   Ha Ha, good one Walt! Years ago my cousin bought this thing he saw advertised “guaranteed to kill flies”. He got a little block of wood and tiny hammer with instructions to, “catch fly, place on block, hit with hammer.”

   Mr. Koyote: I don’t believe in keeping them barefoot. Not practical. How can she hitch up ole Bessy to the plow and till the back forty if she is barefoot? Besides, have you seen the condition of her feet? Looks like one little piggy had roast beef and one little piggy had none.    I won’t bother with the merits of the Court’s decision cause you won’t consider them anyhow.    To help you place blame where blame is due, blame Bubba Slick Willy Clinton. It was his 1993 law that was used by the majority to give another slap down to the fine White House lawyers. Bailiff, slap their wee wees.
   JoeK, this whole decision was about an existing statute, not some preceding setting challenge to overturn an existing statue based on it being unconstitutional, thus stomping on little folk’s feet. Nay, the Supreme Court used and upheld Clinton’s 1993 law. Blame Slick Woody Willy and blame the Obama Administration for violating Bubba’s law.

   Notice none of the Bozos over at Rebane’s Ruminants are reporting on the fact that the SCOTUS declined to take on the challenge to AB 32 and the Low Carbon Fuel Standard, allowing the 9th circuit court of appeals decision that it is legal stand.
   I wouldn’t go jerkin off about this too much Stevie. SCOTUS declines cases for the most capricious of reasons.

   and finally …..a face palm over young Ben Emerys latest at Porcines……..
   I figure if I am not getting under the skin of those guys I must be doing something wrong. I, much like Steve and Jeff have had hundreds if not thousands of conversations with conservatives with out it getting ugly. We might not agree on everything but in general we have areas of agreement. That bunch of yahoos refuse to find agreement even where there is some to be had just to be a$$holes, they are very good at it.
   I find my psychoanalysis comments gets them most riled up. Speaking truths they don’t like to admit to themselves let alone others. I think they truly don’t believe in society, we are all individuals that live in proximity of each not together. That is why they don’t recognize our government as ours and always refer to as “the” government. They read Ayn Rand and actually believe in her nonsense and sociopath beliefs.
   Ben that which you perceive as getting under our (my) skins is little more than the exasperation one feels for a retarded child who won’t leave the burners alone on the stove. Slapping his hand will hurt him less ultimately than leaving him to his own devices.
   Steve, Joe…..some of the others while I think that their positions are wrong and ultimately destructive can be engaged somewhat….their positions discussed. (Not jeffy….too much pure whiny bitch in that fat ol carcass!)
   At the end all I could feel towards you was pity. Pity for a guy who was in way over his head on nearly every subject.
   No point discussing my philosophy and politics with a guy so utterly ignorant of his own.
   Now off you go…back to your valiant steed, the poop tractor.

   I actually think it was good the SCOTUS declined it. It is a State’s Rights issue. We are stupid to elect people like we have and the fools like The Steve Frisch sychphant rent seekers in California. The SCOTUS said live with your foolishness. Ninth Amendment wins.

    Gentlemen, pAAAaaaleeeeeazzzze. Fat quotes? You bet. Excrement jokes? Never. Those aren’t jokes, just commentaries, illustrations, and adjectives of our brethren across the aisle. Proper nouns if you prefer of persons, places, and things.
    I can’t recall anyone threatening my brother Ben. either physical or implied. Certainly I have caused my Brother emotional duress at times, but all in all he is a good man with a big heart and generally slow to anger. And he, like all of us, struggles with his pacifism despite the demons within.
    I got my Brother and sista from another mista all riled up one day when he was recovering from back surgery. Told him that if I knew where his grand pappy was buried I would go over and piss on his grave. Now, that brought the ole Irish out in my brotha from another motha, whether or not he has the alcoholic Irish gene pumping in his veins.
    We decided not to hold each other accountable for the sins of our fathers and let it go. Physical threats? Whoever threatens my little Brother Ben from the tribe of Benjamin will have to deal directly with me. Fish, get your popcorn machine fired up. My alcoholic Irish blood is pumping like a one legged girl in a chorus line. And so is my Native American Injun alcoholic blood. Threaten my brother BM and I’ll get my warpaint on. Hurry up Fish, you don’t want to miss my Tomahawk Chop. Wait, first I have to decide. Irish or Indian blood for this cause? Irish Whiskey or Firewater? Coin toss. Heads it is. Scalping time.
