If W supporters had to go through the same process S had to it wouldn’t be on the ballot. Period. But they didn’t need signatures all they needed was to ask the board and it happened. The will of the people and democratic process was evident in S. In W the process was circumvented by 5 people and placed on the ballot. Since if people really wanted it banned like the board says why didn’t don bessee or fran freedle have to go get signatures like S supporters.

It comes in cycles. Several stories this weekend about assaulters filing false reports about being assaulted or being victims of racial attacks. Problem is that in this day and age, there are too many hand held devices capturing “the crime” from multiple angles.
Q: So, it one video was doctored as those with their head in the sand claim in desperation, how do you explain the other video footage from multiple different sources?
A: you can’t.

This individual says that workers prevented stories about the right-wing CPAC gathering, Mitt Romney, Rand Paul, and other conservative topics from appearing in the highly-influential section, even though they were organically trending among the site’s users.

Several former Facebook “news curators,” as they were known internally, also told Gizmodo that they were instructed to artificially “inject” selected stories into the trending news module, even if they weren’t popular enough to warrant inclusion—or in some cases weren’t trending at all. The former curators, all of whom worked as contractors, also said they were directed not to include news about Facebook itself in the trending module.
In other words, Facebook’s news section operates like a traditional newsroom, reflecting the biases of its workers and the institutional imperatives of the corporation. BillT, the slimers attack me about this all the time. I checked the records on line and other than being sued with the rest of the Board of Supervisors back in the day and my divorces (1) on record, there is nothing. A coupe of suits which I won on construction. But these slimers know if the make the claim they think they will get traction. Unfortunately for them, I am well liked and count many hundreds of friends over the years. But I have never been arrested for anything so I shrug it off. These slimers then make it up but the people know me and know these creeps are liars. They sure get creative.
