   Oh my, back to polls.
   I did find it deliciously ironic that the Constitution signing re-enactment took place in Nevada City. Yep, some folks have trouble accepting both the results of the election and the orginalists view of the Constitution. Hmm. They were the ones who wrote the Constitution, but the Lefties are always trying to change it. Sweet.
   I found it deliciously ironic that Obama still does not get it. He blamed the rich and powerful for Trump standing on Hillary’s neck. Guess both Obama and Hillary think all those blue collar workers in Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania are the rich and powerful, lol.
   I also found it deliciously ironic Punchy points out (correctly) that not too many Obama voters in CA voted for Trump. Agreed. In fact, look at the poop filled sidewalks of the Santuary City by the Bay. Look at the places down there where fat balding men dress up in leather tutus and parade around in public.
   Trump only got 4-6% of the vote down in those precincts. Grown men with backless chaps riding on city buses spreading their diseases and grossness on seats for the new innocent riders to sit on. They voted 94% for Hillary. The entire Lefty population of CA voted for Hillary. Nevada City overwhelming voted for Hillary. Hillary rocks! Hillary rocks in Nevada City, the Castro District, and the streets piled high with human poop and discarded plastic caps of hypodermic needles. This be Hillary Country. Sweet.

    Oh course people move here. They flee the urban jungles and the poop patrol in the lovely Santuary City by the Bay…as well as the diversity of Oakland. They move here because of its overwhelming white majority population, which, of course, translates into lower crime and a safer place to raise their children. And they probably think it’s a bargain at thrice the price to pay ten bucks to park at the river. State control of the forests, lol.
    In a way, Nevada County reminds me of Vermont. 94% or more white. A good place for socialism to tak hold would be Vermont with its hemonogious population and low crime and lots of people with fat wallets who escape the problems of the Democrat run cities. There is a lot in common with Nevada City and Bernie’s Vermont.

    9/11 dates sure is are date filled with things to remember. In 1988 I was riding in the back of Amoz Seghezzi convertible down Broad Street in Nevada City in the Constitution Day Parade. I was seeking re-election to the Board of Supervisors. Some people started pointing back to the north and I turned and there was an A-Bomb=like mushroom cloud. It was the beginning of the 49er Fire. It burned 56 square miles and lots of structures.
    Bill Schultz and I were the Emergency members of the Board and we were ushered over to the Fairgrounds to view the crews and equipment headed out to fight the fire. Gene Albaugh, our CEO, was the top dog for emergencies. It was a well-done management day as the brave men and women of state and local fire departments went into harm’s way to fight the fire. Later CDF took Bill and me over the fire with their helicopter and we saw the devastation from above.
    Thirteen years later I sat on my couch in my home with the TV on and watched as a plane crashed into the second tower. I thought it was a movie until it became clear we were under attack. All those poor souls in the planes turned to ash in an instant. And then the souls in the buildings. I could not understand how or why people would do this. It was certainly a terrible day for America. But luckily we had Bush as President and he calmed the nerves and later went and kicked the asses of those terrorists.

The record – invisible to progressives – demonstrates unequivocally what the man and his minions were able to accomplish in holding back America’s recovery from one of its deepest recessions. They did set an all-time record by stifling the country to its slowest climb ever out of its economic hole. And then something wonderful happened in 2016 which brought the changes we enjoy today, and also brought out our ex-president and community organizer who is now on the stump claiming credit for the whole thing.
