[Well, psychiatrists are beginning to report running into more and more patients with Trump Anxiety Disorder (TAD). TAD seems to be particularly prevalent among those lefties who have suffered from TDS. The Hill reports on it here. I guess the human noggin' can stand only so much hate and discontent before it succumbs to a clinical condition. Should TAD sufferers still be allowed to vote? gjr]

George said, “We must never forget that today whenever you encounter a problem in society, government is guilty until proven innocent – bank on it.” I can thus assume this includes Donald trump. Therefore, the administration is a lying bunch of goombah mafiosos who collaborated with the Russians to steal the election in order to institute a fascist management style that instituted reverse Robin Hood policies in order to increase their personal wealth on the backs of the rest of Americans. On this we can agree.

Get some evidence to back your empty accusations (and also tell you leaders Chucky and Nancy and … to do the same, so you wouldn’t have to embarrass yourself as their local echo chamber). And it also appears that you would have difficulty recognizing agreement if it came up and hit you in the, well you know …

Yes Dr.R.,,, Conex container homes are a good business, and profitable. But the fine state of Ca. goes out of it’s way to drive the cost up. I have seen some really great deigns, and are pleasing to the eye.
Just last year a few people tried to make housing for fire victims out of the things. They went broke trying. (Thank You Ca. state regulators and inspectors)
And that was even with shipping companies GIVING the containers to them at no cost.
What I didn’t hear, who bitched to the state to shut the idea down. I guess the politicians got pissed, their palms didn’t get greased.

I’m sorry George, but you said government is guilty until proven innocent but apparently that doesn’t apply to trump. So I must assume that only applies to government policies you don’t like. Trumpists seem to lack the ability to connect the dots between numerous and varied accounts of misdeeds, philandering, etc. that are widely available. I would think if you really were curious you would research these issues yourself.

RobertC 102pm – Still unarmed. My latest example of government guilt was in regards to their removing low cost housing from the markets during a housing crisis in CA. That is existential proof of something having happened, and that government is to blame.
But you’re doing nothing but throwing out the same tired and empty allegations about Trump with the added deficit that your arguments can’t point to any government harm having been done to anyone. In fact, according to government metrics, Trump has done a wonderful job.
So if you have “researched” all these “issues” that support allegations, you might want to share your research with Mueller who is having a hell of a time finding anything with which to stick Trump. Since he hasn’t produced crap on Trump and is being embarrassed about that daily, you might really do the guy a favor. Are you really getting any of this???

George,
You made a general statement– ……’guilty until proven innocent’ –trump is the figurehead of American government and has been accused of multiple transgressions .. guilty until proven innocent requires no proof of guilt.. guilty as charged..It is up to you to prove innocence and discharge the onus of guilt, good luck with that. One can’t cherry pick the situation in which your dictum applies or does not apply. It either applies to all or none.
“Mueller who is having a hell of a time finding anything with which to stick Trump.” that is public knowledge…good poker players don’t show their cards until the hand is over.. and neither do good investigators. If you cannot see the smoke, perhaps some unbiased glasses may help.

ROFLMAO. Yep, they just are incapable of accepting the fact that Hillary’s embarassing loss had nothing to do with the Russians. In fact, Hillary made not one, but two of my ‘never voted R before life long Democrat Party’ sisters vote for Trump. One because Hillary “used her women’s movement (my sister’s first wave Woman’s Movement and “used” should be in all caps with my sweet gentle slow to anger sister spitting it out it with a livid face unable to conceal her rage), AND the other sister, who does not follow politics ever ever ever, heard the phrase, “Drain the Swamp!” That was all it took. Blame the weak minded white female voter, I reckon. Hillary did.
Be that as it may, my real point is RC is sounding almost exactly like Punchy in tone and debate style. The only thing missing is the word assume, as in assume makes an ASS out of U and ME. 🙂
Check it out. Does it not sound like a slighty nuanced version of Punchy?. Connect the dots, Too funny. Whether it’s TDS or TAD, it is real. Syndrome or Disorder, it all smells the same. Deliciously devilishly sweet.
“Therefore, the administration is a lying bunch of goombah mafiosos who collaborated with the Russians to steal the election in order to institute a fascist management style that instituted reverse Robin Hood policies in order to increase their personal wealth on the backs of the rest of Americans. On this we can agree.”
Where is the ‘I assume’ as the lead-in to the last sentence??
Or this gem echoing the Popinjay. Popinjay or parrot, same thing. And here’s the “I assume”, right on time. This is too much fun. Make him stop, please make it stop. 🙂
“So I must assume that only applies to government policies you don’t like…..I would think if you really were curious you would research these issues yourself.”
He forgot to end it with “odd” or “strange”! Yep, we are back to Russia stole the election to help Putin’s ‘puppet in his pocket’ Donald Trump win! Putin has blackmail stuff on Trump, you know. Connect the dots! T Rex and Putin will take over the world to help their crony capitalist pig buddies become rich, rich, rich beyond your wildest dreams…at the expense of all the little people.
Russia is back. It’s baccccckkkkk. And by all the hyperventilating, it sound like Meuller is holding two pieces of wheat bread between his legs. Where’s the meat?

Bobby and the boys have already proclaimed Trump guilty. And every time Trump is proven innocent, they proclaim guilt on something else. ” Guilty of collusion!” UNTIL,, 1, no crime in collusion in the first place. 2, the fact that no evidence of said fabricated crime could be found.
Then proclaimed guilty of obstruction. (Firing Comey)
Trump was well within his right. Pure and simple.

Does Mr. Cross believe what he writes or doesn’t he? Well, now that I have almost stopped laughing, I will relate a little story I was once told.
Blast from Biker Bill’s past.
I once was conserving with a fine upstanding community asset about 15 years my senior. Clean cut fellow, wore collared shirts and slacks, clean shaven and short haircut. Anyway, he confided to me that in his past he was once locked up in the nut house. He said one of the inmates….er……patients in the Cuckoo’s Nest told him the he (the other patient) really wasn’t crazy in the least. In all actuality, he was a CIA agent doing an undercover investigation and that is explains why he was there.
My acquaintance told me that he was so messed up at the time, be actually believed the other patient’s story. Without missing a beat, he said, “Now, that is crazy.” Yep, he was plumb crazy at the time.
Is Boobie that crazy, or is he just playing Charlie Brown and pooping in the halls?

Amazon is at the forefront of a well-funded, powerful, Silicon Valley-led push to force the federal government to nationalize the music industry, thereby creating a system where the government props up certain companies — such as Amazon — to be beneficiaries of and have control over, while also profiting from, music production.
Sources close to the White House and those in regular contact with President Trump and his closest associates say the president has a serious problem doing anything to help Amazon — especially creating a special government board that would allow the company billionaire Jeff Bezos owns to profit, with government assistance and control, from music royalties.

Again, the RCP “consensus” is a one month mix of all polls, whether they are by a valid pollster or not, or that they asked anyone who will answer the question (A for All), anyone who will answer the question who claims to be a registered voter (RV), or a likely voter (LV). The RCP mosh pit is a trailing edge indicator, just as it was leading up to the Nov ’16 election.

Here we see an example of the kinds of ‘lies’ the Left cites of Trump. That Mexico has yet to agree to pay for the wall, is a typical citation of a Trump lie. The critical reader understands that this kind of charge is a big nothing burger – it affects nothing in our foreign policy, nothing in how people will arrange their affairs, nor how it affects their quality of life. But Dems like Pocahontas citing completely made up dour stats about our economy is a lie that does affect people’s assessment of their prospects and if/how they should spend, etc. Those, and ‘you can keep your doctor …, your health plan …’, are the real lies that hurt Americans.

Comparing two different things Gregory. I only used the election day stats to demonstrate that the RCP consensus has historical accuracy. They were right on the money in ’16. Trump is down by nearly 10 in todays Consensus poll. You continue to cherry pick favorable polls to make Trumps polling look not so bad for some odd reason since you don’t particularly like Trump yourselt.

Paul, I agree with a Hillary Clinton statement in the last “debate” between her and Trump… it’s un-American to dispute an election result. She lost.
I don’t “cherry pick” polls favorable to Trump/ I cite polls that I think are credible. That’s Rasmussen’s daily poll of LIKELY VOTERS now, and I have added the USC Dornsife/LA Times DAILY poll in the past. Polls that pop up to measure the latest media feeding frenzy tend to exaggerate the weakness of the prey bleeding in the water.
FDR promised a chicken in every pot and a car in every garage. Was he lying?

Boris Johnson, the former mayor who recently resigned as U.K. foreign secretary, tore into Khan in a recent Op-Ed for The Daily Telegraph for glamming it up at movie premieres while crime spirals out of control.
“Sadiq Khan may be a twinkle-toed mover on the movie premiere red carpet, but his pirouettes on the subject of knife crime are a positive wonder. He blames funding (when he was left with a large war chest by me); he blames the Tory Government; he blames society. He blames everyone but himself, when it is his paramount duty to keep Londoners safe,” Johnson wrote. “It is a pathetic performance.”
As of March, London accounted for 17 percent of all recorded crime in England and Wales in the year prior, as well as 42 percent of all recorded robberies. A third of all knife crime took place in London as well.
London also is facing a rise in acid attacks, skyrocketing by more than 78 percent over the past two years, with 465 such offenses in 2017, up from 260 in 2015, according to police figures obtained by the Evening Standard.
