Polarized pundits predict that the lamestream CNN's moderator will just toss puffballs to Hillary. While that may be so, it's hard to believe that Comrade Bernie the Socialist will not use the occasion to find a scuttle valve or two in Queen Hillary's assumption to the throne. Not all will leave that hall with heads on their shoulders. gjr]

OK JoKe,,, Some fresh sand to kick your way. So more money gets pissed away in the form of “studies”. ECO bastards LOVE those things. Screw the time tested methods, and come up with a new way, that’s MUCH MORE expensive and “ground breaking”. … “OH… we need to try this… maybe that.( chaa chingggg) Gotta spend that money. ( IE… put it in their pockets)
Now go ask your “smart guy/gal/it” what’s the easiest way to strip mercury from anything.
(Look no further than a certain light bulb)
Gotta love that ECO LIB thinking. “we need to remove it from the environment!!”
Yet the same damned fools demand we put it in our homes.( It’s ONLY* a small amount… right?) You know,,?? those ” hippie” bulbs? Ever read the warning label on those?

Just got great news from my Yuba County affiliate. The pot growers recall effort against Supervisor Vasquez failed BIG TIME. They only had about 60% of the required signatures. This was supposed to be their pay back for the out door grow ban. Just another in a long line of losses for the growers in CA. lol

CNN host Anderson Cooper, who is set to moderate tonight’s Democratic debate, was listed as a “notable past member” the Clinton Global Initiative’s website along with a number of other big-name journalists. This list includes: CNN’s Anderson Cooper Anderson Cooper helped Hillary Clinton raise money, and now he’s presented as an impartial moderator for tonight’s debate.
You can expect Anderson Cooper to do all he can to protect Hillery from herself tonight on the Las Vegas state.

No, Jon will be back as soon as the doc says he can get off his donut cushion. Ever try to text or blog on one of those inflatable floatation device like donut cushions? It’s rather cumbersome on dry land. And it takes longer to heal after we begin to age. Just as soon as one Repubilan Party member (even a city council member in SW Indiana) says some bonehead thing or pulls an Anthony El Whatever Weiner, Jon will be back in full form with his teehees all revved up, expecting us to plat gotcha with him and defend the sap. Oh my, tweaking our noses is so much fun.

Watched NPR news tonight and the bimbo in Vegas declared that the difference between the R debates and this debate would be that there would be a more a more ‘substantive’ debate on the issues due to the D’s having fewer candidates.
Nice to see our tax dollars buying a nice neutral viewpoint. Why did I think that NPR would find the Dem debate to be better than the R debate before it even happened?

Well with any of those five in charge the country would run out of other people’s money a day after inauguration. Jim Webb was sure shortchanged though. He is a conservative democrat. Watching the “focus group” of demoncrats by Luntz, they unanimously hated Webb. A demoncrat will not even consider a different point of view. That is why we have to press the mantra that it is the demoncrats that are unmovable. Hell, they get everything they want from spineless R’s. We need to get some R’s with some nards.

From what little I heard tonight from the Vermont Wallet Burn rescuing Rodclam to about ten minutes later when yapping about free college ended, it went perfect for me tonight. Absolutely perfecto. Nobody really talked about the Elephant…er….the Hippo in the room, aka, the Former First Lady playing fast and loose with the grave responsibility of handling our nation’s security in a professional and Presidential manner.
That big hunk of space in the room cannot simply be wished away by not talking about it. The FBI ain’t investigating Benjazi nor even Rodham. Maybe Bill receiving State Intel at the Foundation, but that is not it either. Even if the committee was dissolved tomorrow, the FBI is investigating the security of on line communications used by who and when and how much Intel the Russians, Chinese got, and who the Romanians sold their hacked Intel to on the open market. Maybe some old over the hill gang Nixonians hacked some of that “not marked classified, oked by State” tidbits of the names of our CIA spooks and all the files of State Department and White House personnel. They know where they all live and their phone numbers and mate’s names. Nothing to talk about here. What happens in Vegas, stays in…nah, not even close.
The Big Wheels are in motion and will continue to turn long after tonight, Sweet! Especially with the intelligence community (CIA) and Defense being thrown under the bus by State after Benghazi, there are some scores to settle. Obama will watch the blood in the water and the sharks circling closer and closer ready to make their move from his aloft position. No Drama Obama is Da Man, and Da Man says sink or swim Woman. Tonight was all I could ever hope for.
Perfect for the drip, drip, drip to continue for months. Only two new e-mail revealations today, but I will hold them for a few days to let Rodham’s hopes build up before the rug is pulled out from under her in late Spring, early summer.
Oh, I hope Rodham’s number and confidence rises and she gets all cocky and playing dirty again. She has loaded up on dirt concerning Uncle Joe and then….as Gomet Pyle would say, “Surprise, Surprise, Surprise. It’s a indictment, a subpoena, and a warrant all rolled into one! Well, looks like Planned Parenthood will stop doing what they said they were not doing. Enough moral, ethical, legal, and down right righteous indignation has put a stop to this practice PP never engaged in. A huge groundswell of support and crying “foul” from all quarters (except the small minority of citizens who call themselves progressive liberals) put a stop to this noise from PP. oh, they will just find a loophole and different way of giving the letter of the law a slip when no one is looking. But, it’s better than having them peddle baby parts to the nearest bidder for now.

Re Dem debate – what disturbed me the most was that all except Jim Webb demonstrated that they recognized neither American citizenship (all residents, nor matter their status, are treated equally) nor America’s sovereignty (we will have to “define our borders”). Our borders were defined long ago, but now need to be secured (a word that never left their mouths). No recognition of national debt or the entitlements spiral; all fiscal problems would be solved by draconian taking from the greedy rich, which would not affect their industry and motivation to generate wealth.
We must always remember that it is extremely easy to eliminate inequality in a nation. Authoritarian governments have demonstrated that for centuries.

While it’s easy to have pity on the truly helpless, it’s difficult to have pity on those who knowingly voted for people who promised to steal for them. First Chavez and then Madura were freely elected* on a platform of stealing from international companies anything that could be hauled away, and nationalizing anything that couldn’t, because those companies were robbing Venezuelans of their collective wealth by employing them and selling them food.
So the government took all the stuff and gave it to the voters. Now they have no more of other people’s wealth to eat. Nor will their government stand for people eating:
“During the oil price boom, the Venezuelan government intervened throughout the economy, undermining many sectors, including agriculture. Domestic food production plummeted, requiring the country to import most of its food,” said Shannon O’Neil, senior fellow for Latin America Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations. “Now, with oil prices down, the government is running out of dollars, forcing it to severely limit imports, including food and other basic necessities.”
This is what always happens, every time you put the government in charge of organizing the economy. Not satisfied with stealing from non-voters, they always manage to put the screws to those who provide the voters with actual goods. And when those actual goods disappear, it’s only a matter of time before the government has to bring out the guns against the hungry masses who handed them power in the first place.
And the voters always act so surprised.
* Of course, once you elect a socialist, there is no more need for elections. So they still have elections, but they are barely worth a bolivar.

This is a good example of 0 saving the Cuban economy when Venezuela couldn’t pay the bills any more and what do they do with the money? Mount an expeditionary force to Syria. Just like 70’s in Angola all over again with the peanut farmer. I am sure the Iranians are going to do lots of shovel ready civic projects with their 100 billion from 0. lol
