[Nobody seems to know how to address the issue of federal district judges assuming executive branch prerogatives from the bench.  Both Right and Left are haranguing each other on the question of who, the President or the judge, is actually abiding by the laws of the land.  The proper way to approach the solution here is for SCOTUS to first rule on whether such district judges have any standing in general to rule on federal policies.  The proper ruling would be for SCOTUS to make it clear that they have no standing on matters outside their district, and most certainly not on matters that involve federal policies, be they originated by Congress or the Executive.  Keep these black-robed two-bit lawyers in their sandbox.  gjr]

fish 7:54 – They’re at it here as well. At the Tesla dealer there was a counter demonstration and one of the lefty goobers decided to hit a Trump supporter with his car.
    Very brave!
Since he was in his own car, he was easy to locate and arrest.
In front of the Boise VA, there was a “picket line” although usually that means they don’t want people to cross the line, but that would shut out the veterans trying to access their health care.
    https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/news/doge-va-budget-cuts-spark-picket-in-idaho/ar-AA1BV7SL
The local Dem representative was there to express her “fears” –
“”I’m out here because I am horrified at the DOGE cuts to the VA and the very many federal services that our people count on here,” Rubel said.”
Meanwhile the vets were still getting the same level of care they always did. I’ve heard complaints from vets about the quality of care from the VA for decades. Now she’s horrified.

Today’s finalist for the “Hillary Clinton Lack of Self Awareness Award”…..

NY State Senator Patricia Fahy (D) has introduced a new bill that aims to effectively ban Tesla dealerships in the state.
“No matter what we do, we’ve got to take this from Elon Musk– He’s part of an effort to go backwards.” -Sen. Patricia Fahy

Best comment….”Yeah, the guy landing rockets on barges and making EVs mainstream is definitely the one dragging us backwards. Thank God we’ve got career politicians to protect us from this”!

Do you support Trumps plan to run for a third term?
    ‘I’m Not Joking’
President Trump said Sunday he’s “not joking” about serving a possible third term, marking the second time in less than three weeks that he’s floated the idea.
“I’m hearing — you don’t sound like you’re joking. I’ve heard you joke about this a number of times,” NBC News’s Kristen Welker said during a phone call with the president, discussing a third term for Trump.
“No, no, I’m not joking,” Trump responded, according to NBC News.
The president also said that he has “the highest poll numbers of any Republican for the last 100 years.”
“We’re in the high 70s in many polls, in the real polls, and you see that. And, and you know, we’re very popular. And you know, a lot of people would like me to do that,” Trump said of a third term. “But, I mean, I basically tell them, we have a long way to go, you know, it’s very early in the administration.”
So Scott can you find one poll in the Conservative RCP polling survey that shows Trump polling in the “high 70″s ?

I never made that claim, so I’m puzzled as to why I should find you the proof.
As to Trump serving a 3rd or 4th or 5th term – why not?
Biden showed that a dead-adjacent body could pass as POTUS for 4 years.
“‘there are methods’ for doing so”
He’s not wrong – and watching lefty heads explode is just frosting on the cake.

It’s the claim of your guy Trump. The man is totally delusional and you support him. Once again here is his quote:
“We’re in the high 70s in many polls, in the real polls, and you see that. And, and you know, we’re very popular. ”
That is a totally made up lie. Show me one poll that says that.

I think you’re talking about “sharp as a tack” Biden.
And Paul could hardly wait to vote for him.
Not sure if it was the video of Biden fondling a young girl’s nipple or Biden’s daughter admitting that Joe liked to take naked showers with her.
Paul liked the cut of his jib, so to speak – a man after Paul’s heart!
Paul never would admit who he voted for in ’24.
With senile, pervert, crooked Joe out of the race – it just wasn’t the same excitement for Paul.

Here is something to keep the po ol ponytail of ignorance and his ilk up at night! Please keep comrade bernie and the congressional commies on the road with a double side of waltz! –
“The concern I have for Democrats is just a handful of years ago, I would say that every day that, for every thousand young people who turn 18, Molly, like 700 of them, six or 700 of them, have values aligned with the Democrat Party,” Della Volpe said. “It was like this incredible opportunity for the Democrats to kind of cement kind of their values with an emerging generation. They didn’t communicate that very well.”
“And now we’re living, you know, in what I think is the beginning of a post-ideological era with younger people, okay, where, because of the concerns about economics, they’re voting in what they would say is a much more pragmatic way than they did, you know, in maybe ’16 or, you know, in ’18 or even in ’20,” he continued. “So that’s a concern if younger people agree with Democrats on most issues, but they’re not voting in the numbers that they voted with Democrats in the past. That’s a huge concern because my generation is just getting more conservative, right?”
“Trump gained more among voters under the age of 25 than any other age group,” he continued. “If you think of young people as being Democrats, while they may still lean Democrat, not in any way in the same numbers that they used to just even four years ago, Donald Trump doing considerably better among younger voters.”
Trump also made significant inroads with Hispanic men during the 2024 election, securing a majority of their votes nationwide.
