[Boy did I screw up. We all got involved in the election and I didn't even notice that I'd forgotten to freshen up the sand until readers began to shoe horn in important off-topic topics in what seemed the closest fit. My apologies again. But I would appreciate a crisp nudge from any reader who has something that doesn't fit under any of the recent topics which don't include a recent sandbox. Thanks. gjr]

Bruce was a R and Babs Boxer operatives stalked him and got a picture of him coming out of a strip joint in 1992 I think. Now the D’s own all the strip joints. And isn’t it ripe that Babs got elected after being outed as the worst abuser of the House Post Office scandal and the wonderful intelligent state’s voters gave her four terms. She and DiFi were the worst Senators in the history of California. Hell Hayakawa was a genius compared to thoes two fems.
It cracks me up when the libs start their spell checking. Shows me they have nothing going on in their noggins.LikeLike

Bret Baier: FBI Sources Believe Clinton Foundation Case Moving Towards “Likely an Indictment”
Fox News Channel’s Bret Baier reports the latest news about the Clinton Foundation investigation from two sources inside the FBI. He reveals five important new pieces of information in these two short clips:
1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year.
2. The laptops of Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed, and agents are currently combing through them. The investigation has interviewed several people twice, and plans to interview some for a third time.
3. Agents have found emails believed to have originated on Hillary Clinton’s secret server on Anthony Weiner’s laptop. They say the emails are not duplicates and could potentially be classified in nature.
4. Sources within the FBI have told him that an indictment is “likely” in the case of pay-for-play at the Clinton Foundation, “barring some obstruction in some way” from the Justice Department.
5. FBI sources say with 99% accuracy that Hillary Clinton’s server has been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies, and that information had been taken from it.LikeLike

Looks like I better start cleaning up the back patio for the “perp walk” BBQ.
Maybe a second smoker is in order? Don’t worry folks, I have plenty of parking.
OH what a party it would be id Loretta Lynch was next to Hillary, charged with obstruction of justice. She has tried to derail the investigation in every way possible.LikeLike

You believe everything you read? It’s all a conspiracy theory.
Todd and Steve:
Now boys, play nice. A typo is always good for a poke in the eye if you are a cute little spelling Nazi with that colorful pointer and dunce cap over those big rosy cheeks. Caught myself in time. I almost said go pound sand. That was close.
Ok, how about a good Conspiracy bedtime story?
It’s all a ruse. Da Fountain is where it’s at. Rackeertiering and a wide net. That will take many moons. And if the FBI can only look at/for classified material pertaining to My Gal off the Weiner machine, then it’s on the back burner. Bet that hard drive gets passed around for the next 18 months. Who would have ever thunk the Mob built an amuzement park and called it Charitable Works World.
Credit to Chelsea for only stinking a little bit. They will never roll her. Daddy’s little girl. Now Huma, she’s a dignified person. If you want to hit the bullseye, you would have to roll those closest to Huma and roll her to get to My Gal. Gotta smoke the varmits out. Hmmm. Would that be Mr. Weiner? Think he was pretty close to Huma in the timeframe in question.
It ain’t about the e-mails reopening the Espionage Act crime case. They already concluded she is as dumb as a bucket of rocks. That case was tried in the court of public opinion and we were drinking the opiate of the masses. Sure, she did not follow established procedure for handling State stuff, “so sue me.” With that said, we have somehow got the Foundation road map out in the open to be discussed in the court of public opinion at the last minute. Good job you Deplorables, you.
The private server was set up to run Clinton Inc She was hiding the Foundation, not classified docs. Got lucky with that one. Bigger picture is being revealed. The curtain is being pulled back a little bit at a time.LikeLike

Whoa! Not so fast. The Indians lost to the Cubbies. Although I am happy for Ernie Banks wherever he may be, this is bad news. Running the table is not going to be as easy as it seems. May not happen. Things are just heating up.
Boy, is Obama in a box. He got Valerie the Maoist whispering in his ear to fire Comey and it could backfire. I could be wrong, but the mood of the populace is rather foul and it did not work out too good for Nixon when he did his Saturday Night Massacre thang. Oh, decisions, decisions. People jumping out of buildings time approaching.
But, the Cubs winning means we still only got a chance and we are still behind. No time to quit right before the finish line. Time to kick that bull in the sides with some mean ass spurs. Hang on rieal tight like, afterburners are about to kick in.
Wait. Never in NBA history was a team down 1-3 and came back to win the whole enchilada. Never in World Servies history has a team down 1-3……….. Nevermind.LikeLike

Hey – what happened to Boardman and his snappy repartee? He still won’t fess who he’s voting for.
Possibly he can’t remember or maybe he’s just too shy.
I feel sorry for the libs. Clinging to their stock portfolios and their guest list for the next cocktail party. The ‘clingers’ I’ll call them.
It’s not that I’m aloof, it’s just that all the lefties around me work hard to lower the bar.LikeLike

I didn’t realize I was keeping Obermuller awake at night (don’t you have anything better to do at 11:29 p.m.?) so to answer your question, I’m voting for Hillary.
There are several reasons I’m voting for her, but one of the big ones is that I don’t want a man with a massive ego and paper-thin skin anywhere near the nuclear launch codes. Also, I don’t want somebody in the White House who appears to be enamored of Vladimir Putin; somebody who is as easily flattered as Trump is not somebody I want making life or death decisions.
Having her in the White House will make it easier for us to cling to our portfolio of stocks and real estate holdings, assets acquired over almost five decades of disciplined saving and successful investing–you know, bedrock Republican virtues.
Among other things, our success allows us to live in California instead of the backwoods of Idaho. Give my best to Butch Otter and Raul Labrador, two political titans everybody respects.
Re Walt’s 11/2 at 9:02 p.m.:
For once we agree. It has also occurred to me that Bill Tozer would make a fine addition to The Union’s roster of columnists. They could team us up on Monday’s editorial page, my column on the left side of the page, his on the right (get it?).
As an extra added attraction, we could devote one column a month to a common topic. It’s not exactly William F. Buckley, Jr., vs. Gore Vidal, but it’s not bad for this market. (This pairing would also give Pelline two things to get annoyed about when he reads The Union online Sunday night instead of spending quality time with his family.)
So Bill, if you’re willing to commit to a column on a regular basis (about 850 to 1,000 words, Friday noon deadline), I’ll pitch the idea to the editor.
Dr. R: I never listen to NPR, but AP plays the news pretty much down the middle. After all, it has several thousand clients that span the political spectrum, among them Fox News, The Wall Street Journal and the Washington Times. It’s not AP’s job to validate what you believe.LikeLike

There is no country anymore Walt. Boardman is just hoping that he’s under the dirt before the party ends…..fuck all what happen after!LikeLike

Boardman’s excuse for voting Hillary is laughable. He is a uber partisan and nothing but a lib democrat is suitable. He cracks me up as do all those other libs who say they have “standards”.

First, this takes some brass cojones. It’s not like you can walk by and stick it in your pocket because it was just laying there not anchored down and nobody would notice. Better this happened in Nevada City than in a place where normal people reside.
12:32 p.m. — A caller from Spring Street reported the theft of a Pelton wheel.
Mr. Boardman @ 10:57 am: Thank you kindly, but no thanks. Not interested in the least. Besides, I would agree with you 100% on every column just to smear your good name. Gotta know how to hurt a guy. The tantalizing idea of having Fatso’s head explode on a weekly basis is only upside, but I will pass.
Oh, maybe you were smart to move things around and cover your assets. Some of us don’t have enough sand left in the hour glass to wait for it to fill up again. Thanks again for thinking of me, you pompous ass closed minded Southerner hating religious bigot, you.
I don’t care one lick if you are voting for My Gal. It is your right. So, I take it as you are voting against Trump as opposed to voting for My Gal. Many fall into that camp….like 97% of her “supporters”. Ironically, one of the reasons I am voting for Trump is he would be far less likely than Mad Dog 20/20 Hillary to get near the launch codes or send us off to some hell hole just to satisfy her psychopathic insatiable lust of power and money.
Go figure. To each his own.LikeLike

Tozer, I have always been fascinated by liberals and their beiefs. When Boardman writes a column we agree with, many of us compliment it and give him a thumbs up. But like all libs, he is unable to do the same. Why is that?

Never claimed you were, Boardman. Make that up yourself, or did you get help? If the timing of my posts bothers you that much, I’ll try to arrange a more suitable time. What hour of the day works best for you?
And I see that you will willingly vote for a thieving, lying, crook who treats American foreign policy as nothing more than a way of lining her own pockets. Just so you can cling to your own wealth. There are various terms for folks like you and they aren’t very pretty.
Trump is not enamored with Putin. He has stated there are some aspects of Putin’s leadership that he does admire, but not the man, or his policies. Try to listen to what Trump says, not someone else’s summary. As for thinking that Trump will start WWIII because he’s thin skinned – that’s absurd. There’s been a series of total nut cases running North Korea for decades and they haven’t caused too much mayhem, even though they’re capable of plenty.LikeLike

Todd @ Nov 3, 5:07pm
Mr. Todd. I need to correct my 5:26pm. “Why is that?” Because they don’t like us. Never have, never will. But we keep trying in vain. After awhile, I came to the conclusion that “it ain’t no use trying to get on their good side.”
My, my, my, what have we here? One lone Injun in a sea of blue done got off the reservation and is saying he ain’t going to go along to get along no more. Go pound sand.
