   An op-ed was published in Yale University’s student newspaper on Thursday, suggesting that students collect and store evidence on white male classmates, so that it can be used to ruin political careers in the future.
   “I’m watching you, white boy,” says author Isis Davis-Marks in an op-ed published in the Yale Daily News, who claims that she will save any evidence that she finds of white male classmates behaving badly — even if it’s “unintentional” — just in case she needs it to end a political career in the future.

   A little good news from the Syrian front –
   Russia is confronting Iran in Syria for two reasons. First, there is the Israeli-US pressure and the insistence that Iran has no place in Syria. Second, there is the fact that Russia does not now need Iran since the fighting in Syria is almost over.
   Only one rebel stronghold remains in the Syrian province of Idlib held by an al Qaeda-linked group, which now controls more territory than any other opposition or terrorist group.
   On Wednesday, an anonymous Syrian official told the Iraqi Kurdish media outlet Bas News that the Russian military recently “blew up” targets held by Iranian militias, marking “the first time the Russians attacked Iranian targets in Syria,” the Jerusalem Post reported, echoing other outlets.
   Reporting from inside Syria, Ahram Online also highlighted recent clashes between Assad’s allies Iran and Russia in Syria.
   “Military disagreements are erupting between Russia and Iran in Syria, including indirect clashes that could mark the end of their tactical alliance,” the news outlet revealed on Friday, adding:
   Battles have broken out using heavy weapons between Russian-backed militias and Iranian-backed groups in Syria amid disputes over areas of influence, with fighters on both sides being killed in battles. … Russia succeeded in loosening the grip of the pro-Iran forces and attempted to end the fighting before it spread without dismantling all the pro-Iran forces and expelling them from the area.
   Ahram identified the soldiers involved in the fight as members of regime military divisions backed by Russia and the Iran-allied Syrian Republican Guard.
   “Both sides brought in military reinforcements in preparation for future more extensive battles,” Ahram warned.

    You bet your ass we do and are so good at making it! That’s you too Walt, I have had his ribs as have the Rebanes! Last weekend I butchered a full rib roast into 2 inch to 2 and a half inch bone in steaks! Its a visual thing seeing a plate full with just the steak. In the same way turkey leftovers rock so do they, use your imagination and then there is the dog joy too.

    Funny you should bring up my cooking.
    Been going through BBQ withdrawals. So I fired up the smoker today, and through in a turkey breast. I needed a challenge.
    Trying to keep an even temp was the fun part. Cherry wood was the flavor of the week. Turkey for all to sample. You would think my dogs were wolfs, drooling for the next handout.
    FINALLY!!! Something off the smoker the wife liked.(she’s just no fan of smoked anything.)
    Even the finicky puss gave his approval.

    Well, boyz and fine lady, it’s been another eventful week here in God’s country. We had a SOTUS that pissed off Bernie as well as a bunch of independent women who were told what to wear (white), when to stand, and when to sit. That was immediately followed by the launching of the Green New Deal that needed no wordy thoughtful rebuttal as the punch lines see, to write themselves. All through this was the undercurrent of some embarrassing revelations of the top 3 Dems running Virginia.
    Personally, I felt the Gov and the Virginia AG would both have to go since their crimes were mirrors of each other and in the same timeframes. So, if one stayed the other would stay. Now it looks like they are going to toss the black guy as the sacrificial lamb to the wolves. The silver lining is that some Dems are now saying that maybe they were too quick on the draw to flush Stuart Smiley and maybe it might be better to take a deep breath and do the ole “innocent until proven guilty” thang…or at least wait a beat before the Screeching Banshies scream “I believe her! If the crime could have happened, then it did happen!”
    Nah, just joking. Throw the black dude out and keep the Gov and AG. Politics trumps race which trumps gender which trumps….. As Vince Lombardi said, “Winning isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.” Virginia is too important to lose to the R’s in 2020 because of a silly costume done in good fun and for yucks and giggles. Let it all hang out.
    Maybe the Dems will keep all three and let bygones be bygones. Interesting that they always referred to the white accuser of Kavanaugh as Dr. Ford and the black accuser (who also is a Dr.) of Lord Fairfax’s spawn as the “accuser.” Heck, Dr. Squeaky Ford did not even know how to contact her Senator’s office and the Dr. accuser is called a bioch. Go figure.
    Oh, lest we forget, we started the week off yapping about some white dude with no political experience who used to run Starbucks and boy was the media pissed. Exciting times, bro-in-laws, exciting times. And the half-time show sucked…like the Rams. One Benjamin lighter. 🙂

    This is something that has bothered me for years. So much so that I have been all for rewriting the child credit (and unearned income credit ) to stop fraud, waste, and ABUSE. We have special rules for the definition of “qualifying depends” written for Mexican nationals who work in the US and all their kids live in Mexico are can be listed as dependents for the (un)Earned Income Credit. This video focuses on only the child tax credit. It ain’t right.

    Well, Christianity has been under attack for a long time by the secularists. Nothing new with that. To their credit, the Left has kept their anti-Christian bias in check all in all, through the years. Mostly only openly mocked Christianity in classrooms (including our local Sierra College for a decade or so) and some outbursts by Lefty pundits here and there, but kept it under control in the US, all things considered. The Leftinistas in Europe has succeeded in killing Christianity there, but they have been working on it longer and harder. Religion has always been the number one or two threat to statists and relative morality. Post Enlightenment stuff, post modern man.
    Anyway, when the Muslim migration north and west unfolded in the last few years, the attacks in Christianity is coming out in the open. Drives the Far Left nuts. Suddenly Islam got elevated to the good religion. and Judaism and Christianity went from bad to very bad.
    You don’t hear about attacks of Muslim private schools in the USA for teaching their beliefs, do ya? Nope.

The vice president became an object of ridicule when he revealed that he followed the so-called “Billy Graham Rule” by never dining alone with any woman other than his wife.     I knew you would say that and I purposely and knowingly posted the “Virginia Four” under Sandbox because it does not meet the gist of the post “Redemption of The Virginia Three” ….which is about forgiveness, context, foolish indiscretions of youth, and making the punishment fit the crime decades after the fact.
    Nay, good Doc, my post was in response to Scenes’s 8:49 pm, and was just an excuse for tossing in the punch line of the image of people all over the nation now scubbing their old photos and scrapbooks of things they once thought funny, cute, or harmless fun. Nothing to do with redemption. Nothing to do with the seriousness of The Virginia Three post.
    Truth be told, I have wrestled with your Redemption of The Virginia Three for several hours. I wrote a thoughtful reply hours ago, but did not post it. The cynic in me wants so badly to say, “Yeah, they only want to talk about forgiveness or context or people change now that THEIR side got caught with their dicks in the wringer. I wanted to say how the dispecable Left purposely tried to destroy a man (Brit Kavanaugh) on national tv, destroy his reputation and life in front of his wife and children and slander him relentlessly….and when Kavanaugh fought back against totally unfounded and 100% uncorroborated salious accussations of the worse kind, they said he lost his cool and does not have judicial temperment. They are evil condescending fuckers.
    I wanted so bad to say they let Joy Reid slide after lying about her homophobic writings in her past…they kept quiet last week when photos of Whoopi Goldberg laughing when her then boyfriend Ted Dawson dressed in blackface roasting her,when Joy B on the View dressed up as a black woman for Halloween (I was sooo cute), yet chased Megan Kelly from the air for even talking about her past “cultural appropriation”, and I am no super fan of Megan. I wanted to point out the sheer hypocrisy of the despicable Left LECTURING us on proper thinking….after calling Keyan West and conservative blacks “house niggers” on TV. They let Bill Maher slide for saying nigger….cause it was directed toward a conservative black man.
    Now they that got caught doing worse, it’s time to not rush to judgement and put things in context and not destroy a man for doing what most college kids do…which is sophomoric dumb things…if they are normal young folks. Sexual assualt is different, but now they say “let’s hear the facts, innocent until proven guilty.”
    So, now that I got the finger pointing out of the way, Dr. Rebane, I can now post under Redemption and the Virginia Three….albeit the Fairfax dude may or may not be off the hook….but his constituents seem not to care.
    The “I believe her, I believe all women” mantra is dead because they never believed it is in the first place.
