PE should go talk to Jim Brown, the Black pastors and MLK’s family members who are standing with the Trump. ๐

Don must mean the Don King family. Although A;veda King and Trump share some policy agreements she never formally endorsed him, nor has nay other member of the MLK family.

She voted for him. That’s endorsement enough.

“Evangelist King graciously responded as follows:
I pray that all polar opposites learn to Agape Love, live and work together as brothers and sistersโor perish as fools. While I voted for Mr. Trump, my confidence remains in God, for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Prayers for President-elect Trump, Congressman Lewis, and everyone including leaders.
Obviously, Evangelist King believes that Mr. Trump will be a legitimate president.
God bless her for the work she does and for not being afraid of the viciousness of the radical leftists who have co-opted the civil rights movement to further their anti-life, anti-family, libertine agenda.

Cruz never endorsed Trump, but he sure did vote for him along with millions of Cruz supporters. The alternative would be like taking a cyainde horse pill.
Looking ahead, there are a whole bunch of unhappy people out there. There seems to be a lack of life coaches. I have no idea what a life coach does, but there ain’t enough of them. And this job description of a something called a Happiness Coach. Never heard of suck a thing. Anyway, it might be a good businessman to get into if know some young people that want to start a business. There are boatloads lot of Blue people in our Blue State. A proverbial gold mine. .

Your Frishy @ 225- You need to catch up on the news cycle, your ignorance of ongoing events disqualifies your calcified opinion. Trump prayed with MLK III today, Alveda King said she voted for Trump. Then you have the Coalition of African American Pastors (CAAP). Were you one of the hundred or so in Rev. Al’s joke of a protest this weekend?
Your lack of real world contact with black people in your lily white world is painfully obvious. There were good reasons Trump got more black and Hispanic votes than prior republican Prez candidates. ๐

MLKIII did not endorse Trump ether–he met with Trump today, yes. Did you listen to his comments after they met? It is pretty obvious that he is not an endorser.
One member of the extended family of MLK Jr. saying 3 months after the election that she voted for Trump is neither an endorsement [where you allow you name to be associated with a candidate in advance of an election] nor does it constitute, ”MLK’s family members who are standing with the Trump…”
Family members is plural.
Can you name two members of even the extended family of MLK Jr. who endorsed Trump before the election?
I didn’t think so.

Well we already pay more than in taxes than we receive back from the Feds to the tune of $0.26 for every $1.00 we provide. But hey, if one looks across the country that is par for the course–the productive economies of blue America subsidize the less productive economies of red America–and they don’t get labeled ‘takers.’

For those interested, there is an extensive Happer interview by The Best Schools focusing on Global Warming HERE.
Here is a sample:
As for consensus in science, no one could be more eloquent than Michael Crichton in his lecture, โAliens Cause Global Warmingโ (PDF), at the California Institute of Technology in 2003:
I regard consensus science as an extremely pernicious development that ought to be stopped cold in its tracks. Historically, the claim of consensus has been the first refuge of scoundrels; it is a way to avoid debate by claiming that the matter is already settled. Whenever you hear the consensus of scientists agrees on something or other, reach for your wallet, because youโre being had.
Letโs be clear: the work of science has nothing whatever to do with consensus. Consensus is the business of politics. Science, on the contrary, requires only one investigator who happens to be right, which means that he or she has results that are verifiable by reference to the real world.
In science consensus is irrelevant. What is relevant is reproducible results. The greatest scientists in history are great precisely because they broke with the consensus.
There is no such thing as consensus science. If itโs consensus, it isnโt science. If itโs science, it isnโt consensus. Period.

Who cares what the MLK family thinks away. They have been trashing his legacy in college for a few years now. They don’t like the idea of a colorblind society. Messes with their identity politics worldview. Just pledge alligance to the Rainbow flag and all is well. Noticed gays got kicked down a few pegs in the pecking order when the Tranny Babies became the new victim of the month. The women are rising up and the blacks are being pushed back a seat or two on the bus. Hey, it’s their Magic Bus so let them have their fun and play musical chairs.
This Red Rock thang has brought us savages up a couple of seats. Normally we sit in the back with the Jews.
I can say screw John Lewis. The no fun depressed have been calling me and most of you racists for years now anyway…..what are they going to do, call me a racist for another 20 years? John is a lying scumbag. A puke bucket.
He said the Tea Party called him the nasty not nice N word AND angry gathering refused to have polite debate with him. You know the story. Breitbart offered 10k, then 100k for anyone of the hundreds of people videoing on their cell phones anyone saying the N word. Hundreds of phones and no one could find any one yelling out N at Lewis. $100,000 still waiting to be collected. Lewis is a dumbass lying race baiter. Plus he opposed reforming the DNC superdelegate system. He likes the power. Can’t blame him. John Lewis incites people in his district with his hate speech.. Lewis is the friggin racist here. But, we wouldn’t talk about it.
So, who are the Dems going to send out next? Nancy, Donna B, Rev. Al, or are they going to dust off Jesse Hymietown Jackson and see if he has any gas left in his tank.
Who cares who voted for whom? Non issue. The campaign is over. The Dems are trying to stop Trump now, just like in the race. They all get on the same page with the media and everybody, pick a time, then carpetbomb. How many times did they go in for the kill during the campaign. August. Sept was a hard month. They had him dead. But, it did not work. Gold Star Mom to that Miss Piggy Cellulite Beauty Queen to Bromance with public enemy #1 RUSSIA to today……screw them. Their bench is looking rather thin. Very thin. Their JV team looks like they need to some meat or something. Political anorexics.
We ain’t asking nice. We are telling you the Deplorables are talking our country back and make it better. You have no say. Oh, let’s rehash the mudslinging of the campaign, lol. We got Trump who can get just as nasty and mean and low as the Dems are. They never seen a Republican not buckle under and fold like a cheap suit. We got the Street Fighting Man to claw you eyeballs out and shit down your throats. Trump can match any dirty trick you got and then will double down.
Ah heck, they would have done the same thing to any R that beat Hillary the Coronated.
Oh, no fed dollars, eh? No worries. Fed money to State block grants to fund green slime programs are on the chopping block.

Here’s another on on the Trumper. Looks like he’s opposed to vaccinations.
Trump has expressed opposition to vaccinations on social media since 2012, once tweeting that a โhealthy young child goes to doctor, gets pumped with massive shot of many vaccines, doesn’t feel good and changes – AUTISM. Many such cases!”
โI am being proven right about massive vaccinationsโthe doctors lied,โ he tweeted in 2014. โSave our children & their future.โ
He would get along well with many of our alternative types in Nevada County that won’t vaccinate their children.
Trump announced that he has asked Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., a king among anti-vaxxers, to โchair a commission on vaccine safety and scientific integrity.

My prediction is that by the end of the first Trump administration the federal debt will be higher than it is on January 20th 2017. Of course then Republicans will be spinning the deficit as lower as a % of GDP and a good thing—but Trump can’t keep rural voters on boars in the numbers he needs to overcome what is lining up to be massive resistance against his administration without spending an absolute ton of money on pork.

Hey, why don’t Paul and Steve start on the one term mantra. You can do it for 4 years and nobody can dispute ya. Well, almost 4 years. Figure that one might stick and get your juices flowing. I love sour grapes.
I would not be surprised if Trump gives us single payer and the Wall. An unskilled illiterate (in their own native language) refugee from the jihab breeding grounds of the Pakistani UN refugee camps cost us 71K a year to house, feed, provide health insurance, job training, and cash assistance. That is a lot of money that could go to helping our fellow citizens. There is something wrong when Obamacare is costing more per month than one’s mortgage.
Here in California, Obamacare works a heck of a lot better than in the other states. We have to look out for our citizens outside the state to see how bad it is. They play higher deductibles for less. Pay more, get less. Why pay high monthly premiums and have a 6k deductible? That is like paying cash anyway….plus monthly premiums to add insult to injury. Obama left the other 49 states with one big mess that needs to be fixed because it is broken. Thanks President O and the entire Dem Congress. No wonder zero Republicans vote for that abortion. Zero is a nice round number.
Start with bringing back catastrophic insurance (only) as a start. Used to be called hospitalization. Same as paying cash now to see the doc for small stuff with those high deductibles.

, KVMR is ok. The only thing bad about it is when they do that annoying fund raiser stuff. I turn it off for a week or two when they start interrupting the music to beg for dollars. Seems to go on forever, but it’s only a couple weeks. There are plenty of good stations to tune in to until the gross annoyance dollar fishing is over. Can’t knock the DJ’s cause they volunteer and work for free. But, CA has some rules (laws) they are kicking around and writing to force “employers” to pay interns and “reoccurring volunteers” at non-profits and other places the minimum wage of 15 bucks an hour. It’s only fair and helps the poor people. It’s all for us po folk.
Steve should feel no cuts if he calls it a horse of a different color. Call it helping businesses and drop all references to green. A jobs program if you will or business advisory services. See, there are always work arounds. No worries.

Trump has shown no interest in messing with social programs/social services. He believes that a job is the best social program. He and HUD Secretary Carson believe that the best way to help someone on welfare is to get them off welfare. Besides, welfare is block granted to the States nowadays so it’s the states that distribute to the po folk. The States know better what works best for their own residents than what the pencils pushers in Washington know. Texas has different benefits for their residents than neighboring Louisiana for example. Colorado had no unemployment insurance last i looked.
Food stamps is the biggest budget item (by far!) for the Department of Agriculture and over 70% of the Commence Department’s budget goes to the National Weather Service. I heard it was 90%, but I will error on the side of caution.
