[Time for some fresh sand, the old sandbox was getting so full that comment threads were getting harder to follow. Apparently there is some dispute about what liberals are claiming about the Right not supporting college education, and other matters. gjr]

Mr fish posted this comment on ‘Ruminations – 19jun14’, and wished he had a less cluttered sandbox in which to launch this thread.
Cross posted at Sierra Foothills Commentary (Your page seemed to choke on my comment Russ)
Thanks Russ! This is exactly the post to which I was referring.
Your very valid arguments aside I find the passage below questionable.
Let’s hope the vocal hard-right wing nuts in our community (some of whom shun a college education) don’t ruin our solid public schools with their single-minded agenda. It’s selfish and uniformed.
I would hope that jeffy could perhaps name one or two of those who he claims made the statement or actively espoused an anti-education position. It’s just good journalism….I’d hate to see a man with as distinguished a career as our jeffy to go the way of Diana Griego Erwin because he played fast and loose with his “reporting”. He can make the argument that it’s just a blog and he shouldn’t be required to maintain the same standards as a newspaper but someone who is a prone as jeffy is to tossing out “Scoop” and “My reporting” should perhaps make it clear to the readers that he isn’t a reporter any longer if he merely wants to blog.
If not…who does he claim “actively shun” a college education?

We see another reason the FUE is the FUE. He is the master of “yellow” journalism. He is doing a story on Scott Walker which is totally fallacious and he knows it. Yet he published the lies and doesn’t let his readers know the truth. The democrats in Wisconsin are truly evil. They are all bought and paid for by SEIU and George Soros byt the FUE doesn’t mention that. Thank GOD Ackerman booted the boy!

I’m sure he was referring to me. I took a shot or two at ” higher education”. I’m one of those that did OK without a college diploma.
You know,, own a home, good transportation, and no arrest records…
All from “digging ditches” for a living. Yet the likes of “him” look down upon me and my brethren.
I must have been taking jobs form illegals.. How dare I take work away from New LIB voters, Or even claim doing manual labor is an honorable trade.
I do believe Mr. Bill ( or is it Ms.??) gave a shot across the bow of higher education as well.
Nope,, if you get your hands dirty to make a living, a LIB like “him” will brand one as a third class citizen.
Never mind that our collage grads can’t make change if the power goes out.LikeLike

For years RR has been bringing readers’ attention to the asymmetry of how the Left and Right treat each other’s First Amendment rights, especially regarding political speech. I believe that the desire of the Left to silence the Right is growing with the recent polarization of the country. Yesterday Fox News reported on a Connecticut high school that blocked students’ access to sites having to do with gun rights, Christianity, conservative organizations, anti-abortion, global warming skeptics, etc. All this while sites promoting opposite views remained unblocked. Students’ protests went unanswered by the school’s administration. Now the local school board is investigating the matter. But the beat goes on, and these are only the visible tips of a mighty iceberg of collectivist censorship.
We are reminded of more of the same in connection with the IRS email scandal now brewing. The IRS was sicced on to conservative organizations by a number of Democratic members of Congress including Sens Carl Levin, Dick Durbin, and others. On the House side similar pressure was recorded from the likes of Elijah Cummings et al. What adds to this egregious behavior was that the IRS staff helped draft these letters to itself so that they could receive maximum cover in deploying their most effective weapons to shut down political speech from the Right. National columnist Kim Strassel has more on all of this here –
http://online.wsj.com/articles/kim-strassel-about-those-missing-emails-1403220814
The central planners are deathly afraid that Americans will get the word about how their ‘news’ is managed by the Left’s lamestream lackeys. What we hear must be carefully filtered so that our love for Leviathan continues to grow.LikeLike

I experienced the lefts wrath as a lowly county supe. Since I was an avowed Conservative with a big mouth, these lovlies did their best to destroy my way of living. Plus all the whisper campaigns as well as how my kids were treated in the local schools. The list of abuse is long. Fortunately I was raised to stand for what’s right and not be a wallflower. Eventually the left understood they could not intimidate me and went into hiding. But it os a constant thing we on the right have to deal with.

Thank for posting the information on the Conn High Schools blocking information. I saw a mention on Fox News and was going to research the issue. Our local school networks block access to information, specifically search engines such as Google and Bing. Any site that uses Microsoft Silverlight. I was told that the search term breast was blocked, but have no proof. I am not aware of the other sites and terms that are blocked. Michael Anderson may have some insight to what is blocked. It might be an interesting investigation to see what is being blocked on local school sites.LikeLike

Walt, one can “take a shot at ‘higher education”‘ without thinking that the notion of post secondary education is a bad thing. jeffy seems to imply that everyone who questions the education industries latest faddish attempt to vacuum the taxpayers wallet yet again….aka….Common Core is somehow against higher education in general.
I have never seen the sentiment expressed here or anywhere else for that matter that obtaining higher education, through whatever means one avails oneself should not be pursued. It seems that that accusation is the broad brush your local “wordsmith” chooses to tar his political opponents.LikeLike

The current Left, typified by the likes of Jeff Pelline, is as “in tune with” freedom of speech and of the press as the McCarthyite Right was in 1950. His own political spectrum has just two categories… “moderate”, and “hard right”. Moderate good, hard right bad.
Jeff keeps trying to paint himself as a moderate, but hasn’t seemed to actually endorse any Republican running for a partisan office since he moved to Nirvana Silly, nor has he endorsed any cause that the Right cares about.
Jeff also lies, and I can prove that, in order to defame folks he’s decided aren’t among his fawning friends.LikeLike

I think the FUE is just going with the latest nation-wide lefty attack against conservatives. The narrative is just another off shoot of the old line about conservatives being anti-intellectual and anti-science. Maher was going on the other day about how conservatives don’t like educated folks like college professors representing them. This was, of course, just after those darn conservatives voted for a college professor in the Virginia primary. Many conservatives have pointed out that college is a huge waste of money and time for a lot of the kids that are bamboozled into thinking they just have to go. We are not against a college education, but we are against running all kids through 4 years of left wing BS and the hate speech a lot of so-called professors spew. Cell phone videos have blown the whistle on the kind of ‘education’ many are getting in the old ivied halls of learning.

On a diff. subject,, I found this from a loony Lefty. And this piece of work has a radio show. It shows some LIBS will do anything to stir the pot.
This is the comment he made on the air. Just think how a LIB would twist off if a Conservative made such a statement. The anti gun kooks know no bounds.
Courtesy of Jack Coleman at Newsbusters, here’s Malloy’s response to laws like Georgia’s Safe Carry Protection Act:
“I guess what I’ll do if I’m ever in that situation and I see one of these half-witted yahoos walking in with a weapon, high-caliber rifle like that, I’ll just put on a berserk act. I will just start screaming Gun! Gun! Gun! Watch out, everybody hit the deck! Guns! Guns! Everybody! And then dial 911 and I will say, shots fired, which will bring every g**-damned cop within 15 miles. And then the half-wits with the long guns are going to panic and they’re going to run out of the store and if that rifle isn’t shouldered properly, the cop is going to take a look at that and put a bullet right in their forehead.”
Yup call in a fake incident hoping someone will get shot. Now that’s a nice LIB…LikeLike

Apropos to my 1011am, the FCC plans to spend $2B over the next couple of years to improve broadband WiFi for schools. Somebody in Congress should see that such sums are not spent on schools that erect ideology driven firewalls for student access. More here –

And if anyone really wants to get scared about Big Brother, watch today’s House testimony of IRS head scumbag Koskinen. That man is both unrepentant and unapologetic about how his agency has deliberately destroyed emails that promise to incriminate IRS’s top layers and most likely connect them to the WH. (To believe otherwise is to calmly accept Planck level probabilities for such ‘losses’ happening as described.) Koskinen’s hubris in not recognizing any fault on the part of the IRS is unsurpassed. This man would have served well under the likes of Mao, Stalin, Hitler, Castro, … . Of course, the county’s legions of Leviathan lovers continue insisting that there is no there there.LikeLike

Ah, a fresh sandbox. But somebody has already dumped some kitty turds in the litter box by mentioning the PHEW. Gawd, someone please open the windows and let the stink and the flies out.
Mr. Walt, I did say I am acquainted with some fine able bodied young men of sound mind that are pulling down the bucks in the trade of their choice with no regrets.
Just because I said that does not mean I said higher education is a bad horrible thing. That is how the PHEW operates. He takes everything to the extreme and tries to make a mountain out of a simple molehill. He will slice and dice everything he can’t shove into his pie hole and embellish, exaggerate, and lie, lie, lie to make it fit his warped agenda. Most untrustworthy lout he is. He ain’t worth the time to wipe off one’s shoe after stepping in what’s left of him. Gawd, just mentioning the PHEW is enough to make a freight train take a dirt road. Enough already.
But to be kind and fair, I don’t blame the PHEW’s parents for breeding Satan’s Spawn. I blame Climate Change!

Yep, us righties are not supporting public government education (K-12). Heard some even send their youngins to private (gasp!) schools. That has nothing to do with higher education, but everything to do with the sinking boat anchor tried around our youngins’ necks. Opps, strike that. This has everything to do with higher education. If you want to go to a good school and pay all that mula, why take high school Algebra or English as a freshman for no credit? Seems to be a huge waste of time and money and debt. Or maybe, just maybe the boat anchor known as government run K-12 government education sinks our kids and gives them barely a chance to break free and swim to the surface. Our kids are drowning and the solution ain’t more money or bigger boat anchors.
It is a crime what public schools have done to the California Education System, once the envy of of every state west of the Cumberland Gap. Why go out of state when the best was here in our backyard? Now our backyard is a bone yard, save a handful of institutions of higher learning. Thank goodness our private universities and colleges take in those that can swim. Free at last, thank God in heaven they are free at last.
Yep, us righties are against Common Poor. Here is the proof: (hint, we don’t need the news media to tell us what our guts have already been telling us).

Make no mistake. Jeff Pelline wants to create news, not report it. Now he is in an uproar over the views of someone who shot at BLM officers. The shooter was dead wrong to be going after law enforcement. The problem with Pelline is the double-standard. Let’s link some whack jobs shooting on local politics (even when there is no link) but let’s celebrate a cop killer named Bill Ayers in whose living room Obama started his political career. Pelline idolizes Obama and Ayers while at the same time trying his best to link free speech to some whackos behavior. Pelline is an idiot…though rattling his cage every now and then does provide a small amount of entertainment when bored.

And I’m a “middle of the roader,” who has voted for “R’s” and “D’s” over the years. This is a truly repulsive personal attack to deflect a real issue of concern in our community about those who condone and fuel extreme political behavior. From the Rebane blog this morning:

Truth hurts I suppose. Where was the outrage when cop killer Bill Ayers was not only linked to Obama, but started his political career in Ayers living room.. No outrage from Pelline, because Ayers is the ultimate progressive bombing folks to advance the movement and their agenda. The guy in Nevada County was simply a whacko with no agenda. Making news Pelline…not reporting it.

Editor’s note: A longstanding theme on this blog is that our western County has become a hotbed of “constitutionalists,” property rights activists and “freeman.” Some circles of our community embrace it. It has crept into our politics. It has crept into the letters section in our newspaper. We invite celebrity “constitutionalists,” conspiracy theorists and property rights zealots to speak in our community.
our western County has become a hotbed of “constitutionalists,” property rights activists and “freeman.”
So…. So….and so. The Sheriffs captain seems to not be losing his mind over it….. “Pettitt, the Nevada County sheriff’s captain, said his agency is aware of sovereign citizens living in the area. He said their beliefs don’t make them criminals and that in general they have not posed serious problems.”
It has crept into the letters section in our newspaper.
NOOOOOOOO! Not that…..!

Again so what …that the rest of the community isn’t as delicate as you and doesn’t need “thought control” to function in society is hardly their fault.LikeLike

Sarcasm coming…Let’s stop the free exchange of ideas. Let’s not allow people to talk about the Constitution.
On the other hand, let’s instead focus our efforts on removing whackos that shoot at cops from the population. We should all be for free speech, but free speech never justifies firing on Nevada County’s finest. Our nutjob shooter can now express his nutjob views from Wayne Brown.LikeLike

…..In which young Ben tries his hand at psychoanalysis.
Windy,
These guys, mostly white aging men, didn’t have a WWII to hang their self worth on so they are creating this idea that they are the next minutemen/ revolutionaries that are going to save their revisionary version of the founding fathers. Trying make their lives mean something while putting the rest of us in danger. It is actually very sad to witness and even more sad to try and converse with these adolescents on their home turf(blogs).
So Ben let me see if I understand you….you have either conversed with the individual (on his blog) who shot at the CHP and Nevada County Sheriffs officer or you are trying to conflate his actions (the shooting) with the political discussions that we have, and where you are routinely embarrassed due to your ineptitude in debate, at Rebanes, Todds, and Barrys?
Since I find your grasp on reality tenuous at best I’ll approach this comment as I believe you intended it. If I’m incorrect as to your intent and you retract the above statement I will offer my apologies and retract mine.
A week or so ago somebody took a shot at law enforcement in your neck of the woods. The response to that from the usual suspects at Rebanes and other sites known to you was muted. I don’t recall anyone offering anything to the effect……Wooo….now we’re going to get those cops good….grab your guns boys!? If I’ve missed any statement to this effect please cite it/them so they can be discussed openly.
George is a child of the aftermath of WWII, Russ served in the Air Force…an excerpt from his bio:“Russ spent twenty years in the Air Force as a navigator specializing in electronics warfare and digital systems.” probably sat in an alert aircraft for part of that time wondering if, “this time might be the real thing”. I’m guessing some of the others served in Viet Nam, one or two in Iraq. I did my 4 years…. all in peacetime!
I’m not sure any of the regulars is in any way deficient in “self worth” resulting from not participating in a war.
What did you do….oh fearless commander of the poop spreading tractor, that allowed you to think you had sufficient credibility to make this claim?LikeLike

fish, honestly, you are a total hoot. You put the man-child Der Ben Emery in his place. He is to funny. Though I never served in the military, I became an elected official twice here in Nevada County. I ran for the right reasons. Of course Der Ben Emery somehow seems to think he has some “high ground” telling decorated veterans like Russ and George that their service apparently means nothing while chastising others for not serving. That is a real schizo mind. I would suggest Der Ben Emery receive some of that county tax payer money for mental health evaluations. Spend it and then get back to us. Too funny!

Since Der Ben Emery is obsessed by the “whiteness” (he shares this and is a self hater apparently) does this make him a racist? LOL! You know, judging others by the immutable color of their skin?
Fish, I only bring up my not serving because Der Ben and the others at big purple blog, including the tax evader, bring it up as some sort of test for being able to speak here.LikeLike

Well well! Our local nut job who shot at cops is a 9/11 truther just like Van Jones! How extremely…progressive. Does that make the local whacko a leftwing terrorist? According to the “logic” of our local liberal blogger Pelline, the answer would be yes. Pelline is a joke.

Terrorist is a label reserved exclusively for islamists overseas and for anyone who the lefty intelligentsia deems in opposition to the ushering in of “our radiant progressive future” domestically.LikeLike

Well let me get this straight Barry. Van Jones is a “truther” who thinks 9/11 was an inside job by Bush and the Jews and this nutball shooter is as well? And now we have read that Steve Frisch and the Sierra Biz Council have invited Van Jones to be a honored speaker! Well, I guess using Pelline’s logic, his bosom pal Steve Frisch is a terrorist or at least a terrorist sympathizer? This is too sweet!
So when a lefty nut says there is “guilt by association” he really means only if it is on the right?LikeLike

Whatever happened to the respectable term “saboteur”? Now days I b labeled a terrorist for believing in the 1st, 2nd, and all the amendments along with those other words in written cursive in black and not white on parchment by our founding fathers. Although I don’t cling to my guns and Bible every second of the day, I do when my back is against the wall. Am of the Christian faith (probably more of the Evangelical than Catholic type at heart, but not a Church goer for a few years)and what else….oh yeah, a vet and troublemaker. That is Home Land Security’s definition of a home grown terrorist.
Why pigeon hole me as a common terrorist? I b a cut above. I b a saboteur and trained to blow things up, bust them apart, wreck stuff and a lone wolf to boot, with experience as a lowly sniper. Some might call that being a bushwacker, but head shots are much better than hitting one’s back. That be cowardly. My resume should give quarters to rise above the much ballied about overused term terrorist. A terrorist’s main objective is to cause terror in the hearts and minds of the unwashed, while a saboteur employes the laws of gravity and mass.LikeLike

And this gem from Pelline litter box via Curtis Walker. Newsflash. The Sac Bee is a conservative leaning paper! Only to a leftwing kook is the Sac Bee remotely conservative…no wonder the looney local leftists think The Union is extreme right. To our local leftists (including Pelline) who are slightly right of Mao, any middle of the road paper would seem right leaning. You cannot make this stuff up and the hits keep coming…

I started to post this over at rebate’s this morning….after breaking my vow of silence to post a minor comment of George’s economic confusion. Then I stopped, so I will post it here.“Seriously Barry, we now need to denounce violence that occurred more than 40 years ago by people we didn’t even know in order to have credibility to denounce people who engage in violence encouraging rhetoric today in our own community?
Well, let me be the first. I think the bombings and violence engaged by the Weather Underground was stupid, wrong, illegal, and criminal. Bombing university campus ROTC offices, public statues, police stations, the US Capital, and the Pentagon, were criminal acts and should have been treated that way, as they were, and as they should be today. I reject the use of violence to meet political ends, and I would make the case that the most lasting ‘revolutions’ have been the ones that have intentionally pursued their goals with a non-violent credo.
I am wondering Barry, though, perhaps before we continue you could denounce the Greensboro massacre….or the Roman siege of Masada….just to create a sense of an even playing field, since you are expecting others to have denounce things they have nothing to do with.
In this case inflammatory, anti-government, violence encouraging language based on crackpot conspiracy theories is being promulgated in our community by the very people who live and blog and post here….not some abstract 40 year old bullshit, but right here, right now.
None of this has anything to do with the point that I made at Jeff’s, or that Jeff is making, that cheering people aiming high power rifles at the heads of law enforcement officers, eventually leads to law enforcement officers being shot right in the head. What numerous people who blog in our community did in the case of the Cliven Bundy incident was cheer on the crazies. That is reprehensible.
But adults—people who take responsibility seriously—take the opportunity of their speech to denounce violence and promote reasonable solutions. If they don’t do that when their friends are acting like idiots they are just enabling violent behavior.
By the way, I went out of my way at the time to denounce anti-social and violent behavior of the Occupy movement…to me it was just stupid…even when I may have agreed with some of their grievances.”
You really should post here Steve even if it’s unpleasant to do so. jeffys echo chamber of whiny cowards doesn’t suit you.
Anyway…point by point:
“Seriously Barry, we now need to denounce violence that occurred more than 40 years ago by people we didn’t even know in order to have credibility to denounce people who engage in violence encouraging rhetoric today in our own community?

Yes…now you’re getting it Steve. The call for an apology is a weak rhetorical trick that is meant to put one on the defensive before the argument starts. It is, it seems more of a lefty thing but those on the right seem to be employing it more frequently these days!
In this case inflammatory, anti-government, violence encouraging language based on crackpot conspiracy theories is being promulgated in our community by the very people who live and blog and post here….not some abstract 40 year old bullshit, but right here, right now.

Unless you wish to exercise some form of prior restraint you are wasting your time …..merely being sympathetic to a guy like Bundy and discussing his situation vis a vis the federal government doesn’t rise to the level of incitement no matter how much your piggish cowardly moral scold of a friend hyperventilates about it.
I am still interested to know who and who you allude to constantly advocated, “people aiming high power rifles at the heads of law enforcement officers”?
But adults—people who take responsibility seriously—take the opportunity of their speech to denounce violence and promote reasonable solutions. If they don’t do that when their friends are acting like idiots they are just enabling violent behavior.

Why? I’m sympathetic to Bundy to a point but the arguments that you made regarding his livestock activities and dealing with the Federal government largely convinced me that there was a valid case to be made for removing his property from that land. The comments made on Rebanes, especially early on, while critical of the behavior of the feds in general weren’t accompanied by any calls for or endorsement of violence. Don’t think that just because you are particularly incensed about a topic that everyone else will be equally upset. It’s hardly incumbent upon me to posture and “decry potential violence” when my statements won’t be heard and would likely be ignored even if heard.LikeLike

…..Ben can’t seem to let the argument go.
Those guys are in a tizzy over this issue. My statement above implies but doesn’t name anybody and yet individually believe I am talking about them specifically. I didn’t realize George and Russ were in the military during WWII, the last time the US had a declaration of war from congress. I know there is no need to remind the rebane regulars about the constitution because they claim to live and die by it despite supporting policies that are in direct violations of almost the entire Bill of Rights. Yet somehow embrace illegal military actions of the US in every decade since, Todd totally supported are actions in Vietnam but decided to sit it out despite being of perfect military fighting age while others were forced to go against their wishes and died. The two exceptions might be Fish and Greg G. My point still stands boys. Trying to create self worth out of warfare is so 1st Century but I guess power monger authoritarians still hang on to the old ways.
Your statement as usual is as poorly constructed as most of your other nonsense…..
My statement above implies but doesn’t name anybody and yet individually believe I am talking about them specifically.
Let’s examine Bens latest gem!
Since until just recently you spent a fair amount of time conversing at Georges and Todds and regularly either accused us of being, “unable to see the big picture” or “being adolescents”, or something similarly ridiculous I think it’s safe to assume that it was to us to whom you were referring. No sense trying to dance around it now man child….you ought just admit it and not look anymore the coward. In the above statement you try and link a criminal act subject to discussion at Porcines and committed by someone that to the best of my knowledge never left a single post at either site with the discussions held there. Like I said boy….it’s way too late to bob and weave now! Just own it!
These guys, mostly white aging men, didn’t have a WWII to hang their self worth on so they are creating this idea that they are the next minutemen/ revolutionaries that are going to save their revisionary version of the founding fathers. So you…”Mr. I can’t do much with my life except flit from fad to fad and trendy cause to trendy cause” feels perfectly justified in denigrating service in all the other conflicts where men…sent by their government…might suffer and die. You might have made an exception for those who were conscripted. Again by their government…. if you had more than two IQ points to rub together Poop Bomber! Any Korean war vets freezing their balls off at Chosin Reservoir want to agree with Gentle Ben that this was a walk in the park compared to the Battle of the Ardennes. Or maybe theres a guy in his late 80’s or early 90’s who just never felt fully self-actualized because even though he lost most of his feet to Trenchfoot because he didn’t get to serve in Bens good war!
As usual you made these statements before thinking them through and can never back them up! Cite one single instance of any of those mentioned (Russ, George, Bill, me) even hinting that they wanted to run off guns a blazing to make up for something lacking in our psyches and I’ll make a public apology…..but I know I won’t have to because you’re just blowing proggie smoke like always. It is in fact the only thing that you seem to do with any degree of competency!
You don’t win arguments Ben. You hurl accusations, flee and change the subject. It’s been your MO since we began these exchanges. YOU NEVER BACK ANYTHING UP….EVER.
As for my lack of military service it is because I listened and took the advice of four men, (my dad, two uncles, and great uncle) who participated in wars/ military conflicts (WWII and Korea) and they advised me to stay out of the military unless the US was attacked and needed my service. One of those men was a Silver Star recipient in WWII.
Fuck you! Hiding behind better men who likely suffered because they were directed to by their government unlike you who waltzed safely around post conscription while smugly denigrating the service of others. I don’t care that you didn’t serve Ben….just have the decency to not minimize the sacrifice of those who did, just not in your favored war.
My point still stands boys. Trying to create self worth out of warfare is so 1st Century but I guess power monger authoritarians still hang on to the old ways.
No it doesn’t…none of your points ever stand because your premises like almost everything else that flows out of your empty head is is fatally flawed. You’re right though in one way…trying to create self worth out of warfare is so 1st century…almost as silly as prancing around in front of the Chevron headquarters with a sign on a stick to try and get wit da masses.
You are one pathetic fuck Poop Commander and you deserve to quiver in terror with Fattius Maximus! To spoiled peas in the same useless pod!LikeLike

If the lefties commenting at The Purple Man blog who are concerned about hard core conservative in Nevada County were to drop in the on the crowds waiting for the ammo sale on Fathers Day weekend at the Range, and listen to the young men with hand trucks waiting to get access to the ammo, some one would have to change their undies before going home to mama. The number of armed survival groups in Nevada County continues to grow and the existing groups continue to train and arm them selves. To join one of the groups you have to have some proven military skills, communications, medic, mechanical skills, and be vouched for by group members. None of the lefties would be qualified.

Thank goodness for the sandbox. A safe place to unload one’s burdens.
My Fish, you really should control that anger. 🙂 Do you need a Brother Ben hug to make your boo-boo feel better? Yes, I don’t practice what I preach and conversing or even reading what libholes write is an experience that could drive Carrie Nation to drink. Not for the faint of heart.
Need a 20 ton boulder to pound your noggin against? It may not help, but it will take your mind off Brother Ben’s world vision.
Here, this might help you recover from your foray into the primordial slime from whence Brother Ben lives and you just frequented again. Remember, when conversing with those that believe they have the answers, it is best to say to yourself “Neck down, neck down” Treat it as hard manual labor and leave your thinking cap at home. Otherwise there is not enough booze on the planet to make you forget your latest foray. As Nixon said to such types of my Brother Ben’s type back in the day “Soap is a 4 letter word. Try it sometime.”

Darn Fish, now you got me all upset on the first day of my staycation. Ok, I will man up and not blame anybody but myself and try not to whine like Fattis Maximus.
The quote you republished without prior authorization stuck in my caw. “Home grown, right wing terrorism: The hate the GOP refuses to see” is here:
The only hate my eyeballs see is hatred oozing out of the peacenik progressives to anybody who has a different thought than them. If the thought does not originate in the cesspool between their collective craniums, then hate emerges. If a thought does not conform to their punch bowl dogma, then the geyser Old Faithful blows its top again, spewing hate and vermin on all bystanders. Best way to deal with those purple hate mongers is to flush their punch bowl. Talk about getting in a tizzy and crashing a party. Gets them all discombobulated. You can hear them howling like a thief that just got ripped off all the way to the basement of the outhouse from whence they abide.LikeLike
