[As the predictable was predicted, the world’s bad guys are having their last 'way' with our globally recognized weak and incompetent outgoing president. Brazenly taking our submersible was just the most recent case of incoming international insults. Few note that the Chinese didn’t even need to steal the ‘drone’, for stealing means to take something surreptitiously so as to deny the owner an opportunity to defend his property. Here the Chinese just took the damn thing in front of our eyes while giving us the finger with an ‘Up yours!’, knowing that we neither could nor would defend our property. These same moves are intended to also set up tests for President Trump in order to quickly reveal what kind of leader America has now elected. gjr]

Poor Paul Emery. He thinks we all forgot the drivel he has posted here over the years. But liberals are always trying rewrite history. Even recent history. And his ommissions are as blantant as his allegations.

Obama needs our thanks.
Per an article in the Wall Street Journal:
The Real Legacy Obama Leaves Behind:
1. A Republican President
2. A Republican Vice-President
3. Republican control of the Senate
4. Republican control of the House
5. Republican control of 31 state houses
6. A majority of Republican governors – 36 of 50 states
7. Republican control of a majority of county governments
8. Republican control of a majority of city governments
Now that’s HOPE and CHANGE!LikeLike

No, that’s the change we prayed for while they were hoping for change and all they got was open boarders and 0 care! 😉

The Guardian’s Summary of Julian Assange’s Interview Went Viral and Was Completely False
THE SHODDY AND misleading Guardian article, written by Ben Jacobs, was published on December 24. It made two primary claims — both of which are demonstrably false. The first false claim was hyped in the article’s headline: “Julian Assange gives guarded praise of Trump and blasts Clinton in interview.” This claim was repeated in the first paragraph of the article: “Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, has offered guarded praise of Donald Trump. …”
The second claim was an even worse assault on basic journalism. Jacobs set up this claim by asserting that Assange “long had a close relationship with the Putin regime.” The only “evidence” offered for this extraordinary claim was that Assange, in 2012, conducted eight interviews that were broadcast on RT. With the claimed Assange-Putin alliance implanted, Jacobs then wrote: “In his interview with la Repubblica, [Assange] said there was no need for WikiLeaks to undertake a whistleblowing role in Russia because of the open and competitive debate he claimed exists there…..”
“It is well-documented that much Fake News was disseminated this year to undermine Clinton, sometimes from Trump himself. For that reason, a poll jointly released on Tuesday by The Economist and YouGov found that 62 percent of Trump voters — and 25 percent of Clinton voters — believe that “millions of illegal votes were cast in the election,” an extremely dubious allegation made by Trump with no evidence.
But this poll also found that 50 percent of Clinton voters now believe an absurd and laughable conspiracy theory: that “Russia tampered with vote tallies to help Trump.” It’s hardly surprising they believe this: Some of the most beloved Democratic pundits routinely use the phrase “Russia hacked the U.S. election” to imply not that it hacked emails but the election itself. And the result is that — just as is true of many Trump voters — many Clinton voters (Pat Paulson voters too…..#snark) have been deceived into embracing a pleasing and self-affirming though completely baseless conspiracy theory about why their candidate lost.LikeLike

Still dreaming there eh Paul? The democrats are in the lead of a plurality. When they become a majority then I will accept your premise. And Truckee is the culprit for those differences anyway. As far as going somewhere? I have been here all my life why would I leave. In fact you are the flatlander and should head out to SF to be around your “sanctuary city” pals.LikeLike

I was just thinking you might feel more comfortable where there are more of your kind. Can’t think of one good ol boys bar or coffee joint left in town. It’s ok though. You can stay home and watch FOX 27-7 if you’re lonely.LikeLike

Oh Paul Emery you are just a hoot. I love the county it is you that needs to leave and seek out fellow Gary Johnson pals. Since I don’t drink or do drugs you will have to go to your bars alone. FOX and Rush, and CNN and CNBC and the rest are what I watch and read. You are just a MSNBC clone “journalist” who needs some differnt input. And my gal and I as well as all my kids and family wish you a Happy New Year and hopefully a mate of your own.

Trump pal and New York co-chair of his New York election committee Carl Paladino has set a new low on racist commentary ,without a peep from Trump, when he wrote in the Alt Right publicaion Artvoice, published last week,
Paladino ― the New York co-chair of President-elect Donald Trump’s campaign and a member of the Buffalo Board of Education ― provided the following response to a question about what he’d “most like to happen in 2017.” The misspellings are his.
“Obama catches mad cow disease after being caught having relations with a Herford,” he wrote. “He dies before his trial and is buried in a cow pasture next to Valerie Jarret, who died weeks prior, after being convicted of sedition and treason, when a Jihady cell mate mistook her for being a nice person and decapitated her.” (Valerie Jarrett, who is black, is senior adviser to Obama. She is not dead.)
Asked what he’d “like to see go away in 2017,” Paladino turned his sights on the first lady.
“Michelle Obama,” he wrote. “I’d like her to return to being a male and let loose in the outback of Zimbabwe where she lives comfortably in a cave with Maxie, the gorilla.”LikeLike

Paul… just wondering… did you think the Russian hacking actually changed the vote count, as about half of Democrats think by at least one poll?
No, telling about half of your neighbors to move to be with their kind is not the American way.LikeLike
-
Gregory
No way of knowing the vote count Gregory. What we do know is that Trump sure as hell tried his best to make the discoveries in the stolen emails a campaign issue hoping to swing votes his way. What we know is Russia hacked personal emails and provided them to
Wiki Leaks and Trump took advantage of the information to help his campaign efforts. Did the Russians directly provide the hacks to Wiki? Who knows . Simple matter to pass them on to a go between. We do know they were the source of the hacks.LikeLike
-
Get over it Paul. If the shoe were on the other foot, “your side” would have exploited it also for all that it was worth. You should now that. “By any means necessary” is part of the Lefty credo.
The nation as a whole is done with anything “Left”. How many seats from sea to shining sea did the “D”‘s lose? And PLENTY of those donkeys that put out to pasture didn’t have “hacked” emails. From President to dog catcher, Liberalism has been shown the door.
Not the Ruskies Paul,, it was an inside job.(proof of that has been placed on this table many a time.)LikeLike
-
Paul, the question you are avoiding is: do you think any Russian hacking (or any hacking at all) actually changed the vote count. Meaning people casting votes that didn’t get counted and reported correctly?
Apparently about half of Democrats have that belief. Does Paul Emery?
I salute you in your refusal to let anyone use stolen information in political campaigns, although in this case, WikiLeaks is adamant the files came from people with inside access, not Russian hackers. Can you show me where you came down hard on the Bernie and Hillary campaigns who used information gleaned from a stolen Trump tax return (that was illegally published in the NY Times) to fabricate a story that Trump didn’t pay income taxes. Hmmm?
Ellsberg stole the Pentagon Papers… bad or good?
I find it fascinating that the Obama administration spent nearly 8 years watching Russian (and Chinese and …) hacking but let it slide until it could be used in a campaign of innuendo to damage a Republican successor, which leads me to suspect had Hillary won, this wouldn’t be happening.LikeLike
-
Hey, I might of puts the pieces together. Why is this Ruske thang a life blood to Paulzillia Media? Ok, only a theory, put here goes.
Left is surprised and shocked that the Republicans in Congress are all standing as one. United if you will. But….here comes the but….but there is just one group of Repubicans that have never copied up to Trump, who have always cast a suspicious eye his way. That group is the Neo-Cons.
Now, that is the opening that has lifted the Liberal’s spirits. A crack in the wall, hope to block Trump and make themselves relevant and perhaps victorious. McCain and Limp Wrist Grahmcracker……Paul’s two favorite sources to quote. Makes more sense now that Paul has been chanting “Kill a Commie for Mommie.” “Better off Dead than Red” and that fun patriotic flag waving stuff. By Jove, I think the pieces are coming together.
Pat Buchannon did warn Trump after the election to stay away from the Neo-cons. Keep them out of the Administration. It seemed odd at the time, but Pat was correct once again. They be corrosive.
Oh, I guess Putin is a bad guy for exposing government corruption, but the contents of Wikileaks is not to be mentioned. Mana fall from sky.LikeLike

As far as the tax returns are concerned they were verified by the person who prepared them. Trump did not take legal action to prevent them being made public. In fact he bragged about how smart he was in avoiding taxes. That’s what Hillary responded to not the documents themselves.
“Mr. Mitnick, 80, now semiretired and living in Florida, said that while he no longer had access to Mr. Trump’s original returns, the documents appeared to be authentic copies of portions of Mr. Trump’s 1995 tax returns. Mr. Mitnick said the signature on the tax preparer line of the New Jersey tax form was his, and he readily explained an obvious anomaly in the way especially large numbers appeared on the New York tax document.”LikeLike

Gregory
The hacking was not about altering the vote count but it was about Trump using stolen personal documents for his political gain. I’ve repeated that endlessly. Pentagon papers are a different matter-Showed Nixon waging an illegal war in Cambodia.LikeLike

“What we know is Russia hacked personal emails and provided them to
Wiki Leaks…”
Paul Emery 1041AM
No Paul, we don’t know that. That is the innuendo. That was not shown by the links you provided… if you disagree, you dig out the sentence or two that actually make that claim. It ain’t there, Paul
Secondarily, whatever the source, is that those stolen emails show lies and dirty tricks by Democratic mucky-mucks at the core of the Hillary campaign, and the collusion between Democrats and 99 & 44/100 percent of the mainstream media, complete with a push to portray Trump as a serious candidate to throw GOP primary votes to the candidate Hillary wanted to run against.
It also showed the DNC rigging the Dem primary against Bernie. An NY Times reporter running a story by the Hillary campaign to see if they liked it. Donna Brazile leaking “town hall meeting” questions to Hillary in advance.
It would be political malpractice not to use those emails. The Hillary campaign was corrupt at its very core.LikeLike

I was just thinking about Todd in his senior years having a hard time with the Blue Rush coming this way. Personally I hope he stays. Fun guy to chat with and one of the few around here who knows a little about the political history of N County.LikeLike

Everybody knew the Dem primary was rigged, what’s the big deal?LikeLike

the entire intelligence community and FBI as well as virtually all Senators who have seen classified document are in agreement that the Russians hacked emails that Trump used for his political gain. What more do you need?

Paul, 12:34, you continue to just parrot the innuendo.
No, the “entire intelligence community and FBI” and the Senate has not signed on to the Russians being the source of WikiLeaked emails.
You seemed to think one link showed it; give us the money quote that convinced you. An actual quote, not your hyperbole. I read the whole thing, I couldn’t find it.
Did everyone know that partisan Democrats also rigged the GOP primary?LikeLike
-
This keeps getting better and better. The LIBs rigging the election against Burnie, is OK with Paul.(everyone knew it) Yet Trump is the bad guy for using info plastered all over the news.
It’s OK(according to Paul) for LIBS to use every dirty trick, then invent some new ones to win elections,,, because, “that’s what they do, and everyone knows it”. Yet Pauls seems to think that Repubs should NEVER do such a thing because ” that’s just not right”.
As the old saying goes, “all’s fair in love and war”. You can now add “politics” to that.
Paul. The Left got beat at their own game. They did plenty of their own election rigging. Just not enough this time. From voting machines switching votes from Trump to Hillary,(never heard of ONE switching the other direction) to springing felons en mass and giving them the right to vote again.(screw public safety. they needed the votes)
Illegals voting.Forget motorvoter? Get a licence, get registered…. automatically.. NO ID checks in Ca… And you wonder where those two million votes came from in Ca.?
LIBs have built in election fraud, and by design… This time it bit them in the ass.LikeLike

Bizzareness from Paul E, 12:19
Let’s remember that it is a felony to take an individual’s IRS records, and it is a separate felony to publish them:As far as the tax returns are concerned they were verified by the person who prepared them.
So, by KVMR’s Paul Emery, it was OK to steal the return and publish it as long as it wasn’t modified? Does Paul Emery also understand there have been NO claims the wikileaked emails were not true and complete?
Trump did not take legal action to prevent them being made public.
It’s already against the law to steal a taxpayer’s 1040, and it’s against the law to publish them. You don’t have to file a motion to keep your private information private.
In fact he bragged about how smart he was in avoiding taxes. That’s what Hillary responded to not the documents themselves.
Hillary did use the stolen personal information to intimate Trump paid less taxes than he owed… but he has been audited virtually every year to insure he did pay all the taxes required by the law, and the IRS hasn’t charged him with filing false returns.
So, in Paul Emery’s mind, stealing Trump’s personal tax return is a public good on the order of the Ellsberg stealing of the Pentagon Papers. Really, Paul?LikeLike
-
No way we can resolve this Gregory. We’ll wait for new information.
“Did everyone know that partisan Democrats also rigged the GOP primary?”

As he was leaning toward Medvedev in Seoul, Obama was overheard asking for time — “particularly with missile defense” — until he is in a better position politically to resolve such issues.
“I understand your message about space,” replied Medvedev, who will hand over the presidency to Putin in May.
“This is my last election … After my election I have more flexibility,” Obama said, expressing confidence that he would win a second term.
“I will transmit this information to Vladimir,” said Medvedev, Putin’s protégé and long considered number two in Moscow’s power structure.
The exchange, parts of it inaudible, was monitored by a White House pool of television journalists as well as Russian reporters listening live from their press center.LikeLike
