I should put together a picture book of ‘gender reassignment’ surgeries.
The beauty shots that that industry puts together really don’t do the whole thing justice. It’s like a whole generation of, mostly, autistic males is going through the meat grinder of hobbyist surgeons and crazy parents. I wonder if the thing will show up in the archaeological record somehow.
It’ll take GPT-10 to figger out how they all went mad at once.

Funny you mentioned the midget Robert Reich. Been thinking about him and Milo the provocateur due to Steve Bot’s contributions here.
Milo was to address UC Berkeley when the crowd of black masked young folks torched the building causing $600,000 damage to the university building. And this was before the Summer of Love. Anyway, in an interview immediately following the arson, smashed windows, and destruction, Professor Reicccccch said ‘NONE of those rioters were students at Berkeley.’ None. He knows.
Well, I figure that Cal probably has 20,000 students. Professor Reiccccccchhhhh teaches a course, probably 600-1,000 students max combined.
If the woke mobsters of carnage had their faces hidden behind robber’s masks and he only knew a few hundred students on campus, how could Robert Reiccccchhh the midget say unequivocally that none of those dreadful punks were students at Cal???? How could he know?..
Robert the Socialist midget brain was either lying as all socialist bastards do because it is a requirement OR the professor is dumber than Supertcunt Cook. Or, a lying Marxist cunt. Redundant, I know.

Well, if you want to know what the Democrat Party talking points are, just follow CuntCooked in the Union. Explains a lot. Dominion lawsuit against Fox…..the dreaded Fox News.
‘The battle for cable-news viewers is coming to March Madness.’
“CNN intends to run a new promo during the heavily watched NCAA men’s basketball tournament that throws a sharp verbal elbow at Fox News Channel and the legal defamation case filed against it by Dominion Voting Systems. The promos will air starting this weekend on TNT, TBS, TruTV and CBS, all of which carry the games under a joint rights agreement held by the owners of those networks, Paramount Global and Warner Bros. Discovery, which is also the parent of CNN.
Fox News Channel is not mentioned in the promo script, reviewed by Variety, but the references are clear. “What should you expect of a news network?” asks the narrator. “Some bury the truth, while we fight to reveal the facts. The only side we are on is yours.” Viewers see images of CNN correspondents and anchors such as Abby Phillip and Clarissa Ward.”

I was going to run down the long long list of the fakenews Enemy of the People CNN, Rachel Maddcow, Wa Compost, NYT’s coverage of the Russian Hoax created out of thin air by Supertwat Hillary, Spygate, The Pandenic masks and vaccine farce, the lying FBI and lying DOJ, Cuntcooke using her statuette of Fauci as her personal arousal dildo, 17 Intel agencies, and on and on it goes year in and year out…..but I will not waste my time.
As scenes wisely and pragmatically said recently, “Why bother?”
As far as Tucker Carlson’s “cherry picked” footage of the Q-Anon Shaman goes, it was nice to see and hear the footage on J-6 without the J-6 Committee’s added sounds of screams in the background and sounds breaking glass and insurrection carnage and other Hollywood soundtracks. To hear it was it was without the added sounds of the shark approaching in Jaws was rather nice. :).
I feel no need to acquiesce to the Lefties demands and narratives no more. Why bother. They have lost all credibility.

I dearly hope for one of two outcomes.
. Trump is marched out in handcuffs by policemen from New York. His aides kitted him out with an orange jump suit. Lots of cameras. The hinterland begins rumbling in a not-nice fashion.
. Florida tells their brothers from not their mother in NYC to pound sand. DeSantis assigns security to Trump to guard him from the Blue Meanies from the North. Florida National Guard goes on alert.

I really don’t care what adults do. They can turn themselves from a married lesbian couple into a heterosexual couple for all I care. I don’t believe in irreversible body disfiguring of children, especially since a disproportionately number of ‘trans’ girls have autism. Neither do I believe in masking school children or shutting classrooms down for K-8 graders as the educational and social harm outweighs the risks by a hundred miles. The damage of listening to our fucking teachers and their bosses the teachers unions in unfathomable at this point. A crime against humanity and a crime against our next generation. Sure, Kenny Jonsey and Cuntcook and Howelling Dick and the rest of the lot did and do not care about our children and neither do they now.
Like I said, I don’t give a hoot about what adults do to themselves, even if it is changing a gay marriage into a heterosexual marriage. Chop, chop.

Ya know, I think they should expand that whole program. By adding the Body Integrity Dysphoria folks to that, the doctors would get a whole new profit center from needlessly amputating limbs and perhaps the occasional purposeful blinding. There’s bound to be a few 14 year-olds with an extra leg or two and has parents who are interested in the Cool New Thing. You get better parking spots if nothing else.

Follow the money –
there is a significant difference between how western Europe and the United States treats children with gender dysphoria.
While the American medical establishment is pushing heavily for the “affirmation” model — which includes prescribing puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and mutilation surgeries to children — European countries have sounded the alarm on how harmful such a model is for children.
“If you’re running a gender dysphoria clinic in the U.K. or France, you’re not going to be getting paid $5,000 for each surgery,” the neurologist explained, noting the differences between the American capitalism-oriented healthcare system and the socialized European one. “The fact that the model is different is why the Europeans are able to be honest about the situation.”
The doctor was not advocating for socialized medicine, but rather pointing out a significant moral setback that can be present in the American system.
“When you talk about some of these invasive surgeries, you have to be careful to acknowledge that there are entities making a lot of money on the surgery,” he said.
“Most pediatricians are very uncomfortable that children are not mature enough at 12, 13, 14 [years old] to make decisions to pursue body-altering treatments,” he continued. “There probably are some, but that makes all of us very uncomfortable.”
The neurologist explained that the “transgender” issue came in a “movement from the left coast to the east coast celebrating LGBTQ.”
“It didn’t just acknowledge it. It didn’t just accept it. It celebrated it,” he said. “The transgender people have kind of piled on.”
The movement has attacked the family unit and “taken advantage” of poor family structures to gain legitimacy.

Anybody see parallels or hypocrisy? I do. To review our Looney Left story covered here on these pages, of course:
‘Maryland Democrats want to let young adults off the hook for felony murder’
“The Democratic delegate behind the bill objects to this because anyone under the age of 25 has not had their brain fully develop. How would a 23-year-old know that participating in a violent crime such as robbery could lead to someone dying? They are basically children…..
Again, the idea here is that young adults who are 21 or 25 years old are not capable of realizing that they should not commit crimes.”
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/maryland-democrats-want-to-let-young-adults-off-the-hook-for-felony-murder
————-
Now Matt Walsh’s testimony before the Tennessee Legislature as covered previously here, of course:
“Walsh then said that it did not make sense for children, who are not allowed to do things like purchase firearms or get tattoos, to be able to make such impactful decisions. He added that “children were being coerced into making decisions” that they were not equipped to make…..
Walsh stated that 18 is the legal age of adulthood, but noted that people’s brains typically are not fully developed until age 25.”
https://www.dailywire.com/news/matt-walsh-testifies-in-favor-of-tennessee-bill-banning-child-gender-mutilation
See that? Maryland’s looney Left says a person’s brain is not fully developed until the age of 25. Matt Walsh says a person’s brain is not fully developed until the age of 25.

Soros backed da fighting for political life decides to resurrect an already rejected political witch hunt –
“This is a flawed case if it is based on a state charge effectively prosecuting the federal election violation,” wrote Turley. “That federal case was rejected by the Justice Department. There are also statute of limitation questions that could come into play.”
In an opinion article published in the Hill Saturday, Turley wrote that the case was “legally pathetic” and highlighted issues with the “most-discussed” potential charge in the case.
While we still do not know the specific state charges in the anticipated indictment, the most-discussed would fall under Section 175 for falsifying business records, based on the claim that Trump used legal expenses to conceal the alleged hush-payments that were supposedly used to violate federal election laws. While some legal experts have insisted such concealment is clearly a criminal matter that must be charged, they were conspicuously silent when Hillary Clinton faced a not-dissimilar campaign-finance allegation.
A Section 175 charge would normally be a misdemeanor. The only way to convert it into a Class E felony requires a showing that the “intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.” That other crime would appear to be the federal election violations which the Justice Department previously declined to charge.
He added that Bragg’s office could not prosecute the charge as a misdemeanor, as the statute of limitations is two years. He would have to pursue a felony.

“So I am inclined to be forgiving to people who make mistakes in good faith. But not at all inclined to do so for people who sacrifice the health and well-being of others in order to score political points. And that is what Ronen did……
Sure, some people will grumble a bit, but the voters of San Francisco will reward her for being stunning and brave when she attacked the police, and stunning and brave when begging for more.
In a sane world, she would have been ridiculed then and ridiculed now. In fact, she was and is. But only by conservatives and we don’t count. We are bad people for pointing any of this out.
Republicans pouncing, that is all.”

??? My post @ 2:04 pm had nothing to do with CA commercial law, rather the long held trend in Europe. California commercial sex acts refer to child pornography, which is about a low as one can go. Commercial. Like a wedding photographer.
Bestiality Sex, aka Zoo Sex, is legal in German Brothels but filming of such debauchery is illegal.
May I kindly suggest you comment on the topic at hand if you are going to reference a time stamped comment. Focus playground monitor, focus.

“WHY WIND AND SOLAR WILL NEVER WORK”
I’ll take a look at the article, but suspect that it involves power storage.
In any case, engineering reality never gets into the picture. The typical Team Blue ‘clean’ energy plan is 1)make ‘not-clean’ energy unavailable and 2) hope that someone comes up with an alternative. Alternatives may not include new dams, nuclear, cutting down trees, anything unsightly in wealthy neighborhoods.
In race relations, I noticed that Thought Leaders have come to the same conclusion as the Left and the Right link arms.
Scott Adams: ““I would say, based on the current way things are going, the best advice I would give to white people is to get the hell away from Black people,””
Robin DeAngelo: “I think people of color need to get away from white people and have some community with each other.”
The details have yet to be worked out, but mostly seem to involve Scott Adams being deplatformed.

It is precisely because of power storage that wind and solar will not work.
What scares me is this push for all electric homes. WTF? Despite the Biden Administration getting caught with their ass flapping in the wind again and trying to walk back banning gas appliances under the guise of indoor pollution (asthma), released communiques show that the Eco-Nuts have been planning to natural gas across the land long before the asthma excuse was put forth.
Poop City Frisco is banning all gas water heaters. Green freaks in Ca are proposing state wide bans on gas. Nationally, they are pushing a ban on gas full steam ahead.
Is it the Netherlands (or another Northern Europe country) that shut down its plentiful fossil fuels that is gearing up its bio-mass burners to produce electricity. The devil is in the details. Taking timber from the forests of the slopes of Eastern North America and shipping the wood across the Atlantic seems counter productive to me at first glance.

The real deal all-electric home is the scary one. You don’t just run everything needed for life from a single wire (well, three) and it’s upstream opportunities for mayhem, but the natural next step is to actively manage your home for the sake of ‘efficiency’ and ‘the children’ and whatnot. All of your house power systems, pricing, HVAC, water heaters, probably refrigerators and ovens would be expected to be centrally managed at some point. Not enough ‘lectric from the windmills? Reddy Kilowatt will turn your heat down a bit. Your cars will become grid-tied batteries. One Big Machine run by the The State.
No doubt wood heat will become more and more illegal, so that’s no alternative.
It’ll take some time, but the The State has all the time in the world. There’s plenty of people that want to place everyone in apartments with mass transit, suitably diverse neighbors clomping around overhead, with more and more rules for living. It’s for Gaia. For the children. For equity. Or whatever sellable concept comes up. The thing is that extremists usually win, they hit way above their weight. …or maybe the whole thing will blow out in a giant social cataclysm.
Choosing between collapse and dystopia is a heckuva thing, but here we are.

Speaking of the Netherlands, the last few years’ hullaballoo of farmers v. The State are worth looking at. Not well reported in the US.

Talk about making every mistake you can –
In the aftermath of the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), the 16th biggest bank in the country, many are left wondering what went wrong. Both current and former employees have stated that the bank’s support of remote work is a contributing factor.
Axios reports that current and former employees of Silicon Valley bank have mentioned the bank’s support of remote work as a contributing factor to its recent collapse. SVB stood out in the banking sector for its commitment to remote work. “If our time working remotely has taught us anything, it’s that we can trust our employees to be productive from wherever they work,” the company’s career website bragged. The SVB executive team was dispersed across the nation, with CEO Greg Becker occasionally working from Hawaii
In its 2022 annual report, SVB included remote work as a risk to its business, despite its public commitment to it. The report cited concerns about productivity as well as IT problems brought on by having employees spread out across the nation as reasons for this risk.

The very first time I read the GND, I said within myself, “This is written by someone who lives in major cities who take public transit and does not own a car!”
It was not till my work down in Southern Cal did I ever meet some adults who never owned or drove a car. Immediately made friends with couple from Chicago seeking their fame and fortune. The lady of the couple never had a car, never had a drivers license, never had a need to. Downtown Chicago….take the bus.
Also, immediately meet a lady from Boston. Same story. No need to own a car, way to expensive to park one in Boston or even own one. Mass transit, baby. Bicycles cab.Gotta make mid six figures to own, drive, or park a car in New York City.
To cut to the quick, this whole Green New Deal is written from a urban downtown subway rider point of view. The only Amtrak route in the entire nation that is profitable is the New York City to NE corridor. (BTW, AOC did not participate in writing the GND and never even read it before promoting it. Trivia pursuit.).
So, take mass transit, take a train, no need for an automobile (call Uber), no need for cow farts, no need for farmland, and no explanation on how to get from the last stop on the Brown Streak to you domicile in suburbia.
Two years ago they had these young greenie lassies at some University in NY writing regs for the elimination of AC. Air conditioning not needed…..send the hoards of the unwashed masses to the Bog Top cooling stations situated throughout the city.
Clearly a Eastern Urbanite metro-sexual point of view.
Hey, CA and Az and all the Southwest and Sunbelt: Listen up, no AC for you. Go to the cooling station, knuckledraggers.
3rd World Country here we come. BTW, that gas station down in Brownsvalley on Hwy 20 heading towards Marysville has sold out of 3 straw baskets of packages of bugs and ground up bugs to eat. The clerk was telling me all about it when he caught me looking and laughing at the bug food on the counter at the register. He was laughing too and he could not believe how quick they were selling as well. I saw it as a novelty item like a Pet Rock or something.
But it was the mealworms that got to me. Hey, it says meal in the word mealworms. I told the clerk that imagine sitting at dinner with your sweetie pie and instead of saying very quietly in hushed tones, “Hey Sugar Plum, you got a piece of lettuce stuck in your teeth“, you say, “Honey Bun, you got a grub stuck between teeth. The clerk was rolling.
It’s Bugalious.

Tonight I decided to go out on a limb and discuss ONLY ONE SIDE of something we (excluding Don B and a Dr. Rebane not recent post) have not discussed in a while. The 900 pound gorilla in the room: Ukraine.
First, with both sides of the conflict in Ukraine (US and Russia) experts at propaganda, it’s hard to sort through the fiction from the fact.
Second, I will play devil’s advocate here and give one take on the War without being in the know to what is really happening or in the know about everything. With those two disclaimers out of the way….
My stated position is the Ukraine War will end when Putin says it will end. Looks like Putin is willing to replay Stalingrad in WW2, throwing everything and millions of untrained soldiers at 3 million Germans. Think the USSR lost 9 million soldiers in that war, millions at Stalingrad. Block by block, house by house, one side of a street by one side of a street. Half a building by half a building. A slugfest. A true flesh shredding machine.
Remember, Ukraine is the largest and poorest country in Europe. For eight years straight, Ukraine has been shelling innocent civilians in the two eastern pro Russian oblasts/regions. Remember Trump’s impeachment over Javelin missiles? Those missiles were directed at the eastern oblasts, civilians and rebels alike, indiscriminate. Those oblasts are Russian speaking regions. Always have been.
The President of Ukraine has mandated Ukrainian be spoken in the East. He has also shut done all churches in the country and arrested the priests. He has also suspended all political parties save his own. He has shut down all news outlets and media except the official government run ‘Pravda’ of Ukraine. Spare me with this is a fight for democracy. That is one big line of horse phooey. Ain’t no democracy in Ukraine.
The killing fields of Stalingrad are in the eastern Russian speaking oblasts. That’s the real battle to come.
Ukraine only has only so many citizens, only so many soldiers, and only so many men of fighting age. It’s not enough with its forces protecting Kiev and Odessa to do battle in the wide open terrain of eastern front.
Both the Romanian and Hungarian Embassies have filed a complaint with Ukraine because the Ukrainian government is grabbing the approximately 150,000 ethnic Romanians and 180,00 ethic Hungarians that live in Ukraine and taking the men and by force making them Ukrainian soldiers. Gypsies if you will. They are sent to the Eastern front, some with 2-4 weeks training, some with no training. Now Ukraine is arrested is own people not of fighting age (some over 40, some older juveniles) and again, some with no training and some with 2-3 weeks training off to the battle zone.
Why? Because Ukraine does not have enough soldiers to fight and win the coming Russian backed Spring offensive from the eastern regions.
Biden promised to send Ukraine 31 Abrams tanks. But, we cannot allow our real Abrams, not one single one to fall into Russian hands. The armor on the new Abrams are such a state secret that nobody in the world has the formula. The armor and composites are in and of itself a National Security issue. Like making the finest or finest Samurai sword with 17 folds into itself, each layer hammered into itself to become the sharpest and strongest edge. The Abrams armor with their composites and manufacturing secrets are the same thing. Biden will send 31 Abram tanks, but with the old armor and they have to be built with the old armor technology and that takes months.
NATO? Do you think France of Germany gives a shit about Ukraine? Never have before and they do not really give a shit about Ukraine now. Not really. Poland has the largest standing army of our European NATO members. Poland’s army of 200,000 men could invade and overrun Germany with ease. Take over the who damn German nation. Let that sink in. NATO is unified in rhetoric, but not in reality.
Unless we or an NATO alley send tens of thousands of troops, even a 100,000 boots on the ground in Ukraine, this war is over when Putin says it is over. Yes, there have been defections of Russian troops, Ukrainian victories and strategic missions, but Putin has 500,000 troops ready to do the inch by inch flesh shredding battle in the two oblasts this Spring.
Putin has also positioned his troops inside the Russian border near Kiev and other places. That keeps the bulk of Ukrainian troops at bay guarding the west, south and middle.
With NATO growing weary, with a LACK of the necessary Ukrainian troops to take the East, with Putin having Stalin’s total disregard for human life….I make the argument that it is Putin who is in the cat bird’s seat, not Ukraine. Nor Biden.
That is one side of the story. Only one narrative, but I will stick with it.

re: Ukraine.
Good gawd, who knows? Before the war, Ukraine was a Russia mini-me complete with oligarchs and world-class corruption. The US foreign policy establishment obviously is playing Risk there. The Russians are going to ground and pound until they lose interest or run out of endless warehouses of old artillery shells. If nothing else, the place is showing where you end up with decades of bad decision making in defense spending. My hope is that the fools running the White House and the gubmint generally don’t cross some line they don’t see.
In the meantime, believe nothing in US media reporting on the matter. It crossed into domestic politics, just like a worldwide virus, five minutes after inception.
