My mummy is a Caucasian from Eurasia, yours is South America. This cultural appropriation thing from Africa appears to be worldwide. Perhaps the simple thing is to charge royalties to the rest of the world. (Truth be told, looking at San (Bushmen), braids were probably imported to sub-Saharan Africa from up north, Mediterranean people having more workable hair and all).
It’s funny how much there is to be learned from parasites, the invention of clothing is one since you can a)see the difference in the critters pre and post clothes and b)see how long the new variety has existed. Dunno if parasitism in government can have the same rigor applied although there is some kind of cyclical behavior involved no doubt.
