I might ask Pelline how he fared when the dot-com bubble burst in 2000. That was pretty much a California deal. All those tech companies wiped out. I recall there was aisle after isle of software for sale by thousands of companies in stores back then. Now a few remote shelves in Staples or Best Buy. All those little “video” stores gone too when Blockbuster came into the towns of America. Now it is gone too wiped out by Netflix and Amazon and Comcast. Those little neighborhood stores of which I worked in one at the corner of Race Street and Henderson in high school. All gone now, replaced with others smarter and with more to offer or consolidated for efficiency. What has remained constant throughout all this business turmoil and change is OIL!

E) Dividend tax went from 15% to 39.6%

F) Estate tax went from 0% to 55%
PUNISHMENT FOR SAVING FOR THE NEXT GENERATION!
ONLY TO HAVE IT GO TO THE GOVERNMENT!
