. There are moral agruments for our economic rivals (alllies) to pay their agreed upon fair share for their defense.
There are moral agreements for securing our borders, putting America first, putting textualist on SCOTUS, opposing infanticide and practicing Sharia Law in the USA. There are moral agruments for Capitalism and there are agruments that Socialistism is immoral. And that is where we are today. A flawed person pushing a moral agenda. I believe Trump’s agenda helps the forgotten man and woman bettter than telling them to “Learn to code”.
And their is a moral agrument to be made that the entire planet and all of civilization would be better off IF we can get DPRK (little rocketman) to see things diffferently. There is a moral agrument to talk to our enemies and seeing the food stamp rolls decrease as a result of said moral policies.

Bragging about grabbing women’s genitals, lying 22 times a day, stoking racial animus, cozying up to murderous dictators, ranting and raving against accountability, insulting the media, cheating on your wives, and paying off mistresses for the silence IS NOT EVIL? — according to Toad these are not issues of moral or ethical concern. Then what are these issues.. oh yeah. fake news. LOL. How stupid can people get to believe trump’s crap again and again and gain. One would think that the more astute among us would see a continuing pattern of moral depravity. The lack of such recognition about sums up trump supporters.. no ethical or moral values of speak of. Make America grate again with lies and corruption while fools who will believe anything trump tells them without question cheer him on. How sad for our country and the rest of the world that people are willing to cast their morals aside in return for political expediency.
BTW–How is it you know so much about what goes on in prison bathrooms anyway? You have mentioned that several times lately. How dare we mock journalists! Hey laid off Buzzfeed fakenewsers, “Lean to code”, lol.
“That’s not true,” Pool said. He argued that the push to ban got started with an NBC story claiming the phrase had started on 4Chan. The NBC account may be accurate but it’s not a complete picture because many Twitter users (who are not 4chan sock-puppets accounts) were using the same phrase sarcastically.
As Joe Rogan pointed out, the phrase actually goes back to some stories several years ago about coal miners learning to code after losing their jobs. It became a meme (admittedly not a kind one) aimed at journalists. As Tim Pool put it, it was a meme “that represents the elitism of modern journalists and how they target certain communities with disdain.”
“In and of itself though, it still seems like there’s alternative meanings to ‘learn to code’,” Rogan said. He added, “It still could be used, as Tim was saying, to mock elite, snooty…”
And probably our team having a lack of context into what’s happening as well,” Dorsey added. He continued, “We would fully admit we probably were way too aggressive when we first saw this and made mistakes.”
    https://hotair.com/archives/2019/03/06/twitters-jack-dorsey-vijaya-gadde-controversy-learn-code/

I think I agree with that.
A nice little dogfight on the issue might get the American Left to rethink their possish (as Bertie Wooster would say) on their love affair with Islam.
I realize that D. Trump doesn’t like the idea of mass immigration from the crazy planet of the mid-East, and that you hate D. Trump, but that’s no reason to think that we are better off embracing a dysfunctional culture.

    Grab that pussy!
“Clyburn came to Omar’s defense Wednesday, lamenting that many of the media reports surrounding the recent controversy have omitted mentioning that Omar, who was born in Somalia, had to flee the country to escape violence and spent four years in a Kenyan refugee camp before coming to the United States.
Her experience, Clyburn argued, is much more empirical — and powerful — than that of people who are generations removed from the Holocaust, Japanese internment camps during World War II and the other violent episodes that have marked history.
What is going on? Why are we seeing so many prominent voices rally to Omar’s side? This is how intersectionality works. Essentially, the pattern goes like this. Under intersectionality theories, your identity grants you credibility, your experience grants you authority, and the responsibility then of your progressive friends is to act as your allies.
Omar’s identity — as a woman of color, as a Muslim, as a refugee — means that she speaks with great experiential authority. She comes to the public square (as Tlaib and Clyburn indicate) from a position of personal pain and direct experience with marginalization and oppression. Allyship then means that it’s important to elevate her voice and to protect her credibility. To treat her as the GOP (finally) treated Steve King is unthinkable. Direct rebuke (much less direct action, such as stripping her of her committee assignments) is interpreted as an attack not on her ideas but on her very identity…….
In fact, given the zealous defense of Ilhan Omar, the continued reign of the anti-Semites perched atop the Women’s March, and the ongoing acceptance of Louis Farrakhan, it’s clear that parts of the American Left are drifting in the direction of Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour party.
Identity cannot be a substitute for or a supplement to reason and morality. Anti-Semitic voices are no more valuable coming from a refugee than from a redneck. If Democrats cannot recognize that fundamental fact, then intersectionality will have encroached on decency, and bigotry will have made yet another cultural advance.

Scenes 12:51 — Love affair with Islam? Kind of a stretch don’t you think? The Israelis have become what they abhor … They took Palestine from the Palestinians, put them into ghettos, limit their electricity, food, and freedom to move around, shoot them when they protest.. sounds a lot like early WWII in Poland doesn’t it. NO the left does not have a love affair with Islam.. it’s more like a moral quandary with Israel and a love affair with Saudi oil. What it all boils down to is that the US props us Israel as a buffer for the Saudis and other oil monarchies who are a religious minority in their own countries and fear a shiite revolution like occurred in Iran.

    Reeducation camp for you!
Android (a flavor of linux) for cells and tablets, linux for notebooks and grandpa boxes. It is ready for prime time.
I even bought a chromebook that had a linux distro available (Gallium OS), for $300 after my wife’s MacBook was stolen in a hotel bar in Berlin so she’d have something to use while she arranged to get another Mac. She gave Chromebook a try but in the end, she didn’t like the keyboard.
So I got it back. Here’s the Gallium hardware compatibility guide
    https://wiki.galliumos.org/Hardware_Compatibility
A retired software engineer turned me on to cheap chromebooks being all one needs once compiling large programs is one’s history, not their future… he buys them used for $100 and runs Chrome as-is, but I try to limit google exposure. Gallium is OK and it fits the chromebook hardware limitations.

I am confused. They say the currrent Dem Dilemma has nothing to do with Omar’s statements. Excuse me, it has everything to do with Omar’s statements.
Clyburn says that Omar spent four years in a Egyptian refugee camp. Ok, but what does have to do with her statements? She has been given a clean slate more than once. That last time she was given a clean slate, she immediately walked back her apology. Fair enough, but it only took 18 days since her last clean slate to blow it again. Anybody see an ingrained pattern of bigotry?
It’s not about hate, it’s not about foreign policy, it’s not about US policy towards Israel or David Duke or the price of tea in China. It’s all about Ms. Omar’s statements. Call me dense, but isn’t that the issue here? Can you say deflection? Trump grabs pussy and said somebody got sclonged! Now, what does that have to do with Omar’s statements. Answer: nothing. Let’s look at the BIGGER picture. Ok, fine.

Daily quotes from our wacky world.
Upright: “It is fundamental to the Democrats’ worldview and reason for being that all hate comes from the right. They constantly tout themselves as the party of inclusion, tolerance and love. … [But] our politics today are suffused with hate, to a degree not seen within my lifetime. Above all, hate for President Trump. Also, hate for conservatives. Hate for Republicans. Hate for all those who fail to toe the latest, ever-shifting intersectional line. … And yet the Democrats cannot admit that they, and the Left, are the overwhelming source of hatred in today’s world.” —John Hinderaker
The BIG Lie: “I was the first person who ran for president without the protection of the Voting Rights Act, and I will tell you, it makes a really big difference. And it doesn’t just make a difference in Alabama and Georgia; it made a difference in Wisconsin, where the best studies that have been done said somewhere between 40 [thousand] and 80,000 people were turned away from the polls because of the color of their skin, because of their age, because of whatever excuse could be made up to stop a fellow American citizen from voting.” —Hillary Clinton with a lie so big even The Washington Post gave her four Pinocchios
The BIG Lie II: “I was at the border this past weekend. What [Trump] is proposing going on there is mythology. It is not reality.” —Nancy Pelosi
Non Compos Mentis: “The idea that a woman can be as powerful as a man is something that our society can’t deal with. But I am as powerful as a man and it drives them crazy.” —Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
Delusional: “Nancy [Pelosi] is a typical white feminist upholding the patriarchy doing the dirty work of powerful white men.” —Women’s March co-chair Linda Sarsour
Belly laugh of the week: “For all the mistakes we made, we didn’t make mistakes of integrity, and I’m proud that we left office without a scandal.” —Barack Obama
And last… “At some point we stopped asking a very fundamental philosophical question: What is the government and what is it supposed to do? Our Founders thought the government’s job was to protect and ensure liberty. People today seem to think [the government’s] job is to protect comfort and lifestyle.” —Matt Walsh

    Did I read this right?
“So, when we talk about newcomers, we have to recognize the constant reinvigoration of America that they are, that we all have been – our families,” Speaker Nancy Pelosi said. “And that, unless you’re blessed to be Native American – which is a blessing in itself that we respect – but that constant reinvigoration of hope, determination, optimism, courage, to make the future better for the next generation, those are American traits. And these newcomers make America more American. And we want them, when they come here, to be fully part of our system. And that means not suppressing the vote of our newcomers to America.”
    I best get some context:
“We, in California, see people coming from a different direction, but the same welcome. You see them coming, many from the south, southern border, but should be the same welcome….
“So, when we talk about newcomers, we have to recognize the constant reinvigoration of America that they are, that we all have been – our families. And that, unless you’re blessed to be Native American – which is a blessing in itself that we respect – but that constant reinvigoration of hope, determination, optimism, courage, to make the future better for the next generation, those are American traits. And these newcomers make America more American. And we want them, when they come here, to be fully part of our system. And that means not suppressing the vote of our newcomers to America.”
    Best read that again.
Hmmm. Newcomers coming from the south, the southern border. Ok, those are newcomers.
“And we want them, when they come here, to be fully part of our system. And that means not suppressing the vote of our newcomers to America.”
