Speaking of the Rasmussen Poll this is what they have to say about the widening lead the Democrats have in the generic Congressional poll
” Democrats continue to lead Republicans on the latest Rasmussen Reports Generic Congressional Ballot, but after two weeks of a tightening race, Democrats have expanded their lead.
The latest telephone and online survey finds that 48% of Likely U.S. Voters would choose the Democratic candidate if the elections for Congress were held today. Forty-one percent (41%) would opt for the Republican. Four percent (4%) prefer some other candidate, and eight percent (8%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
For two weeks in May, the parties were neck and neck on the Generic Ballot, but the Democrats regained their lead in early June and have maintained it since then. In early July, Democrats led by eight, their largest lead since January.
Rasmussen Reports is updating the Generic Congressional Ballot findings weekly on Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. Eastern until the midterm elections in November.

Paul Emery, yes the oceans are water. And when the sun hits it water vapor is created and rises into the sky and becomes clouds. It then moves over and rains. That water flows into rivers and then behind dams. Some dams have generators that make electricity. The water vapor created os also a “greenhouse” gas. And it makes up most of the gases the left finds scary.

Anyone who believes that our federal government is able to reliably vet illegal aliens who have made it into the US is smoking some very funny stuff. We literally have no idea about the backgrounds of almost any of them, especially since almost all of them assume multiple identities starting back in their native lands. There are no functioning record keeping systems there, especially of the kind our leftwing bureaucrats claim that exist.

Greenhouse gases are a critical part of our atmosphere without which complex life on earth (animals, plants, …) would not be possible. The amount and composition of greenhouse gases varies as to location. Water vapor is by far the overwhelming (0-4% of total atmosphere) component, with the other trace components (including CO2) totaling less than 0.1% of our atmosphere. There are very few places where there is no water vapor, even polar regions have about 1%, and rain forests up to 4%. If we use the very conservative average of 1% over the globe, then water vapor makes up at least 1/(1+0.1) = 91% of our greenhouse gases. The CO2 content of our atmosphere has varied greatly over the eons, and has been much higher than it is now or even projected to be by the most ardent True Believers. Earth’s climate is a system the dynamics of which we still don’t understand very well. More here –
