Anybody think that this will come up some time between now and Nov 2016?

Hillery will make a great follow up act for Obama who is an accomplished lier. The transition will almost be painless for the adoring left, and conservatives in Congress will have something to keep them busy, explaining to the press “she is lying, I tell you she is lying.” Alas, to no avail. The Queen of Lying will have her crown firmly in place, surrounded by her Lesbian Court, and Liberal Eunuch Jesters.

Looks like some Clinton skeletons refuse to stay buried.
The press is still leashed to “O” and Co.,, and have had that leash yanked
to the “heel” position after Hildabeast bit the hand that fed her. ( You don’t speak ill of Dear Leader)
The press has back off of any real reporting of her current deeds. No more free advertisement from the media.
Speaking of LIB liars, ” She who lies through teeth” Izzy Warren is being groomed and her record sanitized for the Progressive run. ( Maybe a big payoff to the Cherokee nation to publicly accept her as one of their own?)
Billary has gone off the LIB reservation one too may times for “O”‘s liking.LikeLike

No wonder Bubba Bill messed around in the Oral Office while Hillary and child sat in Sunday church. Hillary is still sitting on her own phew and more stink keeps arising. Bubba Bill deserves a sympathy card as well

I’m disappointed in you George in bringing up this tired dated blab. The Perry indictment would be much more contemporary.

PaulE 509pm – Didn’t think that “tired” and “dated” were material when we’re talking about the dubious character of our possible next president. Look what happened when we ignored the character of our current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania. Chasing a non-starter story just because it is “contemporary” seems kind of thoughtlessly reactive and typical of what the lamestream practices.
I don’t know how far back they’ll go to dig up dirt on Hillary, but this allegation and public condemnation by one of her first bosses will have legs. I don’t think there is a statute of limitations on evidence of a person’s character, especially of one who has had a lot more dirt swept under the rug since then.LikeLike

What’s wrong Paul? Truth stings a little? As for Gov. Perry, Christmas just came in August. ( and not for LIBS) This is a Progressive witch hunt that will do more harm than good. (for LIBS)
So Perry uses the power of veto to drive a soused alcohol abuser from her job.
( office of government integrity) So just what “integrity” did the swilling LIB have?
Indicted for a “veto”.. ? Abuse of power? LOL!! Governors can veto for any damned reason. Funny how the TX.state house didn’t even try to overturn it.
But it took a shot across the LIB Queen’s bow for Paul to come to her defense.LikeLike

It may be the Dem machine is shooting their wad for Nov 2014 rather than keep the Perry slimejob on ice for 2015/2016. If I were them, I’d be more concerned about the current frenzy in Ferguson, with half of the black populace believing the cop is guilty of murder but, if the reports that Brown fractured the cop’s eye socket in the first tussle are true, as is the report that 12 eye witnesses (not including the thug that didn’t get shot) corroborate the cop’s account that Brown was advancing on him when the shots were fired, it could get real UGLY when the cop isn’t arrested, charged or convicted, whichever comes first.
The only good thing the Perry indictment will do is keep him busy for awhile.LikeLike

Ham sandwiches for the entire grand jury.
Uh,,, Paul,, should the alcohol abuser get her job back? ( with back pay and all the other “feel good” financial benefits. Perry on bended knee profusely apologizing.)
Just think of the children Perry saved from being run over by a state owned vehicle with a state employed drunk behind the wheel.
You started this, now pay the piper.LikeLike

Back to the subject of the state of Jefferson, one argument against it was that pesky rule about “redrawing” state lines. Funny how the EPA, Dept. of the Interior, and DOJ can do it. ( overruling Congress in the process.)

Ah, Mr. Fish, you spun a nice line of poetry there. Poetry in motion is your usual posting, but this one actually rhymed.
Heard an interesting take on the little shooting in some suburb in The Great State of Missoura. The cop did not know the deceased just robbed an convince store, but the deceased did not know that the first cop confronting him after the robbery did not know. He did not know that he did not know as the saying goes. We are always looking at the mindset of the one still standing in a court of law. Maybe not knowing the cop did not know altered the deceased’s mindset.
Mr. Gregory made reference to the “thug that did not get shot.” Reminded me of Rodney King’s passenger in the car that night. The passenger complied with the commands and nothing happened to him in the least. The thug that did not get shoot in Missoura most likely complied. Rodney King, a convicted felon, told his passenger that he is not going back to prison as he raced down residential streets at 100mph. Wonder what the thug that did not get shot was told by the deceased when the cop showed up.
They say if you are going to dance with a cop at noon, then you are going to be late for supper. Justified or not, there is going to be a whole lot of dancing between now and the hanging.LikeLike

Paul makes his usual gunshot then gets slapped down and as usual changes the meaning or subject. Perry will see this tossed at the first hearing since the drunk broad DA is behind the obvious lie and the democrats are now using this tactic too often. Unless the judge is part of the democrat machine there in Austin.
Once again, Paul you said why bring up an old case when you are the one always ragging on GW Bush’s early life. That makes you a hypocrite.LikeLike

Now Mr. Todd, I feel you are being a wee bit too harsh on Mr. P. Emery. This Hillary thang that got brought up and this Perry thang is not of Mr. Paul’s making. It’s all Bush’s fault. Come on Todd, throw the poor dog a bone. Mr. Paul has been a good boy for months now and all he ever wanted for Christmas is for someone on this side of the aisle to say those magic four words just one friggin time. “It’s all Bush’s fault” or is it “Bush did it too!”? Either way, it’s only four itty bitty words. I would have mercy on Mr. Paul and toss him that meatless bone, but Mr. Paul said he would never respond to me again so it just would not be the same. He needs somebody with cred to do it.
Back to the mayhem in Missioura. It’s all Bush’s fault.LikeLike

Years ago the police who beat Rodney King would go on trial in conservative Simi Valley, a small town over the hill from LA in Ventura County. LA, already famous for riots in its black neighborhoods, was awaiting the outcome of the trial. A conservative friend and resident of Simi Valley called me on the day the jury’s verdict was to be announced, and stated with all the mock anger that a firmly planted tongue-in-cheek would allow, “George, I tell ya, if that damn jury finds those cops guilty, we’re gonna burn this town down to the ground.”
The humor in this ludicrous pronouncement falls selectively on people of the Right and Left. Yet later that very same day, after the jury’s not guilty verdict was announced, LA Mayor Bradley went on TV and invited that evening’s riots by angrily demanding to know whether the errant jurors were actually visitors from Mars. By morning much of central LA was in ashes as the National Guard patrolled the streets keeping the peace.
The blacks’ expression of anger was also an expression of a culture that has changed much since the Great Society began leaving its mark. To this day it is the irrational self-punishing aspects of what now passes for black culture that becomes the mainstay of ‘news’ of the kind that more and more isolates the black communities from the other ethnicities that surround them. It is not hard to see which side of the ideological spectrum most benefits from turning up the heat when the next “unarmed black youth” is shot by police.
Here are two pieces on the topic by black commentators, liberal Juan Williams and conservative Jason Riley.

Jason Riley is often a panel member on Bret Brier ‘s Special Report in Fox News. We applaud his spot on analysis. He understands the problems in the black community and presents solutions. Solutions that the black leaders keep ignoring. The WSJ is fortunate to have such an insightful editor. On the other hand when Juan Williams is on the panel, the best we can come up with is a large grown. He demonstrates a hard time dealing with reality, however he did a much better job in his WSJ Op-Ed. More balanced than his usual performance when on the air. The process of writing may give Juan more opportunity to reflect on reality.

The Perry witch hunt is no different than the Obama birther, impeachment, etc. witch hunts – just more politicking.
The 40 year old Hillary accusations read just like the 40 year old Ayers accusations. Question is: can people learn their lessons and change to become better people? I hope so – otherwise we should never let anyone out of jail either.
That said, I don’t want Hillary to be like Bob Dole. By that I mean I don’t think anyone should “be in line” to be the next president. I would rather have a Rand Paul or Paul Ryan than a Jeb Bush. The best candidate for the job should win – not the one that we should feel we owe it to, for some reason.LikeLike

Something new from Iceland. Yes, “big Mamma” is still rumbling it’s warning,
and some uplift has been measured.
Here is a 3D model worth viewing.
http://en.vedur.is/earthquakes-and-volcanism/articles/nr/2948
I would say this is not a good time for a larger than usual eruption in the Northern hemisphere. ( We have cooling issues as it is.) talk about adding insult to injury.
The whole of the U.S. and the EU could switch to flex fuel and not do a damned bit of good.
The Global warming gang should sue Iceland as a gross polluter, and demand they stop the volcano from erupting. It’s in the worlds best interests.
I guess Iceland could buy plenty of those “carbon credits” and make Al Gore a little richer.
AAHHHH Hell…. I forgot that the AGW clowns firmly believe that volcanos have NO IMPACT on climate.. Only man can alter Mother nature. ( what the heck was I thinking???)LikeLike

Glad you mentioned the rumbling Walt….so I took a look back. Interesting how much power the earth has beneath the surface that can alter everything on and above the surface. “In 2010, airline companies battled a big bad smoke monster. Well…ash monster. Okay, it was a giant cloud. Still, it caused quite a bit of trouble over European airspace. When the Eyjafjallajökull volcano erupted, more 100,000 flights were canceled, affecting 10 million people total. Bloomberg News determined the ash cost airlines almost $2 billion. The ash from the eruption can lead to a number of issues for air travel: it can clog the engines, cause power loss on the plane, and affect air courses.
Today, the alert for the Bardarbunga volcano was raised to orange, just one below level five, red. Red means the mountain will erupt very, very soon or is currently erupting. We are just a shade of rouge away.” Who can really predict what tomorrow will bring? Umm…Chicken Little?LikeLike

How Sustainable is this?
109,631,000 Americans lived in households that received benefits from one or more federally funded “means-tested programs” — also known as welfare — as of the fourth quarter of 2012, according to data released Tuesday by the Census Bureau.
But the 109,631,000 living in households taking federal welfare benefits as of the end of 2012, according to the Census Bureau, equaled 35.4 percent of all 309,467,000 people living in the United States at that time.
When those receiving benefits from non-means-tested federal programs — such as Social Security, Medicare, unemployment and veterans benefits — were added to those taking welfare benefits, it turned out that 153,323,000 people were getting federal benefits of some type at the end of 2012.
Subtract the 3,297,000 who were receiving veterans’ benefits from the total, and that leaves 150,026,000 people receiving non-veterans’ benefits.
The 153,323,000 total benefit-takers at the end of 2012, said the Census Bureau, equaled 49.5 percent of the population. The 150,026,000 taking benefits other than veterans’ benefits equaled about 48.5 percent of the population.
Remember this is only the 2012 numbers. Wait for 2013 and the first two quarter of 2014. I predict we will be well over the 50% mark. Over half the population on government assistance.LikeLike

Without comment:
“Rho Chalmers, who disclosed to the Houston Chronicle yesterday that she was a member of the grand jury that indicted Texas Gov. Rick Perry, was an active delegate to the Texas Democratic Party convention during grand jury proceedings. Chalmers’ active participation in Democratic state politics is important because she claimed yesterday to the Houston Chronicle that her decision to indict Perry, a Republican, was not based on politics.
“For me, it’s not a political decision,” Chalmers told the newspaper. “That’s what a grand jury is about – take the emotion out of it and look at the facts and make your best decision based on your life experience.”
More troubling, however, is the fact that Chalmers attended, photographed, and commented on an event with Democratic state Sen. Kirk Watson while grand jury proceedings were ongoing.
Watson was a witness in front of the grand jury.”
