[The chorus of financial mavens warning of the dollar’s destruction is growing.  The cost to just service our exploding national debt is unsustainable.  That means it’s growing so fast that it consumes an ever greater share of the federal budget AND the nation’s GDP.  Those people concerned with this financial collapse are advised to reinvest in gold, silver, and prominent crypto currencies.  Judging from past attempts to elicit discussion of this event, we have a very sanguine group of readers.  Quoting a famous man, “What, me worry?” gjr]

Looks like creepy grampa joes team let the cat out of the bag on electrics –
“Riding along with Granholm, I came away with a major takeaway: EVs that aren’t Teslas have a road trip problem
The NPR report further said that the entourage “at times had to grapple with the limitations of the present. Like when her caravan of EVs — including a luxury Cadillac Lyriq, a hefty Ford F-150 and an affordable Bolt electric utility vehicle — was planning to fast-charge in Grovetown, a suburb of Augusta, Georgia.”
“Her advance team realized there weren’t going to be enough plugs to go around. One of the station’s four chargers was broken, and others were occupied. So an Energy Department staffer tried parking a nonelectric vehicle by one of those working chargers to reserve a spot for the approaching secretary of energy,” it said.

Don 10:04 – The Biden admin will use this as an example as to why we need to use billions more of our money to build charging stations. I’ll bet Ford and GM and Shell and Standard Oil would have loved it to have the tax payers pay for gas stations all over the place.
The Dems love to talk about “democracy!” until the rubes don’t do democracy correctly and then Big Brother just needs to shove it down our throats whether we want it or not.
Notice that Empress Granholm’s armada of e-cars had to have a gasoline car run ahead to make sure the rest of them could make the trip.
Henry Ford put out a product people wanted with zero govt money involved.

Poor, desperate Lyin’ Scotty at 945am carries water for Vivek,
“Republican presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy strongly defended a Soros scholarship he accepted when his financial situation appeared more than stable and he reported millions in income.
Ramaswamy received a scholarship in 2011 from the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans — founded by the late older brother of liberal financier George Soros — that offers individuals of immigrant households up to $90,000 in award money.”
Medhi Hassan: “Did you not make 750,000 dollars?”
Vivek Ramaswamy: “Not at the time I had applied for the [Soros] scholarship.”
Me: “Yes you did Vivek. This is awkward for you because you did. I’ve got the tax returns in front of my face.”

You know what’s funny Dopey Fish, Scotty tries to scoot away saying it wasn’t Soros directly…
    and yet, and yet…
All the talking head MAGA and Bongwater Republicans are always saying evil Soros is funding all these other progressive foundations.
But, but as Scotty likes to say, “The money was not from George Soros or his foundation”
So, what’s it going to be, boy?

Elon is our new national security chief?
NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (AP) — SpaceX founder Elon Musk’s refusal to allow Ukraine to use Starlink internet services to launch a surprise attack on Russian forces in Crimea last September has raised questions as to whether the U.S. military needs to be more explicit in future contracts that services or products it purchases could be used in war, Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall said Monday.
Excerpts of a new biography of Musk published by The Washington Post last week revealed that the Ukrainians in September 2022 had asked for the Starlink support to attack Russian naval vessels based at the Crimean port of Sevastopol. Musk had refused due to concerns that Russia would launch a nuclear attack in response. Russia seized Crimea from Ukraine in 2014 and claims it as its territory.
Musk was not on a military contract when he refused the Crimea request; he’d been providing terminals to Ukraine for free in response to Russia’s February 2022 invasion. However, in the months since, the U.S. military has funded and officially contracted with Starlink for continued support. The Pentagon has not disclosed the terms or cost of that contract, citing operational security.

Ah yes Poison Poisson, The un-indicted non-impeached President.
“Jared Kushner’s investment firm not making many investments
Donald Trump’s son-in-law drawing Congressional scrutiny
Jared Kushner’s Investment Firm Not Making Many Investments
Jared Kushner’s controversial investment firm is missing something: investments.
The former president’s son-in-law hasn’t done much with the nearly $3 billion that various Gulf nations, particularly Saudi Arabia, pledged to Affinity Partners, the Wall Street Journal reported. The firm has been collecting millions in management fees in the interim.
The lack of deals is most stark in Israel, where he has permission to invest Saudi money for the first time ever. Kushner has yet to invest in an Israeli company, however, though he says at least one deal is on the horizon.”
Hunter sat on the board of a company and collected money for doing nothing 5-10 years ago.
Meanwhile, the grift is in place as Jared sits on 3 billion collecting management fees for doing nothing. The Trump crime family collects this money and funnels it through Trump’s daughter Ivanka.
Meanwhile, grifter Trump is collecting money from poor MAGA saps to pay Kimberly guilfoyle $60,000 to give a speech on January 6th among other useless endeavors.
    🤣🤣🤣
