“Empire” actor Jussie Smollett has been charged with one count of felony disorderly conduct for filing a false police report, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office said Wednesday evening.
Smollett is due in court in Chicago at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said CPD detectives will make contact with Smollett’s legal team to “negotiate a reasonable surrender for his arrest.”
Guglielmi said CPD detectives presented evidence before a Cook County grand jury Wednesday. The grand jury returned an indictment shortly before 7 p.m.

McCabe as widely discussed, can’t keep his story straight.
So McCabe went from a detailed description of the events with Rosenstein—“he was absolutely serious, and in fact he brought it up in the next meeting we had”—to attempting to say it was only an “offhanded comment.” Notably, he also makes sure to say that he, personally, took no actions or steps based on Rosenstein’s “comment.”
Clearly, McCabe’s lawyers had a little talk with him after his “60 Minutes” interview. Again, McCabe’s version on “The View” is different than his version on “60 Minutes.” And it is contradicted by the sworn testimony of FBI general counsel Jim Baker. Among other things, Baker remembers that the wire-up conversation alone lasted “a couple of days or something, yes.”

Interesting that McCabe voiced his concerns that Trump possibly is a Russsia assset. An ‘asset’ in the 17 Intel Agencies lingo means wittingly or unwittingly under the influence of a foreign power.
Wittingly or unwittingly under influence of a foreign power describes 94% on the lamestream coverage of the Russian Collusion Delusion and 100% on the their popinjays, wittingly or unwittingly.
Watching McCabe, the word inconsistencies, as in inconsistencies in statements, comes up a lot. Inconsistencies in FBI lingo means “lies”. Watching McCabe (the target of the IG’s blistering report citing 3 times under oath McCabe being “less than candid”) it is clear that the cream does not rise to the top, as is the case in many government agencies. Oh, “less than candid” is also FBI lingo for “lair”. And his lies and leaks were so documented and egregious that he was fired 26 hours before he was due to retire. Fired by the FBI, not Trump. That’s who we are dealing with here.
Does anyone with half a brain really believe that McCabe was so upset with his friend and superior Comey getting fired that the stress of the firing was so great that McCabe joined in an hastily thrown together plot of remove a duly elected President of the United States. Like, that is such a reasonable thought process to believe, eh? The stress of my superior getting fired and resulting in me getting promoted to the Director of the FBI made me think immediately of somehow using 25th Amendment, even thought I have no authority to use it. Yep, that’s what normal folks do and think.Sounds reasonable and possible, not.
Lest I be remiss, McCabe said he had the authority and permission to talk (leak) to the press. Comey testified that McCabe did NOT have permission to talk to the press. I see some more ‘inconsistencies’.
Back to my original point of “asset”. Reminds me of when the goat lady made her infamous statements. The last sentence in particular. To paraphrase, “Someone is ordering the police to shoot black kids and I want to know who.” Who is behind this? Who is ordering cops to go out there willy nilly and start firing away at black kids walking down the sidewalk? Who? That’s what I want to know…WHO???
My digging actually answered the question of Who at the time, but that is for a different day. What was most glaringly obvious to me digging into the money and organizational structure behind BLM and it’s leadership was that the GOAT lady unwittingly was a mouthpiece and puppet for the men behind the curtain who she was decrying. A popinjay, either wittingly or unwittingly. For the Goat Lady, I believe it was unwittingly. For the Enemy of the People, I believe it is wittingly.
