.one human hurting another human, anything but face the facts about Trumplandia!!!”-M
Ok, so a murder and rape on a 20 year girl is just one human hurting another human. I will gladly be willing to discuss this nothingburger more in private, at your convience, of course, Dougski. It’s just one human hurting another, right? Sweep it under the rug, pretend it never happened. Doesn’t fit the Leftist narrative, I suppose. Just wondering what was going through Molly’s mind as she was being ravaged and murdered. Molly would be alive today if that scum was not in our great nation. Wonder what would be going through your wife’s mind, M? And a week from now, she will be all but forgotten.
Ok, let’s talk about Trumplandia. Listening to all the experts who know nothing about the law and spinning it, lol. Cohen broke the law. Cohen cut a deal. The prosecutor is spinning it to the max. Regardless what the prosecutor says, regardless of what Cohen plead quilty to, Cohen cut a deal. A plea bargain. Plead quilty to tax evasion for several years, bank fraud, lair’s loans(?), and two counts of campaign contribution laws.
Newsflash: non disclosure agreements are legal and common place and a thousand a day are drawn up across this land every day. In fact, I signed a non disclosure agreement with my last employer that I would not discuss my employer to the press, radio, film, print, or on the internet. It was part of the hiring processes and part of agreement to employment. Heck, sometimes people pay pesty neighbors and draw up NDAs just to make them stop harassing and go away. Paying hush money (NDA) is legal. Hush money sounds so nefarious.
As all the spin machine heats up and becomes relentless, Meuller proved in court today that Manafort’s crimes hatched years ago had zero to do with Trump. And Cohen taking a plead agreement with quility charges to 8 counts also has nothing to do with any criminal activity of Trump. Don’t get too excited about campaign finance violations at this point….but that won’t happen.
With Cohen, you can bet the Feds had a ton of stuff on him for Cohen to take a plea for 3-5 years, plead guilty to 8 counts, and get it all behind him. No trial, no sworn testimony, no discovery, no dispositions, no running up unfanthomable legal bills. The Fed’s do get a 95% conviction rate. Time will tell. Oh, BTW, just heard the former Chair of the FEC say it’s all legal, but time will tell.

Cohen lays it out under oath to the Federal Court under penalty of perjury
“As part of his guilty plea, Cohen admitted to making illegal hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDougal “at the direction” of Trump, who was described in the plea as a candidate for federal office.
I participated in the conduct for the purposes of influencing the election” Cohen said about his payments to adult-film actress Stormy Daniels and ex-Playboy model Karen McDougal, two women who claimed to have had affairs with Trump in the past. Trump denies the claims.”

“Cohen lays it out under oath to the Federal Court under penalty of perjury”
Too easy to pick that one apart. Will save that for later. But, Cohen billed the President to services rendered. If broke Cohen paid the two ladies out of campaign funds, shame on him. The guy who wrote the law in question, the former FEC, , says it’s legal for Trump to pay out of his own pocket or a corporation to pay out of their pocket.
Cohen is a crook. He broke the law. You have a criminal who cut a deal with a prosecutor who wanted a deal. They both were looking for a seal. They could have thrown in grand theft auto is they wanted to. Cohen broke the law, not Trump. Then Cohen submitted bogus invoices for reimbursement for services rendered.. Bad Cohen. Part of the deal was for Cohen to stand up in court and say he paid hush money to influence an election, ROFLMAO. Don’t expect the Popinjay to wrap his mind around the concept. Not in this lifetime. Part of the underdeveloped frontal lobe. Hey, Lanny Davis, the Hillary lawyer, says it and you believe it. A prosecutor says it, you believe it. Newsflash: Prosecutors and lawyers do not have the final say. Politically, is a big one, but not as big as meets the eye.
    https://mobile.twitter.com/LannyDavis/status/1032026098320789504?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet
Why?, asks Lanny. Why? Because your client is a crook and Trump isn’t. Lanny, what Cohen did concerning the DSA was not a crime, just because they got your client to publically declare it was a crime to influence an election. And Trump paid out of his own pocket or corporate pocket, which is not a crime. Lanny, spin that Clinton narrowed till the day you die.
    https://mobile.twitter.com/LannyDavis/status/1032026098320789504?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet
Good thing the NYT came out last weekend and agreed that a sitting President cannot be indicted. Finally. Been mentioning that for months. So, we have Meuller, me, the Justice Department, the esteemed NYT, the “legal experts” all on the same page. Like, who cares what a prosecutor in the southern district in NY says.
Anyway, this can be adjudicated after President Trump becomes citizen Trump, not before.

We don’t have many Republicans in the state legislature, Doug Keachie, mostly because public employee unions were granted the right to collectively bargain pay and benefits, and even non-members of the unions had money stripped from the paychecks.
The public employee unions are overwhelmingly Democratic Party reptilians, and the money flowed.

It’s that all they got? Come on, Meuller, lay that Russian Collusion on us. We are waiting. Is that all there is to a fire?
Well, they got what they wanted. This whole charade, this Hoax has been about one thing and one thing only: impeachment. It was the plan from day one of Trump’s Presidency. If we care (I do) about Russians interfering in our election, why haven’t our spooks and G-men started digging with every tool we got into the former agent Steel’s Russia connections? Why haven’t we gone after looking into everything there is to know about Fusion GPS and their Russian connections. Why haven’t we dug into the money laundered to Fusion GPS? Heck, that Russian lady in the Tower and that oligard both hired Fussion GPS as clients. If we wanted to find Russian influence in the election, why not investigate Peter S (fired) with the 4th in charge at The FBI (Andy) to why they petitioned Justice and State and the White House to let that big bad Russian oligard who is barred from entering the US because of our sanctions against him…why did they pull strings to let him in violation of our sanctions against Russia? If we (I do) really want to turn over every rock to uncover Russian influence and Russian Collusion in the election, why have we not interviewed…..why, why, why?
Answer: because it’s all political. The whole shebang is political. It’s all about one thing and one thing only. Impeachment. And this whole thing has always been about impeachment. That’s why.
The latest proof is the prosecutor in the Southern District of NY today. Had a boatload more on Cohen. More leverage. But, all they wanted was for Cohen to stand up in court and say “I broke campaign finance law (not true) because Trump ordered me to! It’s all Trump’s fault! I am just the fall guy! Not talking about the excess campaign contribution, the other count. Ah heck, both counts.
Then, to put icing on the cake, the prosecutor walked outside and announced to the press Cohen did what he did under Trump’s commands to influence an election! Then Cohen’s lawyer Lanny went out and said the same thing! It’s not Russian influence to affect an election, but it’s trying to influence an election nonetheless. Close enough.
Now they have their impeachment charges. They got what this was all about from the beginning. The David Brock plan I posted this morning at 11:28 am.
So we have gone from Russian colluding with Trump’s campaign to Stormy to blackmail money to Trump. It’s all about Stormy.
This ain’t over. They will keep coming and coming and coming. In a comforting way, nothing has changed. Like, when haven’t they?
They can’t beat Trump on issues, they can’t beat us in a debate, they can’t beat us on ideas and they can’t beat Trump on policy. All they will ever try to do is not to merely beat Trump, but crush him. And all they know to do is not merely beat us, but to try crush us into dust as well. They can’t win in the arena of ideas and they know only to kill, crush, destroy. Kill, crush, destroy. It’s who they are.

Cohen under oath said the payments to Trumps women were consciously made to keep them quiet as to not effect the election and he was directed by the President to make those payments. That made their payments campaign expenses that were required to be reported. They didn’t do that because they tried to hide the payments. Failure to disclose those payments made it a crime.

Of the 3 known Gary Johnson voters here, two are Libertarians (nothing wrong with that, IMHO) and the other has no party, save the party of BDS Hate on Republicans.
Of the 3 known Gov. As if todays court actions weren’t enough for Trump now there is this
The First 2 Congressmen To Endorse Trump Have Been Indicted
Reps. Chris Collins (R-N.Y.) and Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.) are now in hot water over allegations of insider trading and campaign finance violations.
The first two members of Congress to publicly support Donald Trump for president have been indicted, and the three men who were next in line to back him have weathered significant scandals.
Reps. Chris Collins (R-N.Y.) and Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.) threw their support behind Trump in February 2016, back when much of the GOP establishment was staying far away from the real estate mogul and long before it was clear that Trump was going to win the nomination.
But this month the scandals plaguing the two Trump backers caught up with them. On Aug. 8, the FBI arrested Collins, who was accused of insider trading, and on Tuesday, a grand jury indicted Hunter and his wife on charges of improperly using campaign funds.

Users or former users I spoke with described lost jobs, lost marriages, lost houses, lost money, lost time. Foreclosures and divorces. Weight gain and mental-health problems. And one other thing: the problem of convincing other people that what they were experiencing was real. Others mentioned the common belief that you can be “psychologically” addicted to pot, but not “physically” or “really” addicted. The poor babies could not possibly deal with another country that deports fast and is going to be faster still.

Socialism: Amid all the promises made by the American neo-socialists who are now ascendant in the Democratic Party, one stark reality stands out as a warning: Socialism, wherever it’s been tried, has been a failure. You need look no further than today’s headlines for proof.
Both Venezuela and South Africa, each in its own way, are in socialism’s inevitable death throes. Both chose socialism, and now both are committing ritual economic suicide by adopting policies that will bring misery, hunger, social despair, economic chaos, hyperinflation, collapsing standards of living and, finally and tragically, mass death.

Yep. Zimbabwe went from a food exporter to standing on the stage at the UN begging for the world to feed them. That was due to murdering/ driving the white farmers off the land. I give South Africa less than ten years until they are begging for food. A real White genocide is going down right now. “Cut the throat of the white man!”
Hard working farmers driven off the land and being replaced with shiftless lazy thugs. What possibly could go wrong? Luckily, Australia and Russia are letting the South African farmers in (escaping for their lives) and Russia is giving them land……..400,000 acres to farm. They know good hard working folks with skills, faith, and love of the soil when they see them. I hope most make it out alive.

I hope you saw my point. The Green Libertarian who voted for Gov. Johnson suddenly became quite concerned over foreign policy experience once Trump won, yet pointing out such gross duplicity is, as always, a waste of time. You can’t shame a sociopath.
What I find alarming is the Lefty Echo Chamber’s (those with Trump Anxiety Disorder) growing trend of going after Jill Stein, 3rd Party voters, and Libertarians as another reason Hillary lost. I see it on social media, where before it was almost non-existent. Thus, you are next to feel the Wrath.
Be that was it may, I get a kick out of the Green Libertarian demanding that you feel, see, think, and do exactly as he feels about persons, places, and things, as well as reacting exactly as he does. That is the very definition of a control freak and and impossible task to accomplish. Must be frustrating. Anyway……two out of three Gary Johnson voters responds, the other one reacts. “He added that he was “disappointed” in his attackers and had filed a police report.”
“disappointed”, lol. That’s not exactly the word I would use. Hopefully next time he sets his US flag on fire and then marches around while spitting on it to keep from burning his fingers.

Charitable of him to be so forgiving. I understand to help recover from the attack and just to renew his faith in humanity he’s taking his girlfriend on a cycling tour of Tajikistan!
    Good for him….

    “the most divisive candidate possible”
If all it take to have division is to enforce US immigration law, have disinterest in continuing the current wars, give a shot at a US-centric trade policy, and drop taxes by a bit, then we were probably going to have a fight anyway. It was baked into the cake.
The interesting thing is to consider what the real basis of the TDS actually is. Most Trump policies would be unnoticed if run by Obama. Outrage about Russians, Stormy, tariffs, are really a side show.
Since the politics in Canada and Europe are roughly shadowing the US in some important ways, it seems to me that you could get to the heart of the matter by subtracting out the differences.
