[According to recent surveys 49% of Americans find socialism to be an acceptable way to organize society, including the United States. The nation’s Left, led by the patently corrupt Democratic Party, has taken over our country’s educational institutions. With the advent of woke, DEI, critical race theory, and other harbingers of neo-Marxism, there is no more effective resistance in the land against an advancing collectivist tyranny. The Right’s opposition, led by the Republican Party, consists of toothless self-satisfied organizations happy to repeat the same pabulum commentaries to their shrinking flocks. gjr]

The terminal TDS set has been forced to the fainting couch a lot recently and now this! LOL So much for the claims of the disgraced 17 agencies and the 51 crackhead cuddlers –
For years, Donald Trump and his supporters pinned their hopes on the investigation by the former U.S. attorney for Connecticut, John Durham later named special counsel by AG Bill Barr, Trump and his allies arguing it would exonerate him from any hint of improper behavior regarding the Russian government’s attempts to interfere in the 2016 election…” Tapper told his viewers.
“The report is now here, it has dropped, and it might not have produced everything of what some Republicans hoped for, [but] it is regardless devastating to the FBI and to a degree, it does exonerate Donald Trump,” the CNN host said.

re Serial Liar and the donation scams. Yep, there are con artists out there of all stripes. The article lists 3 dudes that call themselves Republicans but other than that there is no proof of any connection with Trump, (MAGA) the Republican party, or any bona fide conservative group. There are televangelists, faith healers, palm readers, door-to-door con artists, quack doctors peddling “vaccines” they get millions from – all sorts.
It’s hilarious that the NYTs spent that much time investigating such a small time racket, when they also completely ignore the Biden family corruption and the ensuing cover-up by the IRS and the FBI.
I doubt any of the conservatives that post here have ever been hoodwinked by these scams – I know my wife is a registered R and we’ve never even gotten a call.
BTW – if the NYTs is so hot to uncover non-profit scams, why not look into Black Lies Matter?

Scotto: “why not look into Black Lies Matter?”
In the scheme of things, there’s BLM and there’s everything else.
The amount of money hoovered in by the various BLM scams is so gobsmacking as to be in a class by itself. Dunno what the mix is between social justice warriors running companies and thieving stockholder/customer money for their favorite causes or it’s just a cost of doing business to keep your retail outlets from burning down. Some of both I imagine.

many etcs.
Of course and as usual, you know that most of it is skimmed off the top by the usual suspects. Clever chicanery will get you a long way in this world.
Remember back when the evil Christian megachurches were going to take over the world and make all the women wear wimples? Truth is, a crazy religion took hold but it had nothing to do with God. The funny thing about ‘progressives’ is that they honestly think that their ‘progress’ is automatically towards a desirable goal rather than marching to zombie apocalypse. My mental image is that of a legion of beta males and catladies, arms outstretched, who have found a winning strategy of institutional capture. First you build an enforcement apparatus, then you bend it’s goals to your liking.
To be fair, the beta male/catlady battalion has millennia of built-up aggression from being at the bottom of the social hierarchy for so long. There’s a real joy in bullying when you have been bullied. I genuinely admire the genius of the movement, it’s a version of mass ju-jitsu that regular people haven’t evolved defenses for.

WASHINGTON – A whistleblower at the Internal Revenue Service, which is investigating Hunter Biden for potential tax violations, told lawmakers Monday his entire team was removed from the probe, according to a letter from his lawyers obtained by USA TODAY.
The letter said the IRS criminal supervisory special agent “was informed that he and his entire investigative team are being removed from the ongoing and sensitive investigation of the high-profile, controversial subject about which our client sought to make whistleblower disclosures to Congress.” The Justice Department informed the whistleblower about the change.
IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel had testified on April 27 at the House Ways and Means Committee that no one at the agency would be retaliated against.
“I can say without hesitation there will be no retaliation for anyone making an allegation or a call to a whistleblower hotline,” he said.

Just view it as a small brick in the wall of modern society. Simply grab any magazine from 50 years ago (or newspaper) and compare to a modern one in terms of writing, ‘clickbait’, and the sheer number of words. It’s all part of the hive, a great big feedback loop of mentally ill people and the media that feeds on them.
Teen Vogue: “DO YOUR GALPALS MAKE FUN OF YOUR LIPSTICK, WE BET THEY DO!” “FAT POC ARE BETTER THAN YOU!” “TRUMP SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED ON TV!!” (actually this last one is real, the others are just implied).
(166 years old) The Atlantic: “Latinos Can Be White Supremacists!”, “Elon Musk Among The Anti-Semites!”.
(177 years old) Scientific American: “Denial of Evolution Is a Form of White Supremacy!”, “Modern Mathematics Confronts its White Patriarchal Past!”

“The mask has come off in Colorado. This union thinks they’re too big to fail. They don’t think they have to hide their anti-American radical political agenda any longer. And they’re determined to push it not just on the government and the people, but on their kids.
The Colorado Education Association (CEA) released a pointed resolution last month that explained the union’s rejection of the free-market economic system.
“CEA believes that capitalism requires exploitation of children, public schools, land, labor, and/or resources. Capitalism is in opposition to fully addressing systemic racism (the school to prison pipeline), climate change, patriarchy, (gender and LGBTQ disparities), education inequality, and income inequality,” the resolution said.
Fox News reached out to CEA regarding concerns over the resolution and received the following response: “Our members reflect our state’s diverse views and perspectives, these resolutions reflect our members’ aspirations in our collective endeavor to create a safer and more equitable world for Colorado students, educators and communities, and do not require any action from the organization.”
“It’s always communism when the rubber meets the road,” he said. “You can call it Marxism, socialism, but when they start actually putting it into practice and implementing it in all the misery and ugliness that comes with it, it’s communism, no doubt about it.”

Maybe what’s new is a combination of the blessings of diversity and the natural side effect of isolation. There’s no parents around to tell you to STFU and get back to useful things.
To be fair, real-deal literacy and written cultural memory were never held by that many people. Lacking a high-functioning culture, which the West is quickly losing, it’s inevitable that government metastasizes to the limits of it’s abilities in order to enrich a few and that self-sufficiency and self-rule is limited.

With one important exception – the Dems need to “harvest” their votes.
The first industrial use of this I was aware of was in King County – the Dems would register all the bums, drug addicts and fabricated citizens in Seattle to vote giving their address as the Democrat HQ. This was back when there was an actual competitive race state-wide and they needed the votes to swing the election. Needless to say, when they actually wanted to confirm the existence of these zombie voters, they couldn’t be found. The Rs sued but the court ruled that even though it shouldn’t have been done, the Rs couldn’t prove that the Dems did this as a conspiracy so it was OK.

The fright wingers will try to skew those numbers by adding unrelated infant deaths, but the sad truth is we boomers can’t brag about the horror of having to walk twenty miles in a blizzard as the biggest hurdle to education anymore.”
The bullets killing young folks are mostly pistol calibers (Mister Nine Millimeter being high on the list) and are mostly being fired by young black men while aiming (loosely speaking) at other young black men.
“So what can we do about it? There are already so many of these high powered weapons on the street that banning them seems like a lost cause. Maybe so, but you do have to start somewhere. The Tommy Gun is alive and well, mostly a relative victim of its high cost to manufacture. You can shoot a machine gun version of it at a number of firing ranges in Nevada where they’re still legal to own, but the shop will let you shoot it only until the ammo you purchased runs out.
Meanwhile, there are a number of states that allow “silencers” (it isn’t silent but the shooter won’t go deaf as quickly) and the only difference between a shotgun and a sawed-off shotgun is 15 minutes with a hacksaw.
“First off, we could end the revolving door at our jails and prisons. Progressive policies toward criminal behavior have done little but embolden career crooks and encourage amateurs.”
How right wing of you, Crabby.
“Next, when they do get out, states with little or no regulation make it easy for almost anyone to walk into a store and walk out loaded for bear. Background checks and waiting periods might make at least slow down an impulsive psychopath”
You bloody fool. There are federal regulations to comply with everywhere, and NO ONE CAN WALK OUT OF JAIL and legally buy a gun. They can, however, walk over to the old neighborhood and buy a stolen gun from an old friend who won’t make their fellow hood rat sign any federal forms or show a photo ID.

Yeah Don, serving 22 years in prison should have made the man a well adjusted member of society.

It was a life sentence, not a 22 year sentence, for a hardened recidivist. Now a four time loser.
“Cerial Liar”, can they please throw away the key this time?
