Didn’t know Herbert Walker had it in him. Amazing. Well, no one is infallible. Just rather difficult picturing Herbert Walker with a party hat on, face aglow, bottle of bubbly and lying between the sheets with tee shirt off in a hotel room bed…..with a fine looking young lady. It’s just so darn hard to visualize. Oh George, how could you! What’s next? Jimmy Carter telling Playboy he has had lust in his heart and then flash his big o’ smile?
I don’t know about the rest of you, but, I, for one, will never vote for GHWB again.

Just imagine the potential for blackmail from Putin if Hillary would have been elected as President. The shady deals, the coverup, the scores of millions paid in bribery, the extortion, the pay to play, the personal enrichment, the FBI Director (Mueller) withholding knowledge of the corrupt deals (3) from concerned Republicans questioning him in Committee, and all the folks that Were with Her being targets of blackmail. Holy Smokes, that was too close for comfort.

BTW, anybody know if Mueller has recused himself yet? Any day now, I reckon.

After reading about how Alabama wants to take my rights away – (Booboo lives in Alabama?) – I remembered I hadn’t had my Daily Kos. It’s my way of trying to keep track of how far down the crazy hole the American left has gone.

You know, I was looking for the links to those ads and speeches, but apparently something is wrong with my browser because I couldn’t find them.
Now – (trigger warning – EXTREME stupidity) the author came up with this little bit of news:
“The politicians opine solemnly about the great patriotism involved in being able to murder your neighbors if you wake up one morning and decide they need murdering. We consider the violence to be cleansing; The murders are evidence of our freedom to murder, for any who believe on any given morning that murder is called for.”
Say! I’d like to know who these politicians are. Sadly, they are not named as the author probably fears if he does, he might be targeted for murder itsself (I don’t want to assume any sort of gender, although I am being rather specist here).
The whole article is a jolly good romp through the mindless wasteland of what used to pass for human intelligence on the left. Perhaps Booboo or Boardman or maybe even PE will chime in to explain what sort of logic might exist in this article.

One great example Stern notes: The issue of defensive gun use (DGU) “is often dismissed by the media as myth.” Indeed, to them, anyone who owns a gun is a potential criminal, and the concept that citizens might actually own and use guns as a means of self-defense is as alien to the Left as the idea of free speech. 3rd quarter came in at 3%!?!?!. Holy Smokes, that takes us all the way to the Bush day’s. George W. Bush. Boy, it’s been a long dry spell. So dry it made us walking fire hazards. 8 years at the helm and Obama never once had a 3% GDP quarter, the first POTUS ever in the history of our Republic to fail to do so….and he had two terms to get it right. Phew, glad that’s over. That was certainly has a dark chapter in our history. It’s part of the Obama legacy, forever and ever, Amen.
3%! It’s a start. Remember when the Patient unProtection and Affordable Care Act was being ballyhooed, I was ridiculed on the old Union site for questioning Obama’s stellar economists predictioning a 4, 5, and 6% growth to pay for the whole ball of wax and reduced the deficit too boot. 8% in the distant decades. Or was it the national debt would be reduced. I forget. They all had themselves convinced that 6% growth was a no brainer and I did not know Diddley Squat or his brother Jack. 4% seemed way to low for all the ‘jons’ on that site. I suggested that if The Affordable Care Act was such a budget saver and reduce the debt, why not sign up everyone in South, Central, and North America and really make a dent in the debt/deficit. That was not a popular thing to say, but I got over it.
3 percent. It’s been a long time in coming just to reach the low standard on the bar. Guess that mean Trump owns it now.

Here is a reason Mueller should step aside.
“The Hill described a thorough Russian campaign aimed at gaining access to the Clintons and capitalizing on their influence, while also spying on them to advance a pro-Russia agenda. In 2010, the FBI arrested 10 so-called “sleeper cell” Russian spies who had reportedly become too close to Hillary Clinton.”
So, Mueller is head of the FBI in 2010. Hillary is Sec of State. The spies were quietly busted and with little to no fanfare, sent home. They were not held to showcase to the world nor used as bargaining chips with 20-30 year sentences hanging over their heads. Crickets.
Mueller investigated and knew of the coordinated Russian efforts to bribe their way to grabbing our uranium via Hillary’s pay to play. It’s our-ranimum, not ur-uranium, Hillary and Co. Mueller knows all about those high crimes and knew then the Russian spies were way too close to Hillary. He protected Hillary then and is investigating the same stuff he knew about Hillary in 2010. Why investigate? He read all the reports and files on the matter years ago and has the completed reports now in his hand. So, Mueller is going to look into it…..again? Righttttt.
Investigation of some funny business with this kind of corruption with a foreign spyring rubbing elbows with the folks with contacts at State, Justice, and Hillary herself would rise to the level of briefing The President, Justice, NSA, CIA…all knowing about, briefing the President, or working on the investigation at a minimum.
. It’s fair to say most Cabinet members and the White House seniorstaff knew about it. Mueller & Co protected Hillary (and Obama) then, and he is protecting them now. Unless, as chatter goes, his purpose is to bury the evidence so deep that no one can find them ever again. That investigator needs to be investigated….and step down.

Paul apparently is a little hazy with his knowledge of legal terms.
An indictment is an accusation. You can accuse anybody of anything.
There’s a famous saying about being able to indict a ham sandwich. If Mueller kicked your door in at 3am and hauled off whatever took his fancy from your house Paul and threw a bunch of high priced legal hounds at your throat, you’d probably be indicted with something too.
Remember – a president can pardon anybody he wants whenever he wants.
