Smart Approaches to Marijuana- SAM of Ohio reports we slaughtered the legalizers ballot prop with remarkably similar numbers to the Measure S defeat in Nevada County. We were outspent 15 to 1 in Ohio and still kicked ass! The legalizers said it was inevitable in Ohio and that the Midwest would all fall like dominos following their win in Ohio. Back to the drawing board pot profiteers! LOL

ScottO, no need to explain, “jon” doesn’t live here and in my view he is a racist and sexist. He is filled with guilt since he is now known and he has a difficult time getting invited to the cocktail parties of the liberal elite.
Women have fought to be equal all my life. Bette Friedan started it and the Playboy bunny Gloria Steinem kept it going. Then when the feminine gender thought all was cool, the “Fear of Flying” was published. So, we have the usual liberal PC wannabee’s like “jon” and Ben Emery telling us a woman, the species that fought all this time for equality, should be more or less handed the position simply because of the gender. If that doesn’t show the readers the utter vacuousness of a liberal nothing else can. Heidi Hall apparently is a well educated person and all the liberals can do here is say she should get the position for her “femininity”. Amazing!LikeLike

In other news, Houston voters rejected an Ordinance by the City Council and Lesbian Mayor to ban discrimination (actually very convoluted) against LGBT people.

It went down 61-39.
The locals against it said it would be a problem in the use of restrooms. That was pooh-poohed of course by the Ordinances supporters. However, tonight there was a segment on a LGBT teen boy (turning into a girl) in Ohio I think.
It was a restroom issue. The LGBT wanted to dangle in the girls locker room. Shower room. And the girls did not want that. Anyway, Obama is supporting the girl over the hundreds of others that don’t want someone dangling in their place. ACLU supports the LGBT. The fight is on. Good for the school district. Common sense is under attack.
Of course here in California the danglers can choose which bathroom. What a state of nutballs running the asylum here.LikeLike

On FUE’s board this morning he asked who might be some of the far left “Lefties” in our county. I gave him a few names (Senum leading the pack) but of course he didn’t run my response. If you were to read his blog, one could only surmise that the county is full of rabid right wingers and middle of the road voters. He has painted himself into such a far left corner that he believes the tin hat chem trail, smart meter, and anti-vax whackos are middle of the road.

Todd, I would urge you to carefully consider a run for the BOS, and not rush into a decision yet. There is a possible candidate who may be arguably more electable. The very last thing we need is a split vote that leads to HH. Give it a few days to see if you like the options?

fish, article yesterday in the Times about Italy being a perfect place for refugees. Italy has a huge demographic problem on their hands with few young people to support the soon to be retired masses and pay their benefits. There are hundreds of abandoned old towns and farms in Italy that have lost their population. Plenty of opportunity for re-settlement of Syrian refugees to create new lives and help Italy with its economy.

I would argue the Obama administration has many war criminals including himself as well. As did the administrations of W, Clinton, HW, Reagan(most criminal in US history), Nixon, Johnson, Kennedy, Eisenhower, and Truman. International war crimes concept is relatively new.
Crimes against humanity and peace has been committed by virtually every administration towards people of color in US history and pre United States, especially Native Americans.
