[We kinda skipped over the initiative to let California's illegal aliens hold seats on state boards and commissions. And none of the Left have answered the concern about what will become of America if everyone who presents themselves at our border, and declares that their own country is not fit to live in, is granted asylum. And this especially since they will be standing in either Canada or Mexico, neither of which threatens them harm. The Left's position is understandable – 'who cares, let 'em in because that will speed up the fundamental transformation of America.' Did you note that none of the Dem governor candidates would even consider this in their promotion of open borders? gjr]

Hipsters, what ya gonna do with em?
An article in Teen Vogue that attempted to connect Karl Marx’s ideas on communism to the current political climate was met with a wave of backlash.
“Who Is Karl Marx: Meet the Anti-Capitalist Scholar” features interviews with “two educators” about how his concepts apply to “current events in the classroom.”
Marx was a 19th century socialist whose ideas guided the development of communist theory.
A National Review article said the piece attempted to “sanitize” Marx, noting how Teen Vogue stated that Marx’s writings inspired “social movements.”
Marx may or may not have anticipated the scale of the slaughter to come, but he understood perfectly well that mass murder was part of the package.
To deny that Karl Marx was, at times, a startlingly original thinker, would be nutty. To deny that he was, in many respects, one of the most lethal of a long line of millenarian preachers, is to embrace ignorance. And to deny that his work inspired the death of maybe one hundred million victims is something altogether more sinister.

“These relationships are imperative for public safety and the efficient prosecution of criminals in our county, and we believe the Nevada County criminal justice system will be best served with Cliff Newell holding the office of the District Attorney for another term.”

Now we all know they are not going to listen to Willie –
“Democrats need to look like the adults, not like another pack of screaming kids on the playground,” former Mayor Willie Brown wrote in the San Francisco Examiner:
It’s time for the Democrats to stop bashing President Trump.
It’s not going to be easy, given his policies and personality. It might even mean checking into a 12-step program. But setting a winning agenda is like maneuvering an aircraft carrier. It takes time to change course. And if they want to be on target for the November midterm elections, the Democrats need to start changing course now.
Like it or not, a significant number of Americans are actually happy these days. They are making money. They feel safe, and they agree with with the president’s protectionist trade policies, his call for more American jobs, even his immigration stance.

Quite Biblical. Imagine being King Cyrus and reading about yourself and what you will do, written 150 years before your reign. Cyrus did release the captive Jews in Babylon to return to their homeland of Jerusalem. There is a small sect of Jews that believe there are Biblical references to Trump at this moment in time, but I stopped following them over a year ago. Interesting.

Your weekend research was correct. I have been wrong about a few things. It was all a smokescene, a set up, from the get-go. George P fell for it. It is most interesting to note that the Australian Diplomat who met with Papadopoulos in London DID NOT report anything through diplomatic channels. Nope. No cable, no telling 5 Eyes, no using the official channels to pass intelligence, no using normal channels, formal channels. Why? Because it all was bull pucky. It would never pass muster, crap info. It would have never make it to Obama’s desk. It was bull pucky from the start. Meuller keeps getting nothing but process crimes and that’s all he will ever get.
The G-Men and the Obama Administration have to answer to why they started spying on an opposition Presidential Campaign. There were no formal channels to open an investigation in the first place. Just crap passed “through unofficial channels”, aka, My Gal. Total unvetted crap made it to Obama’s desk from his weaponized DOJ and CIA……
No paper trail, opps.
I will hold back and wait for more to be revealed. Or until the right writer puts it together. Guess there was not or may not have been be a mole in Trump’s campaign, as the headlines shouted Friday, :). They keep changing the reason to why. Why did they open an investigation to spy on Trump? Why? What was the impetus? Why, why, why.
Unofficial channels are used to pass garbage, unverified garbage.
Our best and brightest cannot even say the Russians hacked the Dems because the DNC refused to let the FBI take a look.

On a related, but minor Meuller point of investigation, I have said repeatedly that Meuller is bound by all the statues, procedures, protocols, and practices of the Justice Department:
Concord Management’s Monday motion contains at least one reference to U.S. case law where similar indictments were dismissed because they failed to adequately track statutory language. In other words, Concord Management is arguing that Mueller and his army of attorneys charged Concord Management (and other Russian entities) with a vague-sounding “crime” that isn’t actually a crime.
In fact, Concord Management’s motion explicitly says as much, claiming, “[T]he DOJ never brought any case like the instant Indictment, that is, an alleged conspiracy by a foreign corporation to ‘interfere’ in a Presidential election by allegedly funding free speech. The obvious reason for this is that no such crime exists in the federal criminal code.”
One such footnote alleges, “Count One of the Indictment is devoid of any specificity about what any officer or employee of Concord actually did other than to generally allege that Concord funded an ‘Organization’ that the Special Counsel imagined and created.” Ouch.

Avenatti’s past is littered with lawsuits, jilted business partners and bankruptcy filings. People who have worked with the lawyer described him to TheDCNF as ruthless, greedy and unbothered by ethical questions.
Dillanos Coffee CEO David Morris claimed last Tuesday that Avenatti never paid him for over $160,000 worth of coffee that Dillanos supplied to Avenatti’s company. “So @StormyDaniels hot shot lawyer Michael owes my small company @Dillanos $160,179 for coffee,” Morris wrote on Twitter. “He talks a big talk about integrity. We trusted him.”
David Nold, a Seattle attorney representing several Tully’s vendors, filed a complaint against Avenatti with the California State Bar on March 26, accusing him of fraud.
“In essence, he bought a company out of bankruptcy and then used it for a ‘pump and dump’ scheme to deprive federal and state taxing authorities of millions of dollars,” Nold claimed.
Those who have worked with Avenatti describe an individual obsessed with fame and willing to use unethical methods to win a case.

Oh Don, Story’s lawyer Avenatti used to work for Rahm Emanuel as his opposition research guy. I found that surprising since Rahm “Dead Fish” Emanuel appears to have no need for a dirty tricks guy…he does just fine all by himself. The Chicago way.
Cool that Avenatti got 8 million bucks in January, just in time to ramp up the Stormy Story. That Crowdfunding just can’t raise but half of the 850k it sought. Funny he only has released financial info up to Dec, ‘17. Then 8 million comes in Jan, ‘18. It’s a bloody miracle, I tell ya, a bloody miracle. Maybe the stork brought the bundle of joy.
Who is paying Avenatti? Guess it don’t matter as her jewels has lost its luster:

Lt. Col. The Times did not mention those claims until the 42nd paragraph of its main story Monday night.
Some Twitter users accused the Times of ignoring the Hamas angle. One user tweeted that “Hamas organized and sacrificed these poor people. They are pawns who the Palestinians [sic] powers give less than a damn about.”

Just for fun, I thought I’d check out your story.
You could give me a bit of help here.
The normal MSM suspects are running with that, but for the life of me I can’t find one that doesn’t go:
“Jared Kushner tried and failed to secure a $500m loan… it has been alleged.” (The Independent)
” according to two sources. ” (The Intercept)
” according to a new report from the Intercept.” (NY Mag)
“The Intercept reported on Friday” (Newsweek)
“The Intercept reports” (Vanity Fair)
“The Intercept reported.” (NY Daily News)
“NBC News on Monday cited unnamed sources” (Business Insider)
While it’s hard to get too upset about real estate investors looking for money, it’s darned embarrassing what modern ‘reporting’ consists of (with the possible exception of the ace KVMR news crew).
Heck, for all I know the Clinton people, who are super tied into the Arab world, told everyone to stiff Trump on money.
I can see how this all goes down. No way to prove that Trump really did anything wrong, but somehow criminalize any financial arrangements between a Trump-related company and a foreign one. It’s basically the same script as declaring any relationship between the Trump campaign (or pre-inauguration administration) and a foreign country as illegal.
Find some smoking gun between a Trump business deal and a Trump Presidency political decision and I’ll happily check it out, until then it’s just politics.

This was the same Judge that Trump and RR commentators were bragging about a couple of weeks ago that was going to curtail Mueller. Back to the drawing board as the noose tightens.
“A federal judge on Tuesday rejected an attempt by Paul Manafort, a former Trump campaign chairman, to get an indictment against him dismissed by claiming that special counsel Robert Mueller’s appointment was flawed.
In a blow to Manafort’s defense, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that Mueller’s prosecution of the longtime political consultant on charges of money laundering and failing to register as a foreign agent for Ukraine was “squarely” within the authority that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein granted to Mueller last May.
“The indictment falls squarely within that portion of the authority granted to the Special Counsel that Manafort finds unobjectionable: the order to investigate ‘any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign,’” Jackson wrote.
“Manafort was, at one time, not merely ‘associated with,’ but the chairman of, the Presidential campaign, and his work on behalf of the Russia-backed Ukrainian political party and connections to other Russian figures are matters of public record,” the judge added in her 37-page ruling. “It was logical and appropriate for investigators tasked with the investigation of ‘any links’ between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign to direct their attention to him.”
Citing press reports that Manafort filed with the court discussing his activities abroad, Jackson suggested it would have been malpractice for Mueller not to have investigated him.

Defending his now-deleted comments, the account admin mused as to why American taxpayers should “have to keep up people who cannot contribute to society any longer?”
“Obviously, I’m not saying the Government [sic] should put these people down,” the Chrisforgov account wrote, contradicting its earlier statement. “I’m just saying that we shouldn’t keep them up.”
“If they can take care of themselves without Government assistance, great,” the comment continued. “If not, let them starve and die. Easy as that.”

Times they are a changin’
polls consistently show that significantly more Americans believe immigration strengthens, rather than weakens, the country; the margin was greater than 2 to 1, for instance, in an NBC/Wall Street Journal survey released last September.
But alternative “choice” polls reveal most voters’ often-ignored preference that CEOs should hire Americans at decent wages before hiring migrants. Those Americans include many blue-collar Blacks, Latinos, and people who hide their opinions from pollsters.
Similarly, the 2018 polls show that GOP voters are far more concerned about migration — more properly, the economics of migration — than they are concerned about illegal migration and MS-13, taxes, or the return of Rep. Nancy Pelosi.

“Earlier this year, the board of directors of Wellstone Action — an influential training group formed after Paul Wellstone’s death — dumbfounded Minnesota Democrats when it voted the late senator’s sons off the governing board.”
“David Wellstone and other Democrats close to his father began objecting last year to what David Wellstone described as Wellstone Action’s abandonment of disaffected Democrats in the rural Midwest — the rural poor were an early focus of the late senator — with an increasingly narrow focus on gender politics and people of color.”

We give the Ukrainians up to date coms tec and the new javelins and our friends are empowered –
Olena Gitlyanska, a spokeswoman for the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), said Russian-controlled media were being “used as tools in a hybrid war against Ukraine”.
Earlier RIA Novosti journalist Kyrylo Vyshynsky, a Ukrainian national who received a Russian passport in 2015 according to the presidential decree published on the official Kremlin website, was detained near his house in Kiev.
“Currently, the preliminary qualification of the criminal offence (…) is treason,” a representative of the prosecutor’s office, Igor Ponochovny, told journalists during a joint briefing with the SBU official.
SBU deputy chief Viktor Kononenko accused Vyshynsky of travelling to Crimea in 2014 to carry out “subversive” reporting to justify the peninsula’s annexation. He said Vyshynsky later collaborated with separatist groups in eastern Ukraine.
“For his work Vyshynsky was awarded the medal “For the return of Crimea” by the decree of Putin,” said Kononenko.
Vyshynsky, who has been heading up RIA Novosti’s website for readers in Ukraine, received ample funding to carry out his work, said the SBU deputy chief.
“Today we can say that he received 53,000 euros a month for such activities,” said Kononenko. “The money was subsequently distributed to the groups and people involved. That was the reason for the searches.”

Of all people, my wife and I received four ballots at our house. There are only two registered voters here. Freaking mess as always. Vote for Strickler or Davis if you want to ever have a clean election in Nevada County.

That’s interesting Barry. I voted last time as always, and haven’t received a ballot.

The people that used to live here received the election guide from the county but their ballots came to our house. Not shocking that the elections official would send the guide to the correct address and the ballot to the wrong residence. That’s the “experience” Diaz is runnng on. Lol.

The South Carolina President of he NCAAP is a lying sack of shit, and is a “reverend” as well. May the friggin liar rot in hell. What a total piece of shit and a disgrace to his community. He wasn’t even ticketed.
“After seeing the post, local community activist Timothy Waters went down to the police department to look at the bodycam and dash camera footage, according to WPDE.
He was shocked to see that everything the reverend said was a lie.
When I saw the video, I was shocked that someone who is supposed to be a community leader, a pastor, and head of the NAACP would just come out and tell a blatant lie. It bothered me. It really bothered me, thinking about the racial unrest it could’ve cost in the community and it’s just troubling to me that someone who held a position like that would come out and just tell a lie,” Brown told WPDE.

Lol. They rented the house from the previous owner before we bought the house and one of the individuals re-registered on April 8, 2018. Voter guides went to their house and ballots went to our house. You’re funny.
